It's a nationally syndicated radio and TV program. Hey, Market, morning to you. How are you good? Thank you? I hope you're doing well too, and thank you for having me. This is Yeah, it's an interesting time, isn't it. Mark? I mean I keep talking to my friends, I says, can you believe this? We've lived this long to see this kind of I don't know this instability and wackiness that is happening to our culture and our country. But hey, look at we've been warned that we were heading down this path, and now it's it's totally out of the closet, isn't it.

0:57 It is it's been it's been around for ever, and that's the thing that irritates me the most. I mean, I'm really happy that they pulled. Back ninety nine million dollars worth of payments to dead people. That's wonderful that this administration at least is if they can't drain the swamp because of all the legalities and all the people coming against them trying to that least can shine the light on it. But ninety nine million isn't a lot of money compared to the rest of the fraud in it. I did a little research bill, and one of the things I found out is in the last ten years, there's been over two point one four trillion dollars in fraud alone. These are just fraud payments alone. Think about that with all the benefits that go out from the federal government two point one four trillion dollars, that's half of our debt. That means that our debt would be down to two trillion dollars if that money hadn't gone out. That means there'd be two trillion dollars in you're in my pocket and the rest of Americans because that's where the money came from, primarily from our pockets. You know exactly what can you imagine how that would help the average household?

2:07 Yeah? Can you talk about affordability? Yeah? Yeah, Well, there you go that you're nailing it right exactly. I mean, this is and and of course Elon Musk when he first came to town, to d C with Doge and talking about the fraud and waste things that we've been talking about for decades. Mark, And and now we finally had somebody that was going to take a look see. And boy, I'll tell you, the the swamp moved quick, you know, to cover and invalidate him in such a way because you know, as they say in military terms, Mark, is that when you're over the target, the flat comes in and the flack was hitting Elon Musk and Donald Trump repeatedly, right.

2:48 Oh my gosh. It was like alligators after red meat, wasn't it. They were just going to destroy them. And that's a thing that is really sad. I mean, think about this. This isn't due to criminals. I mean, yeah, criminals, A lot of criminals create the fraud. But the only reason they could do it is because the checks and balances aren't there. As you mentioned, Dose, remember in the beginning, they pointed out that there was literally hundreds of billions of dollars. I'll go with millions, even if you want to go there, if you think we can't prove hundreds of billions that went out without any indication of what this money was going out for, and much of it without. Who it was going to. That alone should tell you.

3:32 After years of audits, warnings, repeated losses, our leaders can't be allowed to continue to say, oh, this was an oversight. We got to hold them accountable. Congress, we have to hold the House representatives accountable for this. When lawmakers know the controls aren't in place, and they're not requiring them to be put in place, that's the true fraud. Well, the incentives are producing the fruit that we have today. Just to your point, all this fraud and corruption has been incentivized, it's been ignored. I mean obvious things that have been going on and on, you know as we follow the money mark and I'm sure you've seen this as well, is that it's not just these obvious criminals, you may say, but the criminality involves elected officials because because when an elected official, when their number one job is to get re elected, come higher hell water, they've got to get money, and so they're selling their souls out in order to get re elected.

4:41 Right absolutely, I mean think about this. A bill gets past hundreds of millions of dollars, billions of dollars is going to go out from the federal government, and they don't build in any checks and balances into that. They don't build in that. It is required that they do the basic accounting every b this in America have to has to do and report to the government. You know, if I pay somebody over six hundred dollars in a year, I have to send them a ten ninety nine so the government knows who got that money. Okay, But they don't have to do that with the money they're sending out to every benefit. They don't have to have a name on it or an organization. You don't, Bill, Let me, let me throw a scenario by you. You tell me if you think this is a possibility. Let's see the federal government, the House of represented as the Senate, they send out money.

5:30 They to an NGO, then NGO sends it, disperses it to multiple NGOs. Those NGOs send it to nonprofits, and then the nonprofits end up not having to report or show where that money went, but it goes. What happens if some. Then that money goes back into the politician's pocket exactly as a candidate. Is that a possibility? Bill, Can you see that happening even in America. I mean, come on, it's even a child can see that happening, especially when Congress could legislation most of this fraud out of every bill they write. The idea that we are electing people who aren't smart enough to be able to do that is foolishness.

6:18 It's not intell it's not an issue of intelligence. Mark That's exactly right. The bottom line is people do that which they get rewarded for, and the system has been set up in such a way that our elected officials are getting rewarded for the wrong behavior. This is why we the people must take our country back. We must take control of our. Countess amen to that bill, and that is so important. This message has to get out there. We're at the end of the leash now. Our debt is over four trillion dollars. I've heard numbers on the interest alone is over a trillion dollars. Think about that. Yeah, three military. Peers out of the taxpayer pockets going just to pay the interest on our debt. Okay, we can't sustain this.

7:06 And once a dollar, once the debt goes over the cliff where we can't sustain it, the dollar will lose its place in the world as a currency for trade around the world. When it loses that, it will lose its power In the United States. Inflation will become hyperinflation, and we'll start going into a depression and it could take ten twenty years to get out of that. If we ever get out of that. People, I have concerns about communism and socialism taking over America, but the debt is the key that will cause that to happen if we allow it to keep going. The debt is now the reason for debt. The reason half our debt is fraud, and purposely, I mean purposeful fraud, not just not just the bad guys you know sitting in Nigeria pretending to be a prince, but in our Congress right now.

7:58 Allowing this to happen. We have to elect godly conservatives that will put this country back on the path that God first ordained us to be on. You know, I believe in God. I believe our country was founded on the concepts of Christianity, capitalism, and freedom, and I believe those three together are very powerful. We're losing that because we've lost control and and you know, we can blame the House of representatives. We can blame the Senate, we can blame so many people, but when it comes down to it, we're a republic. We do the voting, We decide who goes in there. We have to hold them accountable. My predecessor to financial issues, dan Celia, he used to call them spineless weasels, and that's very important because we need to get the spinalless weasels out of there. We need to get people who are going to do the right thing, even if they don't get re elected. We need them to do the right thing right now because we're at the end of our We're going down a river towards the fall, and it's gotten to the point to where we can't back panel fast enough anymore.

You know, Mark, as you were just saying, is that, look at the system has been set up. It's been going on for decades, and it's it's rot front with the corruption and all this.

13:54 But you know, like you were suggesting earlier, the problem is the man in the mirror. It's us because we keep electing these people into office. They are a representation of our own personalities, so there needs to be you know, Charles Finny would say that a revival happens when it's most needed this country, just like you know, when you look at the history of man, you get this cycle, particularly that's you know, clearly stated in the Book of Judges, where prosperity gets to the point where man gets so arrogant they start looking at things according to their own ways, and when they do that, they depart from godly principles.

14:35 And this is where our nation is, is that we've looked at it because we've been very prosperous. Things were going hunky dory. The signs are there right now that we are in the danger zone, but we're not responding fast enough, so we may end up having to realize that gravity still exists. I keep telling people Mark, and that is immutable, and we're going to hit the ground. It's gonna it's and it's going to be hard, and it's going to be very painful, and the level of that pain will be in direct correlation to how quick we respond. You know. It's like I often use that analogy. Remember the pennzoil commercial. It says you could pay me now or pay me later. The inference was if you paid later, it was much more complicated, much more expensive.

15:20 And this is where we are right now. Either we realize that this is a nation was born out of the principles. Like you said, there were godly principles. I believe that God's hand, divine guidance. Our founding fathers repeated, repeatedly said that this was the case. This was an absolute miracle the way our country was developed and brought into being and to become the world's superpower. This didn't happen because of George Washington on his own, or Madison or Jefferson. I mean, clearly, this was the hand of God, Mark right. It was the wisdom, it was the strength. It was the faith in these men, men that came from God that God used to to ordain this country, to allow us to have this country. We have a responsibility to steward our citizenship and elect the right people.

16:09 And we need to do that, and we need to do it now. This election. I know you hear it every year. This election is so important. But guess what this is what could easily happen. And this is the way communists and socialists have taken over so many countries. Is first they destroy the country financially by promising all this free stuff to everybody. So those people who don't want to work, the lazy, the lazy in the country, those people who would just like to get just enough to get by, they vote those people in, not realizing that the next step that happens after communism stakes over is they line those people up and they shoot them. You know, you can get rid of them because they're unproductive, and the Chinese needs you to the communists and the socialists need you to be product so they can stay in power and be elite.

17:03 So we have to watch this our debt our. If our dollar collapses in any way, that gives the socialists the opportunity to step in and start promising people, we'll give you all the food you need, the shelter and the clothes, and that'll last for a couple of years before they start lining people up and we start hearing gunshots. So we're near the end of the rope here, Bill, And I'm so glad you're out there preaching this and letting people know because this election, if you need to vote in the people that will change things. If if president Trump. If this administration had a Senate and a House representatives that would get behind him, they wouldn't just be shining a light and occasionally being able to recover this money. Remember, every time they tried to do anything, there's four hundred and thirty seven thousand lawsuits that go against them from the to me. So what if they had a Congress behind them, they could get these bills passed.

17:58 They could drain the swamp. We could pull back on all this and get in a place to where we could start rebuilding America and away. Never seen before they've done that. Anyway. Let me let me share a couple things. Do you mind if I share? Since just since the. Beginning of this administration, since the peak of the last administration you talk. You mentioned affordability. You know, this is the big lie that they're putting on us. First of all, real wage growth all but one year of the Trump administration. Has been positive. Real wage growth means that wages have grown faster than even the inflation. Okay, so that's one.

18:39 Secondly, they say, yeah, but still inflation. Once inflation hits, the prices don't go down. Let me share something. Lumber has gone down over sixty percent since the last administration. Televisions and appliances have gone down anywhere from twenty to thirty percent. Eggs are down any well, they were down more. But used cars and trucks are down over fifteen percent. Video equipment down over fifteen percent. Other furniture down over thirteen percent. I mean it just go. Computers, periphials, smart homeless appliances down over twelve percent. We're actualusly seeing the costs of things come down. But you don't hear that on the other news.

19:24 You don't know because they're lying to us. Victom and buy into the government needs to take care of you. Well, there's enough, there's enough people out there who don't want to be productive, who want to be taken care of. That if if they keep telling this, they'll say, yeah, just take care of me. I'll be fine just getting by. But you won't. Because we know biblically, it's biblically sounded, it's emotionally sound. People are only happy when they're productive. Bottomne no, no question, bottom line. You're you're exactly right, Mark. And the thing is is that we have raised a generation that grew up with performance trophies. You know, if they if they scrape their knee. You know, everybody went, you know, catatonic, and you know, overreacted to it. We we've coddled a generation to where if they if they get a booboo, it's the end of the world, you know.

20:19 And uh, and here it is. You know, they were told if you went to the right school and you indebted yourself, you know, a couple of hundred thousand dollars, you know that you were you were going to be okay. Well, here they go, they graduate, and they come out, they don't have a job, they're they're living with their parents, and you know, and you know they're not getting married. They're not. And then they've been told to expect to get a five bedroom, uh, five five bath, three car garage on three acres in the luxury part of town. When you graduate high school or college, you should expect what your parents work thirty five forty years to get. That's what they're taunting, because you're trying to destroy this nation, you know that.

21:04 But the whole nation, you know, the whole economic system has been under attack, as you said, Mark, for a long time. They've been chipping away, you know, the cost of living inflation, even though there's there's been an effect, a positive effect here. But meanwhile, some of these things have been baked in the system, you know, housing regulations, government regulations, All these things have contributed. If you follow the money, and you see that our elected officials have all been part and parcel. And I don't mean to blame them all, but I'm just saying, is there's no light whatsoever being placed on them. You and I this is a rare conversation in uh in the cultural sphere right now. Now. That saddens me, Bill that it is, But I do thank God for you being out there.

21:45 And there are a few others. And if we let our voices be heard and we continue to make it heard, maybe the selection will change the course despite the same. But the Save back, the say back, We've got to do something about holding the integrity of your vote. You know what, I. Am just astonished that the that the Democrat Party one hundred percent of the elected officials are fighting against the Saving Act. How is that possible that anybody would want to do that? You know, did you know that you had to get a special I D just to go to a restaurant during the COVID thing? Okay, but you can't get an ID to vote? Yeah, I mean be real.

22:36 Uh you want you want to go to Obama's library, Yeah, you need you need an ID to get in there. Exactly. How about this one? I saw that somebody did research on the reparations laws that were passing in California and a state or two to try and pay some people because their great great great great grandmother was a selegh. Isn't it amazing that they can do the research to come up to ID themselves and trace it that far back. But the Democrat Party says they're not smart enough to be able to get an ID right now to vote. It is rich with irony, there's no doubt about it. Mark. Really, they're convinced that we're just stupid, you know.

23:21 And the thing well, they are convinced of that, and they believe they're smarter than us, and they believe they can convince us of everything. And you know why, because of what's happened over the years here. But you know who got elected last It was Trump? You know who got elected before that, Trump? But they put invited anyway, you know who got elected before that Trump? And if you look at all this what's going on there's still there's still a remnant of very powerful. Remember that phrase, the silent majority. Yes, I pray and hope and I am believing that it's still there. This year, let's make that silent majority get vocal at voting booth. Well, we're down to less than one hundred days and the activity is picking up and our Democratic Republic is hanging in the balance here. Huh, Yeah, it really is, Bill, And we are recording this before we know the results in Michigan, so we don't know exactly who's going to be the Democrat nominee in the Michigan Senate primary yet. But what I have realized is it doesn't matter which of the two candidates wins. They're all the Democrat. You're talking about the Democratic candidatec.

29:01 Yeah, the Democrat candidates. It doesn't matter because they're all extreme. We just this last week, I've seen both the former Vice president Kamala Harris and Pete Budacheck both saying that we need to abolish the electoral college completely, get rid of the electoral college it spanned the Supreme Court. And Pete Butacheck wants term limits on the Court. He wants some nonpartisan method or a balanced method for the number of judges or the kind of judges that are on the court. And then Kamala Harris wants to make Puerto Rico in Washington.

29:42 D C. States. So when they try to seem like they're mainstream. They're not mainstream. They are four left. They're all far left in there. They may be saying socialism, but what they mean by socialism is communism. What they mean is. Destroy our constitution, representative democracy and replace it with a communist socialist government. You know, it might be interesting after all this said and done, Joe Biden letting in twenty million illegal immigrants coming from these third world countries that have been oppressed and have experienced socialism and communism, and here they are thinking, Hey, I got a golden ticket, I'm going to the Land of the Free, and I'm yeah, you know, it's just going to be so. And then all of a sudden it's like, oh my god, what I left is chasing me here in the United States and the benefit and I'm grateful for these immigrants. So regardless of how you feel about them, is they know the truth of where they came from, and they're speaking out Jenny Besh, They're telling everyday citizens you don't want to go there.

30:52 Yeah, they are doing that, and I think it's very important that they do. We just don't have enough who are doing that. I think there are a lot lot of people who came here who want the free things that they can get from America rather than the freedom they can get. And those who. Want freedom and want liberty, and understand what it's like to live in communist China or the Communist Soviet Union, or the former Communist Soviet Union, the currently just absolutely corrupt Russia, the communist communist Cuba. They understand what's at stake. And the few people who've been able to escape from North Korea and come and write books about it. I've written read a few books. There aren't a lot out there, but I've read a few books from people who've escaped North Korea. It's communism that led to an absolute, total one, totalitarian state, and that's what happens.

31:53 It never works. Socialism doesn't work. It fails everywhere it's ever tried. Communism leads totalitarianism and antyranny. You can never have the utopia they hope to have because that utopia ignores human nature. In our system, we understand the flaws in human nature and try to create checks and balances within our government and through the market system to be able to keep those in check. When you don't have that in a. System with liberty. You wind up with. A heavy fist, a heavy hand coming down in mandating everything that happens in every aspect of your life.

32:36 Well, the history is, it's empirical, the evidence is there. It's do the people have ears to hear and eyes to see. You've got a lot of young educated people and of course they're being told, hey, you know we're going to get rid of your tuition, you know your tuition debt. Well, you can't blame them for being some sort of shining article, but you know something that's attracted to them. I mean Joe Biden, how much student that he wipe out during his administration. And the fact of the matter is is that somebody is going to pay for this, and it will be leveraged on you know, one way or another. It's going to be on the backs of everyday tax people and the Democrats. All they know is to tax and to take away your money, and they'll just be more of that to where you get to the point where as you suggested, it's shared misery, Jenny Beth, it.

33:30 Is shared misery. It's a reach to the bottom, and there will be equality mostly under a communist system. That it's not equality it's equity. They'll be equity in that system. Everyone will be equitably miserable. Everyone will be equitably at the lowest common denominator. I was going to say, welcome to the world of mediocrity, right. Right, That's exactly what it will be. There will be no incentive to do better. You actually will be punished if you do better. It's a terrible, terrible, terrible system. And you're right, people can open their ears and their eyes to hear and to see it.

34:14 We have failed. Our education system has completely failed, and I think that we're seeing the. Results of that. The communist revolution shifted into our school system and has indoctrinated our young people and indoctrinated them and then not taught them other history, not taught them about the failures of communism, not taught them about the failures of socialism. So now it's up to us. We've got to make sure that we are teaching the younger generations, and by younger, I mean like thirty years old and younger, the danger. Of what they're trying.

34:55 They're trying to aspire to, because it isn't an aspiration they will be. It will be a disaster for our country. Everything that they love and they think that they want to be able to accomplish, they will not be able to accomplish going down that path. Well, I'll tell you, you know, a lot of blame goes, no doubt, to the educational system. But unless we forget we as parents and grandparents have been culpable. The media has been culpable, no doubt about it. All the cultural influences, the movies and all that sort of thing. You know, we have gotten so involved in living life but really not training up a child in the things that are critical to their well being, you know, once they're out of their homes. So that when they realize when they go to college and they realize that a professor is off the trail, that they can say, hey, I'm not going to accept that I may need to go along to get the grade, but I'm not going to accept that lie. That doesn't work. And that's what we need to promote again, is critical thinking and discernment from the young people, because it's the young people buy and large that's buying into this, you know, socialistic doctrine because they don't know because just as exactly as you said, they haven't taught them and taught that there has been an interest for them to understand. But hopefully our conversation and others that are happening right now that we can speak to that. You know, even that silent majority has to speak out because I know that in flyover America, as

The critical social justice theory is what they actually have been taught, and that is to criticize everything and to say that America is unjust and that things must be adjusted in our society to equal out all of the problems that have ever happened anywhere in the entire world.

So if they start talking about how they want free tuition or free this or free that, or free groceries from free government run grocery store that will require some sort of an ID for you to get the discount, then you can pull out a clip and show them somebody who who has survived socialism, who has survived communism, and just how dangerous and difficult it was, and how much America has made possible for them.

You know to see this to get your thinking, that's right, what keeps America immune from that? We just had it wasn't done the right way. And the comeback to that is how many people have to die from socialism and communism before you realize it's a failed system.

Okay, so you're rationing everything, then that's what you're saying. You're rationing how much anyone can buy, so they can't go by as much as they might think they need for their family.

Items in those three stores than you are about protecting ballots and ensuring we have free and fair elections across this entire country. So the Trump administration called them out on it, and now they're starting to have to retract some of the things that they've written on their website.

And you know, when I have conversations with people about immigration, sometimes they really get into their feelings. And it's often because they've been programmed to think this way that it's okay if someone's like fleeing persecution and trying to come into the country illegally, as long as they're trying to make themselves a better life, you know, Like, but that doesn't jive with our laws, we cannot. Have an open border. And it is this propaganda that's happening with the Smithsonian, with our education system, that just happens when they put that information out there for people to consume over decades.

So if we don't have border policy, then everyone in the world's going to want to come here because we are committed to laws, and those people are going to want to come here, whether they're here to do good or whether here.

But what's happened with migration, and this has been a lot of things that have happened and have contributed to this over the years, is the immigration policy has been homogenized and kind of blunted in such a way that we're not asking if people are friend or foe at the border anymore. We're just saying, hey, oh a, come on in. And then next thing, you know, they're taking over cities like Minneapolis, I mean, And the thing that's amazing about this, I mean, consider the numbers here.

In short order, they end up owning that city, and in another short order, they took over the entire state with eighty two thousand immigrants andre And they're not interested in assimilating. They're interested in reinventing Minnesota into Somalia exactly. And here is the thing. Our border policy has no credibility anymore. Our immigration border policy has no credibility, and Barbara Jordan also stated that immigration policy with credibility can be measured by this yardstick that those who should get in should get in, and those that shouldn't should not, and those that are deportable should be deported. We're not doing those simple things, and people are taking advantage of our system. Just look at the birthright citizenship ruling, Like if we just look at that.

But at the same time, this goes back to this mis education and the propaganda that we were talking about earlier that the Smithsonian's doing other organizations are doing it the same way. Well, that's the thing to consider here. It's not just the Smithsonian to your point exactly, there are a lot of outside interests that wants the destruction of America. They have been wanting the destruction of America ever since the Great American Idea came into being, right, Yeah, because it's the nature of man. There's the battle between good and evil.

Otherwise, how do you have a country, you know, so rapidly become the superpower of the world. And all the good that we've done, have we done some bad things? We made mistakes. Well, Heaven helped me. Come on, we're human beings. Nobody's perfect here, all right, but put it on I'll put it on a measuring stick. And I got to believe the good outweighs the bad. And you know, we can debate about that all you want. But unfortunately, as you said, we've got to get everybody on the same picture. We've got to be the United States of America.

They're actually anti Americans, and so here they are, they're tearing away at the very soul of what made this country so great to begin with and what potentially could continue this greatness beyond our two hundred and fiftieth year birthday. Absolutely, and if we look at this situation with the Smithsonian, they're only telling one part of the history. I wouldn't have a problem. If they would also tell about the history of people who thought that we should also lower immigration. You know, the illegal grants that are activists that are complaining that they're not getting into the country.

Not quite free. That was the name of the speech, we are not quite free. And he described the immigration policy as a kind of Asiatic slave trade with a view to supplant black labor in the South. So he was seeing that they were importing all these Asian workers in to replace black Americans. What we're not doing.

There's not one mention of Lincoln Riley, There's not one mention of any of the parents or the children that have been harmed by illegal aliens.

Right, well, you're exactly right. It is the silent majority has to speak up because, I mean, for all the ruckus that's being caused right now, andre think about it.

He is the applied criminologist, academic, academician, that's always a good fun word to say, author, consultant, and retired sheriff Curry. Always to have you with us.

1:01:00 How are you, sir? I'm doing well. I'm glad you could say it. I never can Well, yeah, yeah, but you put it in your Yeah, it's good fun. Well, thank you, you're successful. Okay. So, now that we got that out of the way, eager to talk about what you just wrote about, and that is that behavior leaves evidence. What doctor Vacci's covid era diary can teach us about investigative thinking, right. Yeah, exactly. I mean when law enforcement officers and I spent thirty six years in counting towards the business, I was twenty four years on the job as a police officer, different levels, worked many homicides and public corruption cases, and always you're looking for a motive, and motive plays an important tool. And the one of the ways you find motive is through evidence. Looking at evidence, and this includes documents that you find in a search warrant see and documents can be of many different things, to include people's own words.

So, I mean when somebody writes something down or often videotapes or in today's use of social media, you go over social media applications and you'll actually find out behaviors and instincts because what happens Bill, over time, people will fall back to what they know best and what they do and what really is inside their own ethos, if you will, from a personality and behavioral point of view. So when you determine that, the important reason you want to use it as an investigator as you're gathering information. Just because somebody said something doesn't mean that that's an advocation of guilt, of course, but it leads us to wonder why and how and when and answer those questions and then be able to use them to do very good interview techniques and then be able to come up with better idea of what's inside the person's mind when they were doing something. And so Fuci's diary, which he probably never envisioned that it would be released to the public, but it has gives us some important information. Again, it's not an indication of guilt of some one thing or another, but it tells us a lot about the person and what their behaviors are and what kind of things that could lead up to as a result.

1:03:28 Right, I've often said that people's self indict yeah, all the time, right, I mean, if you just listen and here it is because it is who they are. Just again, in terms of you know, your background and your work as a sheriff, you know, we often hear motive defined for our audience. When you say motive, what do you mean by motive? I'm looking at reasons why somebody may take the position that they do in a particular case, So motive can be think of the Seven Deadly Sins as an example. I like to put framework things according to faith sometimes, but motive can be why is the why is a person doing this? And there's all kinds of reason. There's greed, there's sloth. They may commit it because that ring. There's jealousy, there's lust. There's all kinds of reason why. But the number one thing that always comes back to me is the adage follow the money right, And when you follow the money, then you come up with pretty good ideas of what the criminal intent is. And sometimes you can have a couple of different motives that blend in together.

1:04:44 And so in this particular case, again there is information that are contained within the writings and what he has said personally that could lend to some sort of motive. Now, again, motive doesn't mean guilt. It just means it's opening a door for us as investigators to peer in and when then you'll start gathering evidence and information, and then that will help determine whether or not the person needs to be completely investigated, which I believe he does. I'm not saying he's guilty of something, but there is enough there for any kind of investigator to say, I need to know more about this. And we do know Bill that he has made money off of COVID nineteen, and he has made faint off of COVID nineteen that has resulted in profitability for him. And then, you know, don't ever forget pride. Pride is the number one sin that most people commit, and that pride can lead to some culpability when it comes to criminal intent as well, or trying to especially cover up something so you could do something that is a mistake, an accident. Maybe you thought it would was purpose purposeful, but didn't realize the unattended consequence of your actions, and then all of a sudden, when you realize that something did happen, sometimes the bigger crime

1:06:17 that occurs is the cover up. Yeah, when it metastasizes, absolutely, absolutely, yeah, Yeah, this is the thing. You know, I thought it was interesting one hundred and eleven times doctor Fauci took the fifth, you know, And I guess in part we can understand that I thought at one point I thought, well, maybe what the senators how to do is ask a question and let the diary answer the question. Yeah. Yeah, of course he wasn't going to answer, and which I was surprised because he has been very forthcoming in previous interviews and again part of his interviews he has demonstrated his behavior, Bill, I mean, his behaviors or are almost like the entries into the diary, you know, and how he acts. But I actually thought for him taking the fifth, which is his right to do, but he has demonstrated openness before, and now all of a sudden taking the fifth on the same subject subject matter gives me pause for concern. He has every right to do so. I in fact, an attorney would have probably told him to do the same thing. However he hasn't done it in the past, and that again shows a particular behavior. Now, I think the senators were able to which a lot of them are lawyers, and many of them have actually appeared in court. They understand the premise

1:07:47 behind it, and they answered. They asked many questions right, and then they answered those questions for him in many. Ways, sometimes just asking the questions curry. Right, sometimes just asking the questiones and let it let it. I I when I train young police officers or students in my class, I always recommend us being quiet as often as we can. I think police officers the best investigators. It's the mantra that I often followed is that you ask a question, they need to be open ended because you don't want to give something to narrow You want to have them fill in the color behind the numbers, if you will. You want to have them go with it, and then you start asking follow up questions that can start narrowing things down. After you open the you have these open ended questions, and I think they were able to ask some of those, But they also ask questions like what's the color of your tie?

1:08:49 Right? Yeah? And the re. Yeah, go ahead. Well, the reason they're doing that is they're showing there is no Fifth Amendment protection on the color of one's tie. Mm hmm. It's simply a question that can be asked. There's you're not going to be arrested or you're not going to be charged because you answered. Green or build time. If he has a blue tie and he says green, it's not like you're you know you're going to be arrested for those things. But what they're doing there, in my opinion, is trying to show evidence that his Fifth Amendment protection is bogus. So and there is an argument federally on whether or not someone can take the Fifth Amendment if they've been given immunity, which and that was supposedly has.

There we go again. I'm I was bound, a determined. I said, I'm going to hit it this time because we could be here for a while, ladies and gentlemen. But academician, author, consultant and retired sheriff. Uh. Yeah, that was my question. And I talked to a couple of other attorneys about this because my understanding. I'm not an attorney, but my understanding was, once you're given a pardon, then you can't exercise a Fifth Amendment right. The other thing was it was interesting that he came in, he provided an open statement, and there's questions on whether or not when you come in and you provide an opening statement, if that ends up compromising your Fifth Amendment right because you're not allowed, according to Senate rules, to come in and make a statement and then claim a fifth.

1:15:10 That's right, you can't have but you can't have it both ways. You can't offer your innocence in a statement which basically he was you know he was doing, and then turned around and take the fifth after that. So and that's in total conflict with the fact that he's been given immunity because of his pardon. Now, the interesting part on the pardon is it was a pardon for anything that could happen in the future, which I've never heard of before. I don't think it's ever been done. Future or the past. I think it went from twenty fourteen. I think it even said in for future actions against him. I think I may be. Wrong, but I think, yeah, I didn't. I thought it was preemptive. I believe it was a preemptive pardon. Now you'll have to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was. There was some preemptive language, which I never known that to happen.

1:16:02 Well, because if you do preempted and preemptive, then you can say, all right, he goes out and murders somebody, well I've got you know, I've got presidential immunity. Well wait, you know, so that's a little bizarre, but I know that it went back to twenty fourteen, to the last day of the administration, and this was signed. And of course there's the question about the auto pen and all that goes. On in the legality behind him. Yah, not to mention the fact that you already had a president that Robert Herr, the special prosecutor, said that he was you know, mentally, how do you want to say it compromise, Let's let's leave it at that. He couldn't. He couldn't, you know, withstand scrutiny or a trial. But he's the president and somehow he has the ability to sign a pardon.

1:16:49 Yeah. No, there's no doubt about it. And the auto pen should never be used for those kinds of pardons. I mean, it's number one Biden. A lot of people don't realize that Biden's did a couple of thousand more pardons than I'm talking about, multiple thousands of pardons above any other president in the history of the United States. And they were all done by autopen. They were not done by his name, which again lends somebody to believe he wasn't really the one given the pardons. Whoever is how. Could you sign off on those even if you got to consider the amount of time it takes to consider the offering, right, sure, and then you have to sign, and he signed supposedly over four thousand pardons. How was that even possible in the amount of time in which these supposedly had occurred, which was I think over maybe if we give them the benefit of doubt, say over the last week or.

1:17:41 Two, especially because it was over the last week or two. I mean it was not over the four years of his presidency. The last couple of weeks is when we saw the volume of pardons. He had given a lot more than most prior to that, but the vast majority that came in and there is a pardon attorney that has been put on the witness stand to ask about the kind of pardons that she participated in, and it sounds like she was just carte blanche making those pardons and the President was just signing off on them, as opposed to discerning whether or not the pardon attorney was correct or not. So the Senate has interviewed her and we've seen some disparities in the way she answered those questions as well.

1:18:28 Yeah, well, we'll be curious to see. I don't think that they will. I would be surprised if any of those partons were reversible. But you're probably looking at something, you know, going forward to say, Okay, Congress is going to step in and it'll probably go to the Supreme Court to say there's got to be some limitations on this. And you know, and so especially that's one of the things that you know, I mean Joe Biden really, I mean you talk about breaking the ceiling. Joe Biden broke the ceiling in so many areas, whether it had to do with immigration, you know, certainly what happened in the executive branch and some of the things that he did. Going back to what we were talking about earlier, and as you were stating, Curry, is that, you know, for investigations, it doesn't start with you know, with the proof. You're asking questions. You're trying to put a circle around the issue and to ask questions so you can drill down and really get down to the motive.

1:19:22 Right, The vast majority of crimes that are investigated start out with what is going on here, as opposed to some evidence saying a crime has already happened, And so you look at those indications on why something happens, and then you dive into it further until you have additional evidence, and then you start diving even more until you have probable cause where you're able to get search warrants to open more doors, and it keeps leading down a road. Now, the interesting part on these is you get in I did add a section and you're probably going to ask on it about the ability in the medical community to commit criminal acts, and it's probably your listeners and viewers do not understand that the biggest killers in the world have been associated with the medical community. If you look at the largest number of serial killers that have ever occurred, they the top ones have been doctors or nurses, and you very seldom hear that. You hear the ones that stalked behind a closed room or came out of an entryway, or walked around a corner in the middle of the night that you seldom remember the ones that were nurses that gave inoculations that were purposely done to them because they wanted to have this feeling of power of potentially

1:20:53 saving somebody's life, or they like to see people grieve, which is sadistic behavior. So those are some of the dark psychological traits that you can see. So you know the question I have as an investigator, at what point does research and somebody who has total control over research and the ability to profit from it and other things have an impact on whether or not a massed number of people have been killed, you know, as a result of that work. Now again, I'm not saying it has happened. I'm not saying he is guilty of that. What I am saying is it needs to be investigated.

1:21:37 Well when you consider the facts as we know him now, and we've known him for a while. We've been reporting on this now for what the last four or five years. You know, President Obama supposedly had told doctor Fauci do not get involved with the Wuhan lab. But he went ahead and did it anyway, and invested and invested taxpayer money to do this. Ultimately, it is all taxpayer money. Wasn't wasn't like doctor Falabauchi wrote a check, you know, that was one thing. He always used other people's money, used the taxpayer's money, and did it. And then uh and then and then supposed there was a team from nih that went to China and said, these guys are a bunch of cowboys, this is danger. You're you're going to have a problem here, and so they all came home. Well, doctor Fauci had to have a good idea of the possibilities, but because of his lust and desire for science and gain of function, which he had written about many times, saying that he was an advocate of it, which was interesting because to me, gain of function was just a way to get around the idea of biological warfare, which had already been outlawed. So they found a way to skirt around that issue, and gain of function became the order of the day. And so this happens, and then he gives the wrong information because he's trying to cover his rear end and I was shocked with Deborah Brooks as well being involved. According to the diary, Okay, the

1:23:07 Deborah Brooks was all, you know, collusional with this and talking about putting the president in a position of surrender. Yeah, there's no doubt to your point. The evidence dictates and emails and emails from doctor Fauci to others that he knew of these things ahead of time, and there was an issue and they were trying to get people to craft a different Well, what about this possibility yeah, this could have occurred, but what about this possible possibility And he's saying it to people who, interestingly enough, would be tied to funding from nias exactly. So you have non government organizations NGOs, the famous NGOs that seemed to be a pathway for a lot of criminality. We had NGOs that were associated in the health and science field, and they were the ones that were being finance money and worse, they would take a percentage off the top and then the rest of it would go to help fund and they would be involved in the direct funding of the Wahoon Laboratory with the Chinese government. Now the question you have to ask again as an investigator, Okay, what's the criminal conspiracy potential criminal conspiracy? There, there's documents, there's evidence, there's a lot of things that we need to get information about. But also we're going to check whether or not doctor Fuci made money during this time period from those NGOs that came back to him, or came back to his family, or came back to some other funding mechanism that he had a personal control of

1:24:41 which he made a percentage of whatever money it may be. So those are the great questions that need to be addressed. I think they are, but it's a matter of not closing this door just because what I want to do. And one of the reasons I wrote it, it's not about the diary, It's about the case, and the diary is an open door on behavior that helps an investigator fill in some blanks on potential activities that could occur. And it's going to help them be able to do interviews, which he's probably not going to do because he's probably going to seek counsel on him going forward. But it's going to help understand why some of the why behind the reasons that this pandemic occurred in the first place.

And I think there is and you know a lot of us who had the we're labeled people who are conspiracy theorist. We have come true and I have and I was one of those from the very beginning that suspected some wrongdoing. I never got the vaccine, never been tested, never even never even went in to get you know, something stuck down my throat to see if I've had COVID before. Now I thank god that I didn't contract it and I didn't die.

That vaccine ended up having his problems too, But it was a bad pandemic, So I'm not saying that it wasn't. But there is huge open holes with this that have to be addressed, and we can't let it just go bye bye because of whether or not they can charge Faucy or not. There is other cases that can be done as a result of that, and those cases if you close the door and close the loop on some of the co conspirators that are involved in this, it's going to point back to doctor Fauci, and then you can test the limitations of whether or not his pardon is going to have that great wide breath of protection that he thinks he might have.

He is a medical director with the American College and Surgeons Cancer Program.

1:31:21 Doctor Wigel, good morning to you. Glad you could join us. Hi, Bill, pleasure to be here. Thanks for having me on your program. Well, this topic is so important, especially for rural America, and that we're finding, as we've kind of known, that cancer is far deadlier in rural America. Right. Oh, Absolutely, patients that are diagnosed with cancer in rural areas have real challenges getting quality care. About sixty percent of real counties don't have a general surgeon and two thirds don't have an oncologist, and so there are challenges getting high quality cancer care in real communities. But the American Colleons Commission on Cancer is trying to change that by rolling out a Rural Commission on Cancer accredation that we believe will improve high quality care for patients living in rural areas well.

1:32:15 Doctor, as you say, you know, it starts with understanding what these rural communities have to deal with, you know, when a cancer diagnosis comes into play here we're talking. You know, for them, it could mean driving hours just to see a specialist, sometimes several times a week. Fewer than six percent, as you say, of us and colleges, practice in rural areas, and an estimated sixty percent of rural counties lack an active general surgeon. Well, thank god. The American College of Surgeons says, We've got to do something about it, right. Oh. Absolutely, It's a huge challenge, but we have solutions, and we're hoping to work with community hospitals to be able to provide the accredation to give them the tools that they need to provide high quality care for patients in those rural communities. So we believe we're going to make a difference with this. We've done studies in Kentucky and in Iowa that have shown that if we work with hospitals in rural communities, work with them, get them accredited, the quality of care that patients received after creditation is much improved. And is in line with what they would get if they were in a suburban or an urban hospital.

1:33:28 And so we're hoping that through the American College Assurgeons Commission on Cancer, we can continue to improve care in rural America. Can we unpack that a little bit more here? How does the accreditation improve cancer outcomes? And what is the research telling us? Well, So, what it shows is that we have evidence based standards that we have created. What we do is we have the National Cancer Database where all the data is collected on patients who are treated Commission on Cancer hospitals, and we use that data to be able to do studies to say, Okay, what is it that we can do to improve care that actually translates into improved survival.

1:34:12 It's a challenge with cancer because you're getting your cancer care today, but we're trying to have an impact on survival that you may not see for five or ten years. So it's based on providing care that we know translates into improved survival in five and ten years. And so the studies that we have done and other people have done, have shown that if you become accredited, you're much more likely to provide care that's going to translate into improved survival. I got to imagine for rural hospitals, this is a great thing and a big relief in many levels. Right. Oh, absolutely. I think hospitals that have gone through the accreditation process have given us feedback that the American College of Surgeon's Commission on Cancer has made a huge difference in the quality of care. It raises the spirits of the people there because they really feel like now they're providing a level of care that's commensurate with the quality that those patients would receive have they traveled hundreds of miles to get care somewhere else.

1:35:13 Well, again, we're reminded that when you consider the impact of cancer in rural communities, you know, the evidence is there. You've got rates that are about fifteen percent higher in rural communities, and sadly, that gap continues to widen, and this is why the Commission has decided to do something about it and to reverse this trend. Right. No, absolutely, you're right. There have been plenty of studies that have shown that patients that live in rural areas are much more likely to die from cancer once they're diagnosed. So what we're doing with the American College Surgeon's Commission on Cancer is actually having a difference in that not just recognizing that there is a problem, but finding a solution to that problem. And so we're rolling out this program.

1:36:02 It's available now to rule hospitals all over the country. Well, we're talking with doctor Ron Weigel. He is the medical director of the American College of Surgeon's Cancer Programs and Professor of Surgery, Surgical Oncology, and integrin Surgery at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. For the patients, big relief, no doubt for hospitals, patients, it's got to be huge, right, Oh. Absolutely. I think it gives the patients a peace of mind and it gives the providers a peace of mind to know that the care they're delivering is equal to the kind of care that patient would receive if they traveled hundreds of miles to a suburban or an urban hospital.

1:36:44 And so I think it's a win for the patients, it's a win for the hospital. And studies have shown that hospital volume actually increases and the bottom line financially for those hospitals improve with accreditation. Right, Well, I mean local hospitals in rural communities. I mean, they're probably more community centric than other urban hospitals, don't you think. Oh? Absolutely, because when you're in a small rural town, you're treating your neighbor and the providers know that, so they really want to do an outstanding job. They want to do the right thing for their neighbors. And so our program through the American College Dessurgeons Commission on Cancer allows hospitals to improve the care that they're receiving and know that they're providing the standard of care that those patients would get otherwise at a larger hospital.

1:37:39 Doctor Wigel, how long have you guys been working on this? Well, so we had a conference about two years ago and we reviewed data that were developed from our studies that were done in Kentucky and Iowa. We had a group of leaders at the Commission on Cancer, people from all over the country and also patients providers from rural settings, and came up with the standards that we created and the program was launched January of this year, and so hospitals have called and are starting to become accredited. The creditation process takes about at least a year because you have to collect data for a year, put all the standards in place, and then you have a site visit to make sure that what you're doing in those locations are in line with being accredited. And once you're accredited, then you're reaccredited every three years.

1:38:32 I got to imagine for these hospitals and the patients that go to these hospitals, hope has risen and they're thinking, Okay, there could be light at the end of the tunnel that the calvalry has come to help the cause. Right. No, absolutely, I think there's a tremendous peace of mind that comes with knowing that the care you're receiving is the same care you would have gotten had you traveled to a larger academic medical center. I think that there is a peace of mind. Like you said, the cavalry has arrived. Yeah, that's great. Well, as we wrap things up, doctor Wigel, again, let's remind everybody of what is happening. I mean, this is you're still I mean, we're what eight months down the road in this program and rolling it out, and you did answer the question I was thinking about, and that is the response from the hospitals when they heard about this accreditation process. They are responding, right, Oh.

1:39:30 Absolutely. We've gotten a lot of great feedback. The hospitals are excited about this, and we're hoping to get them all on board because there's clearly a need to have more American College Assurgeons Commission on Cancer accredited facilities. In rural areas. If you look at a map in the US, most of the credit hospitals are in urban and suburban settings, but there's a tremendous need to have an increased accreditation hospitals in rural settings. You know, you have to figure they knew he wasn't going to act that way, so we can't embarrass him. So let's put him back behind the desk. Let's not have him out at the White House again. A lot of things have changed. It's important to note that it happened and there's been changed. But just to focus and reiterate.

I often tell people that, you know, when I was a kid growing up, we had blacks, you know, in our community, and we played baseball with him, and I didn't care that they were black or bink or whatever. All I cared about is could you hit the darn ball? Can you catch the ball so we can get an out? I mean that that's all, that's all we care to It has had nothing to do with anybody's skin color.

Not to mention the over fifty different government funded censorship efforts that were funded by the Biden administration.
