Six minutes after the top of the hour. Bill Martinez here with Mike O'Neill from Landmark Legal. Hey, Mike, how we doing. I'm good, Bill, Good to be with you. Hey, great to have you here. Lots of things to catch up on SBLC. We've got, you know, of course, a lot of decision on what I want to talk about, not the Patriot Act, it's. The Boarding Rights Act, birthright citizenship.

0:41 Yeah, we got that. And then also there was something on security. What what's helped me out here, you know, came from the Patriot Act. They're they're debating it right now. Yes, yes, right exactly. I'm sorry. Yeah, my just coming out of the dentist so gained up a little bit, no fun. I think they went too deep. May at touched a little bit of the brain here, So you're gonna have to put up with me. So anyway, let's let's start off. Any update on Scotis. Well, we're sitting here, there's a couple outstanding decisions that we're that we're waiting on. I think the birthright citizenship is, of course one of them that was argued earlier this month, that was argued on April first, and that I think that that decision, this is the constitutionality of or the legality of President Trump's birthright citizens or executive order interpreting the Fourteenth Amendment citizenship clause to mean that simple territorial birth presence is not enough to convey automatic citizenship. You have to have something more. There has to be some sort of connection to the United States, and that one's that's probably arguably the biggest, most impactful decision the Court's got to issue this term. We can't. We will most likely that decision is not going to come until late June early July. There isn't an interesting angle on that the Court could limits interpretation to the legality rather than the constitutionality of the executive order. If they limit their decision to the legality of it, in other words, refrain from interpreting the cons the provisions in the Fourteenth Amendment

2:15 and simply say that the executive order violates a law that was enacted by Congress in nineteen fifty two that would preserve the ability of Congress to pass subsequent laws that might address, for example, an issue like birth tourism, and so the Court could kind of rule against Trump but really preserve a political solution to the issue that's been presented to us that's clear to us regarding anchor babies, birth tourism, those sorts of issues. So I tend to think that that as time goes on, I tend to think that that's the course that the Court's going to go on. It really would be within I wouldn't say typical, but characteristic of someone like the Chief Justice and Justices Kavanaugh and Acb to say, Okay, the President probably went up went ahead of his skeys by issuing the executive order, but we want to preserve the political process. So we're going to refrain from affirming that there is a solid, cast iron constitutional right. We're just going to kind of leave that question unaddressed and simply conclude that the law it controls here and that the president and executive order conflicts with the law. So Congress can address this if they want to, right, And I.

3:25 Think that's the deal. If they want to. They've been can about anyway like a hacky sack. So you know, we'll see what happens. This is the thing that Trump is is really putting pressure on Congress is to do their job. Mike, Yeah, that's always something that we're talking about here. The Court doesn't operate, the Supreme Court doesn't operate. Unfortunately, Fortunately, unfortunately, on that wavelength, they will say, we're going to preserve the process and the options. Of course, it's not our job to get into the mired into the politics of the issue, and it's not our fault if Congress isn't doing anything that's on that's Congress's part view. Of course, the frustration we all feel, which you and I've talked about this over and over again, is Save America Act, the Voting the voter Integrity Action is necessary to ensure that the preservation of our of our electoral process. Incidentally, there's another issue, uh that we could touch on briefly, a decision the Louisiana versus LA, which is a decision that's going to come down shortly regarding that the constitutionality of provisions in the Voting Rights Act. This is a case where Louisiana has reconfigured some of their congressional districts on the basis of race, and to ensure that there's majority minority congressional districts. They actually crafted a new a new congressional district to ensure that it had a majority African American district. And if you look at the way that these, uh, these these congressional districts are gerrymandered, it's it's beyond absurd, right, It's these tiny little micro lines throughout the state, one end of the state to the other.

4:52 And the Court has been clear in this if they if if a state legislature wants to do that on the basis of politics, and that's their per If they want to do on the basis of race, that's prohibited by the fourteenth Amendment. And looks like we're going to get a decision, hopefully very shortly with this in Louis and versus Cala, saying that states can't jerrymander on the basis of race. Right exactly. The other thing that is pending in Congress is the debate over FISA, the renewal OFISA. We've had some issues with it. I mean, it's interesting right now in light of where we are in terms of our national security and the threats that abound. I mean, This is just another one of those issues that Congress I mean, there it just seems like there's a lack of expediency in dealing with these and and I get it, you know that, you know, it's better to be you know, steady and prudent. But we've got so many balls in the area when it comes to our national security, especially with the you know we still have and funded uh you know, DHS. What the heck?

5:53 Right? Right? I think that that's that's your core power exercise of power from Congress is appropriations, right, I mean, the one thing that and they at some point they tend to get through this, but for them to sit on this because of politics, not funding and not renewing these necessary pieces of legislation to ensure our security, you know, at some point, I'm of mixed minds on FISA. It has been abused in the past, the vice of courts has been politicized. But nonetheless, I think there's a demonstrable need to ensure that law enforcement has the tools to ensure our security, and especially considering we're involved in an active conflict against the world's greatest sponsor of terrorism, so there's clearly a need for these sorts of things, so, you know, Congress to be held up again. I go back to this long standing point I've made before, is this zombie filibuster thing to enable the business of Congress and the business of the American people to be held hostage by just a couple of members of Congress, particularly members of the United States Senate, I think is just absurd.

6:57 At this point, I'm all for invoking traditional Phillip buster. Make these people who oppose this sort of stuff hold the well of the Senate and make them actually stay in Washington, d C. Not be able to fly home every two or three days. I know exactly I exaggerate, but it certainly seems like every two or three days. Make them stay in Washington and do their bloody jobs for Heaven's sakes. But the point you made earlier, Mike, is critical as far as the public is concerned, because they're going look at clearly there were abuses with FAISA, no consequences. So that's that is complicating the debate right now, and that is what has you know, politicians being a bit sensitive. But it's their fault because they just you know, they let it be abused and they didn't follow up on it.

7:43 To make sure people paid the consequences to where they tightened it up to where you know, when it comes up again, they can say, Okay, we've buttoned this thing down, so we don't have a problem in renewing it, right. Yeah, And I would I agree absolutely, I agree with that point wholeheartedly. I do. I would caution paid regarding these prosecutions. Again, you just saw that James Comy was reindicted, not reindicted, was indicted for new charges. So I think there is some accountability. You're seeing some movement from the Department of Justice. Look, there's a lot of work that goes into these indictments, the SPLC indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center. It takes a tremendous amount of work. You have to make the assumption, if you're a prosecutor, that the opposition, the target of your investigation is going to have very sophisticated, well funded legal counsel that is going to be able to ensure that every I is dotted, every T is crossed. It takes enormous amounts of time and resources to build these cases against these sophisticated parties.

8:38 So if you're going to indict a James Comy. If you're going to indict an SPLC, if you're going to indict Anthony Fauci's lieutenants for committing crimes, you really have to have airtight, strong cases because you know that they're going to have really really smart lawyers defending them, and they're going to politicize the prosecutions to the extent possible and also to the extent possible, drag you into courts where you might be and it in front of jerrys Now. This isn't necessarily the case with SPLC, because I'd say in Alabama, but they're going to drag you in front of jury's that are going to be openly hostile to the Trump administration. 14:14 Bill Martine is here with Landmark Legal. Mike O'Neill, Mike SBLC. Yeah, this is the Southern Southern Poverty Law Center. This is the organization that's that's known throughout the country as the group that designates hate groups. Right. They hold themselves out as the arbiter of what constitutes a hate group, and somehow the left and to even a lesser extent or disturbingly extent, the mainstream press and mainstream outlets glom onto this and somehow have held this up to this group up to be the standard for who is a hate group and who isn't. Apparently, though in the past five or six years or ten years, all it needs for you to rise the level of a hate group is if you if you say that transgenderism is a mental health disorder, right, that makes you a hate group, according to the SPLC, pretty low bar. Nonetheless, as we saw last week, they were They've been indicted by the Department of Justice on thirteen counts or excuse me, eleven count federal indictment issues of wire fraud, bank fraud, false statements to federally insured banks, conspiracy to commit money laundering. Essentially, what you saw here is the SPLC, which by the way, has a war chest. I think in the hundreds of millions of dollars and all that money, interestingly, bill is offshore.

15:23 It's in banks. It's not in domestics, not in like Bank of America or Capital One or what have you. It's in these offshore accounts, which in and of itself is just bizarre. Why would why why would you. Have a taxi? First of all, why would you have a five to one c in this. Micha O'Neill is the vice president of an exempt organization of a five to one C three tax exempt organization, speaks from this, So I think this is kind of close to me as an exempt organization. Why would you have your money? First of all, you have hundreds of millions of dollars amazing, that's amazing in and of itself, a charity with hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank, okay, But then you have it all offshore in these in the Caymans, the Bahamas. Know what's going on? What is the purpose of that? Well, we're starting to see a little bit of illumination under this again with the proviso here that this is these are alleged crimes, that this is an indictment they are entitled like any entity or any individual in our country is entitled to the presumption of innocence.

16:15 But let's be clear about what the allegations are that they spent, That they pay millions of dollars to informants embedded in white supremacist organizations. That so you're talking about millions of dollars flowing into organizations from the SPLC to the KKK. And I mean, okay, so I give one hundred thousand dollars, I give fifty thousand dollars to the Southern Poverty Law Center with the assumption that they're going to combat right winging extremism, right and then my money that money goes finds its way into the coffers of the Grand Wizard of the KKK. Okay, Well, that's clearly problematic. So I think it's good that this indictment came down. It's important that there's some accountability from NGOs that are committing these sorts of crimes. There's a big issue at play here also with NGOs and exempt organizations and some of the accountability they need to have from terms of from their from their exempt status, we I can say we operate from a privileged status. Donations to organizations are tax exempt. We don't have to pay taxes on our on our income. Oftentimes Landmark doesn't get this, but oftentimes a lot of NGOs and exempt organizations receive government grants.

17:23 So you get the tax benefits, you get the tax deductions, and you get the tax money. You should be held to a very high standard of accountability in these cases. Well, you wondered if sblc's dollars were aware of this scam. And I think that's obviously one of the parts issue, Right, you know that the duplicitus conduct defrauding your contributors. You're helding yourself out to this as this contract. But again, I think this is really kind of what happens is they've become irrelevant, right, They had to manufacture controversies in order to maintain their relevance, and they justify their existence. When Joe Biden came out and said years ago at that history, you know, I guess well known almost historic speech that the gravest threat to America is domestic terrorism and right wing extremism. We all knew that he was full of nonsense. But you have to create this boogeyman to ensure your relevance, and was.

18:16 He hand in hand with the SBLC on that statement. I don't know. I'm not going to think of it, you know, South Carolina. Right, Certainly, again, there is and we've talked about this before, and anybody, anybody with half a brain, understands that there is no institutional racism in this country. Now. I'm not saying that people aren't racist. I'm not saying that people don't have prejudices and are bigot because individuals have their problem, but there is no institutional racism. Universities institutions in this country have have battalions of diversity officers whose sole job is to suss out this institutional racism, and it just doesn't exist, right, It's just it's just a remnant of a bygone era. People from institution aren't racist in this country, and yet you have this entire organizational structure that has to justify their relevance. So therefore, okay, well, we're gonna give money to these extreme fringe organizations to gin up something so that we can raise money off of it. Okay, that's that's what we're talking about at base.

19:19 Allegedly what occurred here, Now the SPLC will say makes makes the point, Well, they're their defense. I don't think they're actually questioning the money going to these organizations because those are financial transactions. It's pretty objective the paper trail. But I think their defense, at least is from what I've understand, is their defense as well. We were trying to we're trying to get into the informants. Well, we're trying to pay informance in these groups. Okay, so you're you're a lawyer in wherever you are, and you're trying to manage uninformant. That's a job for law enforcement. Can you imagine Mike O'Neill, lawyer in Leedsburg, Virginia, trying to uh, okay, I know what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna manage my informant in the kluplex Klan. Right. Yeah. I have the look law enforcement officers go through training and under specific orders and protocols and how they manage their enforcement. To imagine you have the arrogance to somehow think that you can manage informants in these groups and giving whatever amount of money to the Grand Wizard, somehow he's gonna do what you want him to do. I mean, that's just that's absurd on its face. So if that's their defense, I say good luck to them trying to show that and convince a jury that that's a viable defense. We'll see.

20:21 Well, like you say, it's almost like the SBLC is a bit of a dinosaur here. They've outlived their reason to exist. So yeah, so. They're manufacturing a reason now, right. Yeah, absolutely, I mean it's it's we have a society has kind of moved on. And think about this also, when the Bostak decision came down decades ago, I think it was now sixteen or seventeen years ago, this is the gay marriage decision. Right, the Supreme coort recognizes that gay marriage is permissible. They didn't allow the states to come about it. They just kind of had this decision. Suddenly, all these organizations for decades, their their reason for existence was legalizing gay marriage, right, ensuring that home sexuals had had rights that everybody else did. Okay, let's we can get into that debate. That's another debate. But once you won that, you won that, you you had that opinion come out. Suddenly gay marriage is throughout the country. There is there is no anti homosexual agenda in the country, right, do you know anybody in the right minds who's like committed to you know, So what did they have to do?

21:21 They had to move further, right, they had to move suddenly. Now the trans agenda is our reason for being. So now you had to move further and further to the to the to the fringes of extremism. And so what did we get. We got the boss suck decision, you can say. Okay, from at that point, that's when the trans agenda kind kind of came around. So this is what you're seeing these these organizations reasons for existence is no longer in place. We've kind of moved on from a societal standpoint of this, and yet they have to continue to operate and continue the grift. So they yeah, yeah, exactly, so they morph and guess what, they've already had years of experience, as you said, to perfect their grifting expertise. Right, yeah, And allegedly this is what you're seeing play out in real time. And it's good that the Department of Justice is holding them accountable for this. The more primitive stance that again, I think there's another part to this, and I think this is this is an issue. It's kind of near to my heart as somebody who's practicing this area is accountability from the IRS's standpoint. Look, as I said before, we enjoy privileged status as EXEPT the organizations we should be held to a higher standard. There's civil complication. There's civil issues here as well as criminal and that's in terms of the IRS revocation examinations of their tax statuses. Of tax statusis think about all those groups that received all that money at the tail end of the Biden administration. We're talking, oh my gosh, yeah, billions of dollars, right, billions of dollars, so that somebody has a soft somebody in the Biden administration has a soft landing spot when they leave government service, so they can go get a high six figure job in some NGO that just got an infusion of a million dollars, two million dollars in some sort of government grant. The

22:52 EPA is doing a good job kind of clawing back and unwinding that. But I think there's clearly a role for the Internal Revenue Service here, and again I'm I don't come at that decision gently. You know, my position in this really easily because I know that the problems with the IRS particularly with exempt organizations back in the Obama administration. So I'm loosed to go down the path of empowering the irs. Nonetheless, when you look at the equities and you're talking about the amounts of money here a case, you clearly have to say and acknowledge that, Hey, we need to do something about these NGOs that are grifting off the American taxpayer. And I think it's important that we do that. Yeah, without a doubt. Well, Mike, you bring up some great points here, because you know the people are wondering, you know, what is going on with our text money.

23:35 We're thirty nine trillion dollars in debt, We've got all this fraud going on. Social Security is about to go bankrupt, and we're not seeing any answers, there any resolution here. Yeah, it's it's gonna take a while. I mean it's it's not easy, but you see there's work. Look, there is progress being made. Let's be very clear. You saw the raids on the on the Somali communities up in Minnesota. There is something. You saw the indictment of the PLC. You start to fight back, you start to walk down that path. This is something that's been in existence. For decades. It's not going to be something that's going to be resolved in just a couple of months. You have to understand, these are these law enforcement agencies, these administrative agencies are limited resources. They're fighting really big battles against really sophisticated parties, and you have to start to stake you know, how do you eat an elephant? Right?

24:23 Yeah, exactly. So with the interroads we're making now with the midterms, and you bring in the Democrats, all this stuff comes to a screeching halt, doesn't it. Well, I think it depends if assuming Democrats gain the House and the gain the control of the Congress, let's make that assumption. I don't think it really slows down the ability of the Department of Justice to continue their investigations. Now they will hold here, you know, Congress. If the Democrats take control, they'll hold healings, they'll do impeachments, they'll try to derail everything from a congressional perspective. But I think the work of the administrative of the Trump administration continues, so I don't think it's necessarily going to slow it down.

25:04 I do think you could talk about, you know, they're going to do everything they can. They've done this before. We know this with the courts is through their lawfare. They're trying to slow this. They want to continue the grift, right. I mean I used to think that. I used to struggle with how are we going to balance our budget or how are we going to get a hold of our debts? I said, we just spend so much money. Now I've come to the conclusion that hey, if we can just start to if we could just start to address the waste for an abuse in the federal spendingly, everything's going to look a lot better. Right if we spend two if our budget, if we spend eight trillion dollars annually, which is just unfathomable, how much money that is, and if one and a half to two trillion of that is just waste for an abuse just goes to out the window for nonsense. Suddenly our budget and debt futures look a lot brighter. So I think that this is necessary that we do this again. Whether Congress flips is going to be something, but I think that the Trump administration is committed to doing this and they need to keep up their work.

So I think that I heard poetry a lot as a child in church and and and then when I was sixty five, me and my husband went on a Greek cruise and that's the Parthenon.

He's going, oh, he just it just it comes with the package, right. Well, my family's used to it now, funny you should say that, and they they're they're so used to it. And it's a big ordeal because you got we had to stop the cab in at the Parthenon, and the cab driver got a ticket because she wasn't allowed to stop there. But that was the perfect view of the part for the hands. Then you have to make sure where your hands are. Sometimes I was on snow, sometimes gravel which hurts your hands. Yeah, you have to think about oh millions of different problems. The best handstands are the ones that are dangerous, like on a high wall or the Martini glass bathtub at the Poconos which is thirty feet high.

1:13:15 You know. But the poems here's in their stories too. But the main thread of the whole book is how God's word helped me through my every problem in my life. Because I became a Christian when I was six, I asked Jesus into my heart and ever since then God has helped me and been with me like he promised he would. And the Lord's going to go with me through the adventure of death soon. And I wanted to encourage people, and I sprinkled the Bible in through my story because it is a big part of the story. Right as you passed from this life into eternity, and it's like it's a rebirth, isn't it When you think about it. I know that when my dad passed, God gave me a lot of comfort. My dad and I were really close, and God gave me a lot of comfort to see my father being born into eternity and Jesus being there to meet him. That just gave me so much comfort.

1:14:20 Huh. Well, I was asking God when I die, could it please be no fear, no sadness, and no pain. And then one day I thought, oh, that would be in my sleep. So now I'm saying, Lord, you're the boss, when I die, could it please be in my sleep? Exactly? Well, Hey, look at we don't have, the Bible says, because we don't ask, right, that's right, So we get to ask. So here all that you've been dealing with, dealing with the terminal disease, and of course you're still Victoria Jackson. You take it with a smile on your face. I mean, your faith is what animates you, what gives you hope, what gets you up every morning. I mean, uh, and I think that. Uh. The last time we ran into each other, we were in Tennessee and that's when you told me that you were you were dealing with with the breast cancer at that point. And so I'm I'm glad that we have a chance to meet up and talk and you know, celebrate your new book and share with our audience. Uh, you know, the fun and animation that is the one and only Victoria Jackson.

1:15:32 Thank you, Bill. Yep. I'm dealing with pain now, like cancer is different for everyone, and I figured I can endure anything if there's no pain involved. Well, now I've got pain on my hips and my pelvic bone is covered in cancer. But they're not sure if the pain is coming from the cancer on my pelvic ord just arthright, is from millions of hands stands right. Yeah. So I have pain pillows and they make me tired, and that's my new thing. Last year, they found a tumor in my windpipe and the news all over the world said Victoria Jackson two years to live. She's going to suffocate to death, which is kind of what I said on my Instagram but a little exaggerated, And they radiated that tumor and now I can breathe.

1:16:31 Great, well, thank you. Look at that. The medical field is doing great with cancer. They have a lot of ways they're helping people stay alive longer. But the thing is, what's one day or two days, fifteen years goes. Like that exactly exactly. To be ready to meet God. Yeah, and I'm I'm glad you said something about breathing. I think that's one aspect of our humanity. The way God has designed us is that we underestimate the power of deep breathing and what that does, not only in relaxing you, but in cleansing you and that sort of thing. And I have made that part of my daily devotion.

1:17:11 As I'm going through my devotion, I'm reminded, you know, to breathe deep, you know, and to go through that exercise. It's amazing what that does, you know, just a simple exercise of breathing, you know, right. Breathing is big. When I healed from the radiation, I was like, breathe again. I thank God all that. Every day I go Lord a million thank you, there's so many things to be grateful for, and breathing is one of them. Exactly well, as we are, you know, in your life as it is preparing and God has been preparing to receive you, and as your journey continues here and looking back at your legacy, as you said, you came to the Lord at the age of the things that you've experienced with God through your years here on earth. What do you want to tell the readers in our audience that would be lasting for them in terms of you know what God has done for you?

1:18:18 Well, first of all, when I was doing my audio book, I noticed that I left out a lot of things I'm ashamed of, and I thought, well, I think I should tell people that I'm a sinner, because why do we need a savior if we don't have any sin? And when we share the Gospel with people the good news that Jesus died for our sins, rose from the dead so we could have eternal life with him, we got to start at the beginning. We have sin, yes, Romans three twenty three. All have sin and come short of the glory of God Romans six twenty three. For the wages of sin is death. But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord. So when I did my audio book, I threw in a couple tidbits of things I'm ashamed of because I think, you know, it's not a tell all. But but i know what sin and shame is, and I'm so grateful to be Jesus saved me from it.

What I would tell people, I would tell people they should read the Book of John and really read the Bible every day, and it's bread for your soul and and and Jesus and pray and he can help you through anything exactly. Remind me of what Billy Graham said before his passing, and he was asked if he had any regrets, and the only regret he said that he had was that he didn't spend more time in the Word of God. Wow, how was that cool? I love that. That blessed me so much for him to say that. And of course, what did Jesus say about you know when the apostle said, you know about bread, you know about eating bread and the things of this world, and he goes, that's not what I live on. What I live on is every word that comes from the mouth of God.

Today is also the anniversary of the birth of one Vladimir Linen, and that date was chosen specifically by the people who created Earth Day over fifty years ago. So it is thus no coincidences. The old Bolsheviks would want to say Earth Day was meant to coincide with Lenin's birthday. And if you want to know where the green movement will ultimately lead, just lock where Vladimir Linen's revolution ultimately led.

I mean, because you know, it's obviously a number of decades since Lenin's been on the scene, and we talk about it, but to you know, attach Earth Day with lenon break it down and help us understand that direct connection. Well. Ultimately, the communist revolution, the Bolshevik Revolution of nineteen seventeen was about gaining control over, in this case, the people who lived in Tsarist Russia. It was done, of course, in the name of liberating the proletariat. It was done in the name of creating a red utopia on earth.

According to Marx, the revolution would break out in the wealthiest countries of the world, or where the bush was. He thought it was well in SCons but was actually more vulnerable than any place else. Well, that didn't happen. It broke out in Russia, which was extremely backward, and it broke out actually solely because the Czar, along with numerous other people in power power powerful people in Europe, had been dumb enough to get Russia into what we now know was World War One. But ultimately, communism was about gaining control of people microbe managing their lives and by the way, smothering any descent that arose from those who were being dominated by their rulers. Well, therein lives. Of course, the affinity of the green movement in a way, they tipped their hand, because what is environmentalism all about is about gaining control of people and micromanaging their lives.

It's not you know, I guess we just have not experienced enough of the lives and the bad news of the green agenda to kind of get rid of it once and for all. Right, because they find a way to, you know, like cockroaches, they'll they'll go and hide for a while and reconstitute, but they'll come back, you know, they'll. Come back, and they'll particularly come back to political venues which are hospitable, still hospitable to their agenda. So in the United States you have seen them largely, not entirely, but largely disappear from red states and red jurisdictions. But they are alive and well in blue states and jurisdictions California, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts.

Right, that's right, even though those green policies have failed spectactary right in say California in New York, just to cite two examples, where the price of electricity and the price of gasoline are of the highest in the country. People's disposable incomes have been quashed as a result of this, and that is one of the many reasons why both California and New York are suffering a net outflow of people, because the people have had enough, and people of middle income and points down simply can't afford to live in those states and are seeking their fortunes elsewhere.

I mean, after all that they've gone through, Get me out of the state so I can survive, and you know, maybe revisit the dream of fortunes in an area, in a state where I have a free chance to win, a fair chance to win. Yeah, that's right, And this entails no small sacrifice. The people leaving California a leaving a state that's debosibly very beautiful, spectacular natural beauty, the Pacific Ocean, the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the wonderful climate that the place has. My God, no wonder the song said, California, here I come right, right exactly. Oh, they're not seeing that anymore.

1:45:40 Yeah, the California dreaming has become a California nightmare. You know, that's right. The descendants of the Oaks who fled Oklahoma back in the nineteen thirties are now heading back to Oklahoma, which is far more hospitable to building a productive lay life in California. Then today's California. Will ever be right leaving behind their electrical vehicles and trying to see if they can find their covered wagon, right, feel a little bit more efficient? Well, you know, so here it is celebrated Earth Day, and we're recording this on Earth Day, so you know, so what right I mean is this is what has come down to, is that people are just saying Earth Day.

Actually, those of us who have expressed skepticism, to put it mildly, about all of this agenda, actually do have a little something to celebrate today because the green agenda is not nearly as strong as it once was because it's being discredited. It's being discredited in the eyes of more and more people, not just in the United States but also in your You're ever the laggard, of course, but even they are starting to wake up now because look, a kill a lot of electricity in Germany cost three times as much per hour as it does in the United States. Go to Germany, drive around.

1:47:19 What will you see wind turbines everywhere. You'll see the same thing. In Britain, You'll see the same thing in Ireland. What has that gotten them? That it has gotten them a shrinkage of disposable incomes for ordinary people. They're the ones who are now facing de industrialization, which is where decarbonization leads. Yes, well, you know, like you say, it's being discredited in a sense bonner on its own merit or lack thereof, because you know the proofs in the pudding right as you say. Yeah, that's right. You know, we've we've we've had experience experiences with the experiment. We know how this movie ends, and this movie does not have a happy ending, and that we still have jurisdictions in the United States that are still embracing the green agenda to the detriment of their own people. Exactly show is the extent to which people can be completely delusional, and why are they delusional?

I mean, if we could add up all the trillions of dollars that have been invested in this, uh you know, this green scam, I think people would be shocked. I mean trillions of dollars that basically have been wasted, all for the all for the sake of their own control and their own egos. Actually, we have created a brand spanking new rust belt in parts of the country. That rust belt now consists of factories that were opened up with government subsidies from the Obama and Biden administrations to create places where we could build batteries to power evs and for spare parts of evs. Turns out there's no real market for those cars in the United States worthy of the name, So what if they had to do, They have had to shutter them. So these facilities that were opened up with the usual ribbon cutting and people shoveling dirt, promising a golden future for American workers, they're lying empty now. And the taxpayers money that were shoveled into the these projects is long gone and isn't coming back. Every cent of
