Tyler Grey discusses his new book, Forged in Chaos. Raw, direct and honest he shares his life journey from childhood which started the forging. Delta Force is the U.S. Army's premier tier-one special missions unit, specializing in counterterrorism, hostage rescue, and direct-action missions. After being medically retired, he struggled with the loss of identity and purpose before rebuilding himself through storytelling. His acclaimed documentary, That Which I Love Destroys Me, won a 2015 Voice Arts Award and became a key resource for military mental health professionals. Now an author, speaker, and filmmaker, Tyler works to bridge the gap between military and civilian experiences, challenging outdated mental health paradigms and empowering others to transform trauma into growth.
