And we've got the mainstream media. Just really prejudicing and misreporting all this illegal immigration stuff. I think the American people are confused. Curry. According to MRC, about eighty five eighty six percent from the networks that's being promoted and propagandized about what's going on in Minneapolis is totally negative, much of it without fact and basis.

0:50 It's really disturbing because it's putting not only the citizens of Minneapolis at risk and in danger. As we know, what happens in Minneapolis doesn't stay in Minneapolis. It starts migrating to other neighboring states, and it sets a temperament around the country, doesn't it. Oh? Absolutely, It's disconcerting and it's kind of par for the course for what's really occurred in America, not just America, but all over. We have become a society of social contagions, often because of misinformation or agendas that are put out.

1:30 And then the media course likes to make money on things narratives that support the feelings approached to things. As a result, we have misinformation that comes out. The fact of the matter is nothing has changed in America regarding the enforcement of immigration. It's the same enforcement measures that have taken place. It's it's at a larger scale now. And the larger scale. When you have twenty million more people in it's got to be. A larger scale, right, No, exactly, So, I mean, nobody nobody raised an eyebrow when President Obama rightfully investigate, had had his ice investigate. Tom Holman was in charge of that time. He gave him a medal of honor for.

2:22 His work. As a result, same person that's now the immigrations are for President Trump. And nobody said a bleeping thing at that time, because in President Obama had an enormous amount of people that were round up as a result. What and you rightfully said, what has occurred is during the Biden administration the gates were left open completely and as a result, we have twenty million, say twenty million that's a conservative estimate exactly of twenty million, and we want to stay with conservative estimates. And if you look at the raw data, you can almost conservatively estimate that between eight to ten percent of that twenty million or going to be criminal illegal ailens. That means they've committed serious crimes and have come into this country. That does not account for the ones who have come into the country and committed crimes while they're here that didn't have those records.

3:29 So you increase that ICE has targeted people who have had criminal activities. And what has occurred is when you are not doing it according to going to jails and picking up people, which needs to be done, it's not being done. The problem occurs is when we have state legislators bill and when we have governors who have passed legislation that has been anarchy basically saying we're not going to help law enforcement, is not going to help federal agents release inmates in jails, right. Which is a lot which is a lot safer, right because you've got a controlled situation. Now you've got one or two people going to pick up an illegal immigrant, a criminal, as opposed to putting in general population. Now we got to have the you know, I don't know what six ten guys who are going to actuate the arrest, and then you need backup to protect them against you, especially these growing crowds that have been animated and are being I mean, they're on somebody's payroll right now. You can tell the way they're outfitted, creating all kinds of havoc.

4:42 So now you've got almost, you know, you almost a platoon that you need out there in order to grab one guy. It's crazy. Yeah, I mean to give context, I was the sheriff of a major county sheriff's office in the United States. I had a bed population of about fifteen hundred beds at any given time. That means we were overcrowded at that time, so that means we were actually farming out inmates. That means they were going to other jails. So we had more than fifteen hundred inmates. The process would be, if there was an ICE detainer on somebody who is in my facility, we would hold them as a result of that ICE detainer and then notify ICE and then ICE would pick them up on a schedule. Routine. It's not rocket science. It's what you do. They were arrested for criminal conduct in this country and in particular in my state. So we arrested them for that. They were setting in jail pending charges there. But they also had these ICE retainers. And so depending on what the prosecutor and the severity of the case, if it's a homicide case, we're going to try the person and then they're going to go down the ICE retainer. But if it's something that's that's more minor, it's very possible we could have the prosecutors could say we're going to go go ahead and give them to ICE because they're on an ICE retainer.

6:11 So what happens is ICE shows up in their vans. They under a secure infrastructure behind gates. Yes, they come in, they identify themselves. We have paperwork that shows everything official that everything that needs to be done. We hand off paperwork, we exchange paperwork, I give them the inmate that's on an ICE retainer, and they go do their thing. Right. That's what's happened. It is safe, it's secure, there's nobody getting hurt. We never had one issue. We never had one problem. And because legislatures and governors have prohibited this and most we aren't having these problems in states where we don't have that kind of woke legislature.

6:58 Right nothing. Yeah, during the Obama years, how many sanctuary cities were existing. I don't know any I never heard the term. I've been in law I was in law enforcement for twenty four years. As a state trooper, as. A special agent, and as a sheriff, and I've been in academia for just as many years. I have never heard that term. Until the Biden administration started having these kind of sanctuary. Laws that were going to I never heard the term before. And one of the reasons is because we do have the supremacy clause. We do have. Immigration has always been against the law to some measure.

7:42 It was so important the Founding Fathers established. The first law enforcement organizations that were established was the US Marshall Service and Customs. That's how important our founding fathers viewed things and people coming into this country right as. It certainly was not a major issue until the the late eighteen hundreds when we had the the the Industrial Revolution, where we had all this workforce coming from many many different people in different in different different countries that came in. It could have been it could have been from Italy. It could have been from Ireland. Usually Ireland was coming from because because the potato famine that occurred and it didn't give the Chinese ings were coming in for Chinese and Irish were used for for really indentured servitude back then to be on the railroads. It was horrible and a lot of them came in illegally and they had and as a result, they were treated poorly. And so I'm trying to give context to why, how it's why it's important to have immigration laws. And they would finally say, Okay, we can't. This is too many where people are being abused and we have to make sure that we enforce our immigration law. And the that's on steroids today except the fact is they're not coming in to work. Not everybody's coming into work. Everybody's coming in to do what live off the government because in many states they've given

So to pick it up where we left off here, Curry is that, yes, what has happened, and it's just bizarre. I mean, first of all, and I believe, I believe that sanctuary cities and this whole concept has really opened up the door to this. And then what happened is we got away from policy and it's all being driven by politics. Politics is driving this stuff and this people need to see this. And also there's one party predominantly that's driving this because it because you got it's all about power for them. They are re jiggering the demography of different states. California, for example, is a shadow of itself.

14:45 You know, Minneapolis, Look what's going on there. We got a little somalue going on, and we got what is it, nineteen billion dollars a criminal activity that's going on, and they're going, hey, guess what, there's more. We're not even law enforcement is lucky to get five percent of these kinds of activities. To discover there is so much more. And if you think there's there's a lot in Minnesota, imagine what in New York. Imagine what California? Imagine what all these states have combined totals in the in the misappropriation not just theft. There's theft, but. There's also misappropriation that's occurring, and there's just inefficiency is there. You get human air, you get human error that comes into plays. Are happening all contributing, yes.

And then what happens is is law enforcement, which has never really occurred before, is put in a situation where I'm afraid that the chief, for instance, maybe say I'm not going to deploy resources to help because of the political pressure placed on him or her to not take action. Now, I make the argument that at some point a police chief has to stand up for what's right and say, wait a minute, the problem is we're not letting them pick people up in the jail, folks. So your laws have contributed to this, and quite frankly, if you don't change it, I'm stepping down. How embarrassing for a chief to defy common sense like that, Curry, Like you said, I look at the face of the chief in Minnesota for exam Minneapolis. I mean the look on his face is stressful. I mean, this guy's not sleeping at night because he knows what he's doing is it.

16:26 Defies common sense. And on top of that, it rips to his core what you know, and that is the ethos of the men in blue. You're always watching and protecting the brotherhood, and now you're told to stand down. Yeah, there's police officers on the street that are just shaking their heads saying this is all manufactured. It didn't have to exist this way. It did. There was more because we had. Twenty million people that had to be identified somehow, and again not all of those are going to be gone out. But what happens is, let let's say this. If you're ICE and you go arrest somebody who is wanted on a rape charge that is here illegally, So you're going to target that person. You're going to set up an operation to go get that person, arrest that person for a major, serious offense. When you're in the more than likely they're going to be in a home with other people who very may.

17:26 Very well may be illegal. Exactly. ICE is not going to say, well, we're not going to touch these people, that these people are associated with a known felon and are here illegally. So when you get the when you get the percentage that says that ICE is rounding up people who have not committed those crimes, well, you're guilty by association. Because if I'm living or around or helping out somebody who is committing a rape and covering that up, and they might not even be aware of it, but they're living with them, You're harboring. You have no other responsibility right ethically, under under federal law to then take anybody who's associated with that, because you've discovered it, you've discovered the issue and do the things that is necessary by law, by which in which Congress has passed the law to tell them to do. And so I'm I might get one person that is a criminal, I might get eight people that are not criminals, but they are involved with the criminal.

18:35 But aren't they But aren't they criminals? But aren't they criminals by definition anyway, because they broke the law by coming into the country illegally. See, I think we're splitting hairs a little bit, all under the umbrella of this sanctuary city and all this false information that's put out there by the mainstream media that's rutting people up. And then you've got. Agency of these other professional agitators and what's behind them that's murking up the waters. So you know, as you know. And as the way you've been trained is with law enforcement, it's either or it's not gray. But what's happened, which is very dangerous, is you've got politicians and you've got people on the ground that are turning this into a gray area, and they want to split hairs.

19:22 Either you're here legally or you're not. Are you not? That's true, but there's been a process before where it's been considered like a civil retainer where they pick them up and take them into a. Different court action. So in the past, this is for when you first come into the country and here illegally, right, it's against the law, But in the past they've treated it as a civil process where you take that person and you go before the immigration judge. Law enforcement generally doesn't arrest somebody on those kinds of issues. It does become an actual crime, a felony if someone has been taken out of the country and they'll re or illegally, so that that does become a federal felony. And so that's one of the differences that occur when it comes to arrest powers for the police being used. But again, these things wouldn't have to occur if if, if the jails would would be allowed to work with them, and ICE is going to do those jobs. So if I'm a group supervisor with ICE, and I again have this rapist that we've identified, I'm going to have my people go in and arrest that person. We're going to run criminal histories, if we have crimes that have occurred. We're going to work with police and say we have another crime that's occurred.

20:40 Would you take them and take them and book them into your facility. We'll come pick them up on that retainer once you've decided your prosecutor decided what you're going to whether you're going to charge somebody or not, or who's going to hold them. But in the meantime, I'm going to app If I'm in Minneapolis, I'm going to ask Minneapolis PD to come and be there to protect the perimeter and to help us because they're familiar with their town. Basically, they may know, hey, there's a murderer that's living in that house as well. I just didn't have that intelligence. They have so the ability not only to work in jails, but to work with police to go help them to make sure that the public doesn't get aware. Every shooting that's occurred so far has been people committing criminal misconduct. It's not protest. The true protests that occur, you go stand on the sidewalk and you have signs and you protest. Protesting is not blocking streets.

21:41 Protesting is not blocking traffic. Protesting is not parking your vehicle and blocking traffic. Those are the things that local law enforcement could have very well prevented if it wasn't for these sanctuary laws. Plus the other thing I maintained Corey is local law enforcement kind of knows these people, right. I mean, they're in the city, they know them, they see the badge that's local authority. You know, they're they're more prepared to handle and you know, Hakeem Jeffries talks about the level of professionalism, Well, again, what is ICE trained to do. They're not trained to deal with you know, local law enforcement. They're not local law enforcement. Nor are they trained, nor are they trained to handle riots.

22:24 Riots are normally handled by the police department who train in riot prevention and in riot control, and state troopers those two that handle or the sheriff's office, or all three of them together. So you've put ice in a situation where they've had to handle things that are not. In their babies, outside their purview. And outside their purview. And and I can assure you Minneapolis PD and State troopers who are on the street are setting there going what the heck is going on? They've been set up, Curry. That's the way I look at it. That is part of the social contagion. That is exactly Yeah, you've mentioned this before, and you're exactly right, because they've been set up by politicians. They've been set up by local politicos and all this for what for what gang?

If you look at the research of the groups that are associated with the managing of these events. These events just aren't some called out to people. These are formal organizations who have a background in communism and agitators. And it's anarchy and the whole purpose of this is to collapse the United States and it's being funded by our communist friends and countries across the world. China has involvement involvement with this, and we also it's the old patent general patent atage of an enemy is my enemy as my in. We also don't forget that we have Middle Eastern organizations that are also encouraging this behavior because they want us to fail.

At one time, we had about one hundred thousand special interest aliens in this country. A special interest alien is one that comes from a designated terrorist country. They're not a terrorist themselves, but they come from a designated terrorist country. There is about thirty thousand Chinese that were in this country that were unaccounted for. When you put those together, those are embedded forces that could come in and lay low and be soft targets until they're even by their governments to help fan the flames of anarchy.

They can't plow the roads. Now, the mayor of the District of Columbia has announced she's not for another term. So this is her last year in office, and you know, maybe she's just checked out, she's she's mentally in the Bahamas. But the rest of us who have to work and drive in this area are really wishing that government could show some you know, basic functionality. Let's let's let's get the snow removal, right, That's that's one of the basics. Yeah, like, really, how difficult is it? Bill? I mean, you know it's not like, okay, this is this has been.

I actually I have a great story about municipal government twenty five years ago, believe it or not, I was running a governor's race in a Northeastern state where my candidate was the mayor of a major city, was running for governor as the mayor of the second largest city, and we were downtown. It was December, it was very cold. It happened to be it was December twelfth, two thousand. I remember the date because that was the date that the Supreme Court decided that George W. Bush was going to be the next President of the United States instead of Al Gore. And that night we happened to be in New York and I thought, Wow, we've got this breaking news. I've got my candidate. We're already across the river into New York. Maybe I can get them on Fox News. We were able to book a hit on Fox News at one o'clock in the morning. I thought, well, there might be seventeen people in New Jersey that had never seen my guy before.

We come out of the Holland Tunnel at two thirty in the morning on the morning of December thirteenth, and snow is falling, and he looks out the window of the car that was taken us back to Jersey City, and he said, oh, I hate it when it snows like this. And I said, why do you hate it when it's snow. They said, because it's not snowing hard enough for me to know for sure that I'm going to need to send out the salt trucks. And I said, okay. He said, you see, if I send out the salt trucks and there's not enough snow, salt leaches into the asphalt and creates potholes, and then I blow a hole in my maintenance budget. But if I don't send out the salt trucks and the snow comes down hard, then I've got a traffic jam and everybody's mad at me. And I looked at him and I said, and what's what's the difference in terms of the municipal budget And he said, well, every time we send out the salt trucks, it's several million dollars and a municipal budget my size, that's that's a significant that's a significant hit. I gotta find I gotta find money. So I thought, wow, that's that's something that literally never occurred to me, that somebody's got to make a decision on when you send out the salt trucks and how widely you send out the salt trucks in other places. I then moved a couple of years later, I moved to Chicago. Let me tell you, in Chicago in the early two thousands, when Mayor Daily was was the mayor. If it was a threatening cloud on the horizon, the storm, the snow trucks went out for very simple

31:52 the as salt trucks went out for the very simple reason that this is how the Daily machine kept their campaign workers and plod in the campaign off season. They all got jobs as mean essupal workers, snowfloud drivers and salt cup drivers, so. And as falt and asphalt drivers. That's right right. It didn't make any difference to them what the cost was, because the cost was going to be borne by the taxpayers, and so they just whatever they could do to spend money. That's the way the Democrats approached it. So honestly, as I look at what's going on here over the last couple of days, I'm wondering what are the Democrats doing. They're not spending money. I'm used to seeing Democrats spend money.

And I'll tell you they're talking about this, this possible logjam on Capitol Hill. I know we want to get to that. I think Mike Johnson is going to pull a rabbit out of a hat for the I don't know three and seventeenth time. And I think we're going to get through this week. We're gonna have to worry about DHS funding another day. But right now, there's a different kind of log gym in Washington, DC, and it's it's people spending two hours to get downtown instead of the one hour that they used to have to spend to get downtown.

33:17 And the thing is, I mean, speaking of Democrats not spending money, then on the absolute hysterical end, you've got New York City and Mamdani right. Oh my gosh, we've still got you know. The thing is, just because the trash trucks don't come by doesn't mean that people stop creating trash. Everybody creates trash on a daily basis. That trash has to go somewhere. That's one of the basics. Again, it's like breathing, you know, right exactly, Well, you know, it's it's interesting right now. It's kind of like this uh, you know, convergence of insanity that we have right now.

It's it's like the Bermuda triangle of democratic bureaucracy here. Well, you're not at a party, I should say. They say this will happen when hell freeze is over. I'm looking outside the window, my friend. Maybe maybe I'll tell you it's you got to have a sense of humor. If not, you know, your brains are going to explode, because it's just it's just absolutely silliness. Because you wonder, Bill, when when is it that. The people get to the point that they're just tired of being stupid or listening to stupid.

I want to say something about what we've seen in the two weeks or so since Virginia swore in its seventy fifth governor and our first female governor, by the way, Abigail Spamberger was sworn in on January seventeenth, and one of the things that we have found out very quickly is that this woman who campaigned as a moderate, a pragmatist, a centrist, turns out what I don't know, and I it will take a while to figure this out. He kept vetoing one hundred and twenty seven times in his last year in office. So when we saw the election results, we didn't have to wonder about what the Democrats agenda was going to be.

And yet, believe it or not, some of us were still hopeful because she had sworn all over the commonwealth, up and down the state. She traveled promising, I'm a pragmatist, I'm a centrist. I believe in working with the opposition to fashion solutions that are good for all Virginians. We believe that that oh my goodness, you ought to see this agenda taxes higher taxes on it. They want to create not one, but two new higher income tax brackets so that the top personal income tax rate in the state would go to ten percent. That puts us, I mean at ten percent. You're now talking New York, New Jersey, California.

You know, Virginia has a personal property tax on cars that is hated. And remember, Virginia is the home of presidents George Washington, James Madison, James Monroe, Thomas Jefferson. The man who wrote the Declaration of Independence was a Virginian. We care about freedom. And yet what they're going to do, what the Virginia Democrats who now control both houses of Legislature and the governor's mansion, it gives them power to do anything that they want legislatively. What they're going to do to change the election system so that they never lose power again is going to be a model for every other blue state around the country. They're going to change the length of time that a mail in ballot can arrive after election day and still be counted. They're going to make it illegal to hand count machine readable paper ballots. Wait a minute, illegal to hand count what

43:42 that's hand counting is the gold standard. We're going to make it illegal to do that. If you can put it into a machine, then damn it, you got to put it into a machine. They're going to they're going to extend the time for ballot curing. What is ballot curing? That's a mail in ballot where the signature doesn't match the signature on file. Why do you need to cure that, Well, because the guy who just forged somebody's signature and didn't do a good enough job of forging the signature, he needs another go round. So we're going to extend the time that he can do that. I mean, it's it's extraordinary. And then what they're going to do with the redistricting Virginia moved by constitutional amendment. We've got a constitutional amendment, it's in our constitution now that says redistricting is handled by an independent, non partisan commission, take it out of the hands of the politicians. They made that decision years ago.

44:32 Now, the same thing as California, what they did, exactly Virginia Democrats decided not to do it. Yeah, that's exactly right. Virginia Democrats trying to do the same thing, except they want to move from a map that's now six to five Democrat to Republican in a state that voted. If you added up all the votes that were cast in the twenty twenty four election for House candidates, fifty four percent went to Democrats, forty six percent went to Republicans. So six to five sounds about right a little bit. The Democrats should have a slight advantage. They want to move that from six to five to ten to one, ten to one. And the amazing thing is the Democrats in the lower Chamber are mad at the Democrats in the Upperchamber because they've got two different maps.

45:15 The map for the Upper Chamber looks like they've drawn two new congressional districts that would make it possible for two state senators to become the new congressman. In the lower chamber, the House of Delegates, they've drawn a map that creates two new districts that makes it likely that two delegates would get to rise to become members of Congress. So they can't agree amongst themselves over which ten to one map they're going to go for. It's just the most remarkable thing. But on top of that, while they're arguing over that, nobody's pointing to the fact that wait a minute. Last week in Tazewell County, Judge Jack Hurley Junior struck a blow for freedom and democracy and said, guys, you got to pay attention to the rules. They get a constitutional amendment passed in Virginia, you've got to post it ninety days before the next general election. You guys didn't post this until seven days before the next general election last fall. Sorry, your whole thing is constitutionally null and void. He ruled that it was invalid. Now they're gonna they're gonna appeal naturally. But I don't know how you get over that kind of that kind of hurdle in your way, when when the rule says gotta be ninety days ahead of time, and for some reason, well you know what happened. It didn't occur to them ninety days ahead of time. It didn't occur to them until it was clear they were gonna win the race and they were gonna take both houses of the legislature. Somebody said, hey, we need to do this. We need to get in on the redistricting bandwagon. We can bring the nationally, we

46:47 can bring the Democrats four more seats. That's what's it. That's what's going on here, that's what they're trying for. I don't think they're gonna pull it off. I think this may be the one ray of sanity in the early days of the Spanberger administration. Hopefully we can build on it. So what happens, Bill, I mean, the judge has said he's given a ruling saying hey, this is unconstitutional. So how do you unwind an election? I don't know how they get over that part. There's no way they can go back in time and say, oh, we meant to introduce this in July or September or I guess September even is too late. You'd have to do it in August to be ninety days before the election.

47:31 So I don't know how they get over that. I haven't seen we haven't seen the appeal filed yet, so we haven't seen the language they're using. I look forward to reading this work of fantasy. Well see, this is a thing that's frustrating the Electorate Bill because we're still trying to process twenty twenty, which the mainstream media has no interest. I mean, their easy way out is just saying, hey, Trump lied to you in he he keeps lying. That's fraudulent. But yet sixty three percent of America says, this thing stinks to high heaven. We just don't. We don't really believe there's credibility in that twenty twenty election.

48:11 And then oh yeah, by the way, in the recent weeks, we have the discovery of what over three hundred invalid votes out of Fulton County, Oh yeah, you know, which is raising all kinds of so how many you know? Here, you had two Senate seats that were compromised because of it, You had a presidential election compromised because of it. You know, policies, everything legislation that's been passed that is done damage to the electorate, done damage to the country because these people cheated. You know, Georgia in particular sticks in micro because in the immediate you know, Tea Party Patriots and Tea Party Patriots Action are headquartered in Georgia, in Woodstock, Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta, if you will, and in Cherokee County, which is one of the most Republican counties in the state.

49:10 I can remember in the in the weeks and in fact months following the twenty twenty election, TVP Chairwoman Jenny Beth Martin was all over it. She was the only non lawyer who was part of the Trump legal team in Georgia gathering evidence she was talking of. She was talking to people gathering affidavits on a regular basis from witnesses who had seen this, that, and the other. She helped Cleada Mitchell, Republican super lawyer, put together the case. I can remember that there's just one number that always stuck in micross of all the different examples of ballot inconsistencies.

49:52 And that's the word that I like to use because I'm not making a value judgment. I'm not saying I know some body cheated, as opposed to made a mistake, made an error. I don't know what happened. All I know is that there's an inconsistency with the law. This ballot was not treated properly the way the law says it should have been. Treated. Okay, here's the number that I remember. Sixty two hundred and forty seven. That is one category. There were sixty six, two hundred and forty seven people in the state of Georgia who registered to vote before they turned eighteen. Now that's legal in the state of Georgia in twenty twenty. You're allowed if you're going to be eighteen on election day, you don't have to wait until you turn eighteen. You can pre register for up to six months before your eighteenth birthday, and that's perfectly valid, and when you show up to vote, they'll say, great, you're a registered voter, here's your ballot, go ahead and vote. The problem is, if you register seven months before you turn eighteen, you're outside that window and your registration is null and void. There were sixty two hundred and forty seven people who fit this description who registered too early. Well, let's stop and think about them for a second. What does that mean. That means they're high school students. They were seventeen years old, These are all people who registered too early before their eighteenth birthday, so they're in high school, they're seventeen years old. Who was registering seventeen year olds throughout the state of Georgia, Oh,

51:24 Stacy Abrams group because she ran you remember the failed royal candidate from twenty eighteen and twenty twenty two. In twenty twenty she was running a voter registration group. The people they hired were getting paid on the basis of how many people did you get to register today? We'll give you a X number of dollars for every person you registered today. And guess what Virgin territory is to go to the high schools because none of them are registered yet, most of them haven't turned eighteen. But we got this law passed in the state legislature that says you can register before you turn eighteen if you're within six months of that. So we got sixty two hundred and forty seven people, all of whom registered and voted.

52:08 And that's the key. They all voted. What was the what was the margin of victory? Less than eleven thousand votes? Right, exactly one hundred percent of the sixty six thousand. Exactly This un use signs. This sign is the margin of victory. The stinks of ballot harvesting. It absolutely stinks. It absolutely stinks. But if you if you recall what happened in Georgia, Georgia was the one state where they were never allowed to make the claims in court because when they filed the lawsuit, instead of being given a judge at random as as is the regular and a couple of days after the lawsuit is filed, you find out who the judge is and you begin to set the dates for preliminary motions and all that.

52:54 It took them. It took them until January fourth, if I remember correctly, it was all way until January fourth. Remember the inauguration day is January twentieth, and the Electoral College meets on December fourteenth, those votes are tabulated, and its January sixth. We all remember January sixth, twenty twenty one. Famous, It wasn't until January fourth that they even had a judge assigned to the case. Well, two days later the electoral College votes were counted in Washington. So guess what happened to the case. It was mooted. There was no point in going forward because we already had a new president at that point. So Georgia is the one place where, to my mind, there was absolute problems with the vote count with that margin. And here's the thing. Under under Georgia law, the remedy for such a situation, and there had been many examples of Georgia doing this, the remedy for such a situation where the number of ballots in dispute is larger than the margin of victor. If that's the situation, the remedy is simple, we do the election over.

It had never happened at the presidential level, but it had happened for members of Congress, for members of county commissions, for state representatives and state senator that they were familiar with the process in Georgia. They knew perfectly well what the remedy was. And that's what would have happened if it hadn't been for the fact that they literally could not get into court fast enough because for some reason, nobody wanted to assign a judge to that case. Gee, I wonder why nobody wanted to assign a judge or all the judges said not me, I don't want to touch this with a ten foot poll. Six minutes after the top of the bill, Martinez here, John Gordon's going to be joining us in just a moment. He's a Georgia attorney, a legal analyst, entrepreneur, and political insider. He was the Trump endorsed Republican candidate for Georgia Attorney General back in twenty twenty two. He hosts his own nationally syndicated radio show and podcast, The Truth with John Gordon. John, Good morning. How are you? Good morning? I'm fantastic, good to be with you. Well, great to have you here. FBI last week executed a warrant at Pulton County's election hub, something that you're very familiar with with, right I am. You know. I worked with a group of lawyers who brought the case, Jeffords, so Teer and Purdue, as in David Perdue, the former US Senator from Georgia who we think got his election stolen from him as well. And my role was to raise money to afford the litigation and then to also work on communications because a lot of people, even to this day, are either in denial or uninformed about what happened in Georgia in twenty twenty. I've seen the evidence, and I've talked to the witnesses, and I've played Devil's advocate with the forensic accountants, and we got a revelation three weeks ago, maybe four, that there were one hundred and seventy ballot tapes that were not certified as is

58:30 required by state law. Yet Brad Raffensberger, who went on sixty minutes and said it was the most secure election ever, which is complete malarkey, said nothing to see here. But now we find out that he certified an election that was flagrantly not certifiable because those ballot tapes were not signed. Nobody would sign the ballot tapes because they didn't want to risk going to jail for perjury. Well, and the thing is John how to get away with this? I mean, is he is he up for any kind of criminal activity or or you know, I don't know whatever you would call it in terms of his own responsibility as Secretary of State. And keep in mind, and just will remind everybody it wasn't about eleven twelve thousand votes that made the difference in that Georgia election.

59:21 Eleven thousand, seven hundred and seventy nine. And you know, that's the thing that is so frustrating about this whole thing is that they say that President Trump asked Brad Raffensberger to find eleven thousand votes or twelve thousand votes that is such a gross mischaracterization of what President Trump was saying. What he was saying is that. There is. Reason to believe there was widespread fraud and out of several million votes cast, all you have to do is prove that there were twelve thousand fraudulent votes and we get the election turned around. But they say, oh, President Trump was trying to overturn a free and fair election.

1:00:09 Well that's just not true. He was trying to get the election so that it was free, fair and honest. There's nothing wrong with that. Well, it was so mired in deception, you know, throughout the country, and there was evidence there the court. You know, the courts for one reason, you know, you don't have standing. You know, they've really never hurt the case. The January sixth committee was a big mess, and you know, and to the point, they did such a poor job even with the media, ninety six ninety seven percent of what the media promoted was that this was all a big lie and it caused January sixth to happen, and you know, police officers were injured and killed and all this big, humongous lie on top of a lie. And now you know, because this is the thing about the truth. It has a way of finding itself out, doesn't it.

1:01:04 It does. It always seems to come out, maybe not on our timeline, but it does come out. I mean, really, you just hit the high points of why I ran for Attorney General. And I'm not being argumentative or disagreeing with you, but we actually did have a judicial hearing, multiple hearings, and we were able to present evidence in the case that our reference and Judge Bryan and Merrow, who was a superior court judge in Henry County, that got the case because all the Fulton judges recused themselves. He took the case and he heard evidence allowed us to do discovery.

1:01:49 Bob Sheeley deposed the manager of the Fulton Board of Elections. One of the things he discovered in that deposition was that Fulton County bought twenty get this, purchased twenty thousand pieces of ballot paper, blank ballot paper, ten days before the election for absentee ballots. Well, you cannot print the ballots, mail them out, send them out, get them back in time within ten days. It's physically impossible, especially given the USPS. You know, I can't get a check delivered from West Palm Beach to Atlanta in less than a week. It's just ludicrous. And so there was a lot of evidence that was collected and Judge of Merow from his bench ruled that the petitioners had demonstrated a prima facient case. Now, like in all cases, standing was argued in the first week or two of the case and being totally factual, Judge Amero never explicitly ruled on standing, but he allowed the case to move forward. He also, very importantly, and the media will not report this, they have not reported it in its solemn truth, he ordered that the absentee ballots be unsealed and that the petitioners be allowed to examine them. Now, this was in March of twenty twenty one, but so immediately, and this was a role that I had because in that business, we immediately began working to

1:03:24 determine how are we going to evaluate three hundred and fifty or four hundred thousand absentee ballots. You can't do it by hand. So we were lining up scanners and we were lining up software that we could use to help evaluate it. And then Judge Marrow seemed to have a change of heart. He would never grant us the time, place, and manner of inspection, and then nine months after the case his whole personality changed. I don't know, did you ever see ghost When Patrick Swayzey jumped back into the body of Whoopy Golden sal It was like somebody jumped into Judge of Marrow's body, and he had a completely change of personality and change of heart, and he threw the case out in one day, saying that the petitioner's lack standing well. That was appealed to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed, which was then went to the Supreme Court of Georgia and they unanimously reversed that decision, and so it came back to a Marrow. The courageous judge said, no, no, no, I'm conflicted.

1:04:32 Here, you take the ball. I'm recusing myself, which he had the authority to do, but he didn't have He didn't give a reason why he was conflicted. He just said, I'm recusing myself. So it went to Judge mcberney in the Fulton Board of Superior Court, which had actually had had the Purdue case, and he wrote the most vile, biased, one sided opinion I have ever read in my forty years of being a member of the George barr and that case, likewise was overturned unanimously by the Georgia Supreme Court and sent back to Judge McBurney, who sat on it.

1:05:13 For two years and now he still has it. So now Judge McBurney now that Fannie Willis has decided to take him on because he's ruled. I guess in ways that she doesn't like, right, So she's gone on the attack against Judge McBurney. And now Judge mcbeurney is showing a different side of his personality. I think the fact that the United States Department of Justice wrote Judge a letter and said get the ballots turned over to us, it may have woken him up. But it's a mess, and it's just a it's one lie to cover up for the last lie that covered up for the previous lie.

As I mentioned, a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute, I do want to talk about Scott's latest article and the title is three Things Republicans need to Do between now and November to win the midterms. We'll break it down for it, Scott. What do we need to do well, there are three things that if we made real significant progress actually got them done, we would gain seats. They are We need to have election reform consummated before the November election. The sooner the better. We need to change the way our elections are run away from electronic devices in vote counting to paper ballots, same day voting one day. Yes, there can be absentee ballots under legitimate circumstances, but they have to be counted by the election day so that we know the results by election day. There needs to be voter ID. Every voter needs to have an ID, and if we do this, we will trust our election systems because they'll deliver a result that reflects.

You know in this you know, public benefits, you know, the the childcare and so forth and so on, was all gained to the tune of billions of dollars. We need arrests, we we we need to restore law and order there and in every other city. And if we can do that, if that can be accomplished to a large extent between now and November, the elections will be overwhelmingly in favor

But what we've got here is a system that has been rigged, and it's so pernicious and so deep scott that it is going to take an incredible amount of courage. I say, roll out the paddy wagons and start from the top and go down to your point. Because if you go in and you get these petrators that are at high levels of government, and you put them in the paddy wagon and you arrest them, then the people are going to start to see something seriously done. Instead of going after the everyday citizen who got caught up in their uh in in their their conspiracy and uh and got into their plan.

And and uh so it's almost like the fact that these other politicians, I don't care, Democrats, Republicans, they're almost giving their tacit agreement to this illegal activity, this this grift and this this corruption because they're not saying anything because they know these people are in Congress, they know the shenanigans that's going on. But you know, again, the power structure is such that it protects this fraudulent activity.
