Right now, we've got Paul ken Gore, Professor of Political Science, Chief Academic Fellow of the East Super Faith and Freedom of Grove City College. Hey, Paul, good morning, Happy New year. Yeah, and Sam you Bill good morning. Hey. Lots to catch up on before we talk about Trump and the new World Order. I want to address Minneapolis here. Help me understand Minneapolis is harboring criminals in one former fashion, call it what it is. And this whole idea and concept of a sanctuary city that's been allowed to impinge upon our US Constitution continues to cause all kinds of problems and promote lawlessness, particularly in Minnesota.

1:01 Why is that a problem? Well, I find it interesting that once again you have liberals who are big advocates of states rights. Right. I mean, anytime you get a Republican who talks about the state's rights, which was really state's rights simply means the tenth Amendment of the US Constitution, where it says that the power power is not reserved to the federal government, are reserved to the states. And I mean, yeah, that's a long We call that federalism. James Madison, who was the father of the Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the Constitution, called that. That became known as Madison's middle Ground. And you know here again, so you know, now, all of a sudden, these people are just these wild states rights advocates who tell them, you know, Donald Trump has no business doing whatever in their state. But but you know, but this is a federal issue, yes, and yeah, it's a federal issue because what you have is people that are in the country legally, and so they they've broken laws to get here. And you know, you know, these ice agents are really just doing their jobs. I mean a lot of them themselves are probably children of immigrants, perhaps immigrants themselves, people who came here legally. And you know, this was all bequeathed by Joe Biden. Four years of the chaos of Joe Biden, and now Donald Trump has left to clean it up, and you've got a real mess.

2:29 The mayor of Minneapolis is awful. Tim Walls, who could have been Vice President of the United States. Yeah, and and and you have you know, the these people go, you know, they deliberately go to places where ice agents are and they protest and harass and agitate them. And I mean, you know, you and I you know, you grew up. You and I grew up with dads. We're dads now. When our dads told us as kids, and we tell our sons. You know, if you ever get stopped by a policeman, you just say yes, sir, okay, sir. You respect you respect authority. Yeah, exactly. Provoke the oh yeah, people with guns.

3:12 You know, Paul I was mentioning to another guest here. Did you ever see that Chris Rock video that he did back in the early two thousands. It was addressed to young black men. The title was, you know, I won't you know, uh say the title exactly because our audience might be sensitive to it, but you can imagine. And Chris Rock's own words was how not to get your butt kicked by the police and uh funny but yet common sensical. And I think that that ought to be on a loop in Minnesota because they need some common sense there, and because the things that they're doing is absolutely lawless, you know, and from the get go, because the predicate, like you said, the predicate of all this is not only you know Biden Obama before that, but then you've got the sanctuary city that I don't see the legal grounds for sanctuary cities that basically harbor criminals. And I thought harboring a criminal was an offense.

4:10 Well or at the very least, yeah, harbor well, you know, harboring people who are breaking the law by being there, right, And I mean that, And and those laws were created by Congress. In fact, you know, the master of deportation was Barack Obama. People forget this all the time, and and and Obama. Well, Donald Trump just came in and said, you know, I'm going to follow the laws that the Congress established. Now, the difference here in all of this, which created this chaos was Joe Biden. And Biden didn't want to follow those laws. Well basically, I mean, frankly, candidly, I think Biden just didn't want to do anything. It just seemed like for four years, you know that the the you know, the the President of the United States was asleep. I mean when when when Donald Trump called him sleepy Joe, you know, back during the campaign, the campaigns, I mean that, you know, that was that was right on.

5:05 I mean, the guy we had an auto pen running the country, you know, you and I marveled many times at how Joe Biden, who was somebody that when he was in the Senate and even when he was Vice president under Obama, could be somewhat more moderate on some of the cultural issues, right abortion, the High Amendment. I mean, you know, he he was always pro choice, but you know, but he but he said, look, you shouldn't have to make religious believers violate their conscience right pay for things that they don't want to pay for. And then all of a sudden, because he becomes president, he becomes one of the most radical culture warriors in the history of the office, which had to make me wonder if who was running the country frankly, probably not him.

5:48 Well and clearly the other thing is that came out quite uh was quite evident, was his lack of lucidity. Yes, yeah, it's exactly right. And that lack of acidity, you know, yeah, between being asleep at the at the wheel, a lack of lucidity really cognitive awareness. And we saw that. I remember remember the doctor's report. I'm trying to think who the doctor was who talked about you know, how appalled he was when he when he interviewed Joe Biden. You know what, the man couldn't even remember about basic stuff and his family, let alone win in the United States. And of course with the Democrats, they really didn't care about all this because they look at all these people coming in illegally as Democrat voters, you know.

6:33 Even even a special Paul, even a special prosecutor. Remember he interviewed to me, he said, he's so feeble. He couldn't you know, he couldn't handle the pressure of of a you know, of a courtroom process, and then he couldn't remember things, you know, again reinforcing what the doctors had established earlier. And of course it was everything that we've seen. And I'm thinking, my goodness, I mean, what did he have at that point? Still another year and a half of his presidency, and the special prosecutor himself identifies that this man is deficient, and we still let him have the keys to the nuclear suitcase. Well, that's exactly right. And and we had waiting in the wings was Vice President Kamala Harris.

7:17 Right, and she and she was. You know, she was very much aware of all of this, and you know, she she didn't talk about it at the time, and when she was asked about it during about Biden's potential dementia or whatever it was that he might have had, she denied it. And she denied it all the way through into the campaign, into the summer of twenty twenty four, and then all of a sudden, she just gets anointed with the you know, these people who preach, you know, democracy, democracy. Right, she didn't win a single she didn't win a single primary vote. Biden won them all, and then they were all just given to her and she got the nomination, but she helped cover this up. Yeah, and so circling back to what you're talking about in Minneapolis, you know, this was a crisis created by Biden, whether through incompetence, unawareness, you know, cognitive deficiencies, you know, and maybe even perhaps malice wanting to flood the border, or maybe advisors around him doing it.

8:20 And now it's left to Donald Trump to clean it up. And that makes Trump the bad guy. And really what's even worse about this is it makes all these poor Ice agents. You know, how would you like that job? Off exactly. How would you like that job? I mean, Greg Bavino said, thank you very much for giving me a reassignment. I need this job like I need a hole in the head. I don't care how much you're paying me. It's not worth it, you know, to have myself, my own life threatened, my family threatened, all this stuff. He's not getting the support of local officials, the lawlessness. That's taking place. And then Donald Trump is walking a tight wire here politically as well, and so probably for working their tails off, putting their lives in danger, Greg Bovino and Christy Nome and others may end up paying the price.

Paul sadly, I mean, I'm disappointed that you know for Greg Vovino and Christina and what are they guilty of following orders from the president and seventy seven million voters who said we want this cleaned up.

14:06 Yeah, well, it's exactly right, and it's their job as basically, you know, sort of law enforcement officers, right or people enforcing the law of the land. And among the things that the president agrees to in the Constitution is to protect the security of the United. States, right, exactly. That's one thing. I mean, you could argue about other aspects of presidential authority, if the president has the right to do this or that, even if you even if Donald Trump has the right to negotiate what he's negotiating with Greenland, I suppose, right, But on something like this, yeah, I mean, this is the purview of the President of the United States certainly people like Department of Justice, the chief law enforcement officer.

14:51 So really they're just doing their jobs. You know, A lot of this reminds me. You and I are both old enough to at least remember this from the you know, late sixties, nineteen seventies and early nineteen eighties, we were closer to this period. It kind of reminds me of Kent State. Yes, and where you know, the one President Richard Nixon National Guard in Ohio, and you know that actually happened on the sending into the National Guard. That actually happened on college campuses throughout the country that year. And in many cases you had students who would go up and agitate and provoke these poor National Guard kids for you know, like twenty twenty one, twenty two year old kids, young people with guns when they're twenty four to seven. And Kent State was just a complete zoo. I mean, they the students were constantly throwing rocks at the National guardsmen, throwing molotov cocktails, going up, calling them every possible name.

15:54 You had once again kind of foul potty mouth what today we would call woke women going up and f bombing them, and and you know, you know, flashing them and like provocatory ways, and you're doing everything that they could to set these guys off. And at some point, I mean, these people are only human, They're not they're not cyborgs. And and. Eventually you're gonna get to the point where somebody who's holding a gun is going to pull a trigger, whether under pressure or or even accidental. You know, this is part of One of the reasons that presidents Reagan and Gorbachev and Kennedy and Khrushchev put the red line the hot line in the White House and the Kremlin is because there's always the possibility of, you know, something accidentally happening exactly exactly, somebody setting off the bomb, somebody pulling the trigger, someone pushing the button, so to set so to have these left wing agitators on social media and everything going all around the country provoking these guys. I mean, you're you're you know, you're asking for it. You're you're asking for something to happen. You don't go and goof off around people with guns. I tell my kids, right, guns are not something you play with. My mom always told me, right, Unloaded guns are what kill people. Right to be like, oh mom, come on, if it's unloaded, it can't kill people.

17:24 You know. The whole point of that is, well, you never know. You might think it's unloaded, right, and it turns out to be loaded. You know, these aren't toys, and be grown ups, be responsible and try to realize above all these ice agents, I wouldn't be surprised if half of them are registered Democrats, right, you know, these are these are human beings and and you need to treat them differently. Yeah, I'll tell you I could never do their job. I was sharing with my wife. I just said that if I was a police officer and I had a woman blowing a whistle in my face, I might take care of that problem really quick. And that wouldn't be Yeah. I mean that kind of thing pushes you on edge.

18:06 Yeah, put you on. And then you have local officials, you have the governor, you have the mayor, you have the attorney general promoting this kind of behavior and lawlessness. I mean it's just like here it is. I mean, you didn't see enough and experience enough during the George Floyd rites, And interestingly enough, here we are ground Central again. Billions of dollars of damage and all this stuff. And this wackiness and defunding police coming out of Minnesota. And now it's we're going to defund ice. Okay, so we're going to defund ice. So what's your idea. Seventy seven million voters said enough is enough. We need to get these illegal immigrants out of here. And we're not talking about somebody that just you know, goes and mows your lawn or you know, changes your betting. We're talking some really bad people that have been involved in sex trafficking, murder, rape.

18:58 Children. I mean, now they're talking, you know, Paul, they're talking as many as five hundred thousand kids are still lost. Well, and unfortunately it's the ICE agents that have to do the enforcement, right, and they know none of that, and you know, they don't know the difference between I mean, look, i mean, out of ten illegal immigrants, right, I mean, I'm sure that nine out of ten are good people, right, But but all you need is one out of ten who's not. And hey, it only took nineteen to create all kinds of problems, you know, back in two thousand and one. Right, Well, that's right, that's right. And really, and I mean, frankly, what we're seeing right now in Minnesota and elsewhere, these blow ups, they're not even caused by the actual legal immigrants. They're caused by by you know, woke, middle aged white liberals going again and agitating to that.

19:53 So we're finding we're finding out also, Paul, do you got these people? You got the CCP involved with it, got Soros's group, you got Black Lives Matter, you have Antifa, you've got Iran tentacles in here. I mean they're all they're all involved in supporting these people, because look at the signs. I mean they look all professional. The equipment that these agitators have, I mean, these aren't cheap, cheap accessories that they're bringing to this, you know, would be riot right. Well, yeah, they're professional agitators. In fact, they teach my course on Marxism at Grove City College right now in the current semester, and one of the things we do when we start class is I'll pull up on the big overhead screen the latest websites and postings by Communist Party USA, which is CPUSA dot org People's World, which is the successor to the Daily Worker, the flagship of the Communist Party USA, the website of RevCom, Revolutionary Communist Party USA DSA, Democratic Socialists of America, the Trotskyists, the Militant, their publication, and all of them have have have have ads, have calls, have have places to go directing people where to go to protest what's happening with Ice. So you know, so this is a call to arms, or at least to call it a protest.

21:20 Right. In some cases, apparently some of these people are actually armed to go there and agitate. And by the way, and and also that should be pointed out, the ICE agents don't know who's arm right. I mean, it's bad enough if someone could run you over in a car or might want to bite your finger off. But you know, one of these these people start carrying guns and uh. And there are planning sessions you could find online amongst some of these far left groups about teaching people firearms, how to use firearms. So they are rightly on edge. These people, like a lot of our cops, God bless them, their their wives and kids. Yeah, when you don't know if they're going to see see them home that night for dinner.

And and as you say, I mean in this last unfortunate and I say an unfortunate situation on one hand, you know, and I say for the uh for the officer involved here with Alex Pretty's uh death. But what's what's Alex Pretty thinking? I mean, he brings a gun into a situation that's going to be confrontational, it's loaded. Uh. I mean, come on, I mean I want to have I want to have sympathy, but I also want to say, you know, people, people like that are just playing stupid, They're they're asking for problems. Well, if if a if a police officer, I have a concealed carry permit, right, yeah, if a police officer would pull me over in my car for like a burnout headlight, right and we still do all the time, or for whatever else and says to me something like he little mister kangoorid, do you have any firearms in the car? Right? I would say, yes, sir, I do, sir, I have I have a concealed carry permit, sir, and it's it's in my bag over there. And you know, just tell me whatever you want me to do, right if I don't even.

23:21 Wait, I don't even wait for them to ask me, Paul, I tell them I go, look at I have a conciled carry permit I have. I have a weapon in the car with me right now. And so just just you're aware, and I make sure they see my hands. That's the one thing that my dad always said. You put your hands on the top of the steering wheel, turn the if it's at night, you turn the interior light on, so that you're giving the officer every bit of help that he needs in order to do his job and he's not threatened in any way that it's like oop, sorry, accident. You know, we don't need that. Yeah, every single cop show you watch on TV, right, the cops are yelling, right, put up your hands, put up your hands. And it's when you don't put up your hands that they get really angry and pin you to the ground, push you down, put your hands beyond the back and handcuff your Yeah, you have to. You don't mess with police, with ice agents. You don't mess with people who have guns. Liberal guns are not toys. Yes, okay, you know, so have some sympathy, be decent, and you know, quit agitating and provoking so many of these poor people.

24:35 Could you imagine doing that job like like fifty sixty hours a week. I mean, you and I be like, we're on phones, we're on computers right now. Well, we could walk into our kitchen, get something to drink. I'll get in my car, drive over to the college, teach a class. Maybe drop off. Imagine just being at one of these rallies in freezing cold weather every day while people are screaming at you, I mean exactly, Imagine what the anxiety and stress that that these people are unders. Yeah, can you say PTSD, Yes, these people mentally are going to be It's it's impossible to be affected by that. I mean they are fellow human beings that have been called to do a job that if they don't do it, who is going to do it?

Anyway, Uh, he extricates Bovino because he's the poster child of all this angst that was happening on the streets, and Bobino's guilty of doing his job. So but that's okay, you know, let's just reassign him, get him out of the fray. Christy, no him the same thing. Bring Homan in whose law enforcement's law enforcement, dude, and comes in and just he doesn't say anything different than anybody is saying, but in the manner in which he presented, very calm, very official, with authority, and laid it out, you know, common sense.

31:27 Just hey, look at you don't want us in the streets, you want less of it. Well, the best way to do it is cooperate. Let us go pick him up in the jails and this way, nope, you know this will reduce a lot of the angst and the conflict out there. Well, we don't have to do paramilitary style operations in Texas because local law enforcement is cooperating. But when the police are openly on the side of keeping violent felons in the country, then you know, you either surrender the rule of law. You either say the federal law does not apply in the stated mini soda the way it didn't apply in South Carolina in eighteen sixty one after Fort Sumter. Or you enforce the law, but there are.

They are communist activists whose job it is to interfere with law enforcement, to endanger them, to attack their cars, to interfere with the rests. Imagine if Republicans, if armed Republicans had tried to interfere with the January sixth the. Rests, maybe we should have. Maybe we should have. We would have seen what happened. Can you imagine the Biden administration allowing armed Texans to prevent the arrest of January sixth suspects by federal agents after the twenty twenty election. That's the equivalent of what's happening.

It was all part of the monstrous abuse of the medical profession and the violation of medical privacy that was the COVID panic that the Democrats were all up and on, and unfortunately our bishops were largely complicit in that too.

And you are drilling down as it relates to medicaid and medicaid fraud that's been operating in New York State, which I think that what you're onto is you're you're focusing on a so to speak, an avalanche of corruption that probably, uh, you could extend into other areas in other states. I just just just based on what you've been sharing with me, is that fair?

You know, I'm hoping to shed light on the real corruption, uh that's going on, you know, not only in New York but across the country, state by state. Right exactly. Well, tell us your story, go ahead, sangl. You know, my story starts out as any typical provided story. Does you know, I got into home care, want the you know, really helped the community give back, joined the Great Organization and it's been around for thirty two years, uh, you know, and continue putting into good work in the community. I grew within that organization, you know, grew with the community, joined boards that you know specialized and groups that specialized in home and community based care. Uh, and sort of you know, started dipping my toes into the advocacy water and everything like that, and going up to Albning and knowing the legislature and everything everything that you should be do to better the industry in which you work in. Right.

1:00:41 And one of the programs in which we work in was called Consumer Direct did Care. It's it's care where you know, certain individuals, if they meet the criteria, are able to hire their own worker. Right. That's not meaning that, you know, there's no oversight like that. That's where my agency would come in to provide the oversight to ensure proper billing, timekeeping, et cetera. But the person would be able to hire you know, a friend, a family, a neighbor, somebody to come in to help them with their tasks of daily living. Right. Right. So it was a very well thought out program, you know, it was very well suited as a supplemental program to other benefits and programs in which I provided because I wanted to compass all home and community based services just so that I could offer full continuity of care. And that's what led us into, you know, this issue that I'm facing right now. For years, and for five straight years for me at least, we've been going up to Albany. When I say we, my advocacy boards and different associations have been going to Albany and really advocating for you know, putting guardrails on this program and to ensure that it doesn't grow out of control and that there's proper oversight and licensure. And you know, we really wanted to ensure the program save to the roots in which it was.

I mean, you've got to get program protected so that it keeps on going, right, because like anything that the government is associated with, it's always subject to a corruption and fraud. Hundred percent, right. And what's the best way to learn about that fraud is you work with the good standing providers in the community providing those services, because they can point out those areas of fraud that may need more oversight. Because it's very simple. Right when you speak to a legislature and they want to put it on pen to paper. But there's so many what ifs in the world that is, sometimes you don't catch those on pen to paper. What do you write legislation? Right, you need to really work with the community providers in order to stay in front of everything that could potentially be coming down. The New York State legislature in Governor's office completely ignored us for five years, completely ignored us. From now looking back, I see why they ignored us. They had ulterior motives. They let this program balloon out of control to twelve billion dollars per year spends and that's state and federal medicaid dollars.

1:03:19 It's a federal match. Right. And then once they you know, grew this program into what I could only see them is reviewing looking at it as an asset. Right, it's no more lives or anything like that. You know, they only talk about it in a in a numerical way anyway, right. They sold it off to the highest bin or through a back door, you know, no bid contract, in essence, creating a state sanctioned monopoly on a twelve billion dollars a year program. Yeah, ignored ruled about transition data hipA you know, I can go on and on. They didn't listen to the consumers that were in the program about what they wanted. They totally eliminated consumer choice, which is, you know, a federal mandate and everyone should have a choice from where they get their health care from. And New York State said, no, you have to get it from these people, and that's it. That's your only option.

1:04:15 And they did all this through a stroke of a pen. They did this through budget amendments. All right. They came out and said we're going to have a state fiscal intermediary. And then fast forward to New York State Senate testimony in which I provided that was put together to review the cd PAP transition. The senators who put that hearing together provided budget testimony which actually listed public Partnerships LLC in the budget in the budget draft budget testimony before they had to switch it to a request for proposal because you can't lift an individual in a budget. You have to follow state procedure right there.

So let me let me ask you this, Uh Okay, so here they do this. You know, your twelve billion dollars, you've built up this organism. Now it's controlled by the governor and h and they go through kind of a show and you know, act like they're you know, after they get caught, they kind of okay, back off a little bit. But then my question is who benefited from this besides uh, this private partnership. So it's clear that people within government have benefited from this. It has to be. It's a twelve billion dollar a year program that was single handedly written specifically for this provider that want. There's so you have to look at lobbying.

But it's gonna be after the fact. Right, Well, but you know, you know the big under our nose. Right so right now they're saying, oh, we found three hundred and thirty million dollars of fraud over a ten year period. Look at us we're so good. Right, Well, meanwhile, it's a twelve billion dollars a year program. So even if you just look at the three hundred million and one year not a ten year time frame, I mean you're talking about a slipp of a percessions.

Look at we've been looking into this and we've already you know, convicted X amount of people and all this, like they're really on top of the job. But meanwhile, you know, we're talking so far nine billion in counting of fraud just in one in one sector of services offered there in Minnesota. Right, absolutely, I mean it's the same exact thing going on. Right, You're dangling the attractive you know, clickbait here, and with your other hand you're reaching around and grabbing all the money you can from their wallet. That's that's the only thing going on here. And it's you know, it's not it's not right, and they're they're able to hide it through legislation and through contracts, and you know that needs to be highlighted. It's not the end provider, right, Obviously, they need to be caught, they need to be prosecuted.

But I'm telling you the larger portion of the fraud is coming in these contracts and these you know, back door deal and you know, public interests, you know, whatever it may be. This is deep in pervasive. I mean, are we talking because in other studies this seems to be a contagion that's found mostly in blue states. Are you finding that to be the case, Julian in your investigation and understanding of what's going on. I know often we hear, well, it happens, you know, on both sides and all that. But this, you know, when you start looking at these cities. I mean we're talking New York, We're talking Minnesota, Los A, I mean California, they're finding billions upon I mean, the state's bankrupt for ans and purposes, and there's so much fraud and so much leakage of public funds out of the state of California. And those are three blue, blue states just right off the top top of the bat And I'm you know, again, what I'm hearing over and over again, it seems to be in these democratic, especially uniparty controlled states because they can get away with this stuff because there's no accountability. There's nobody telling them, Hey, you can't do that.

But hey, when when you're you're you know, you're self ruled and you got a UNI party, Hey, you get to make the rules and do as you darn well please. Right. Absolutely, Unfortunately, I think the the what you know, New York and California show right, because I mean they had to. In my mind that it's happening nationwide. Doesn't matter, blew, a red state doesn't matter the New York to California. Our social services packages and benefits are just so big. The money is just so uh, you know, abundant, and you know, how do you but even take a red state, right, they're still democratic legislatus or Republican legislature, right, and they can still hide things through bills because there I don't know if anyone's ever read a budget, you go blinds after an hour, and that you sort of just keep skimming over things and so that that's where stuff gets hidden.

1:18:01 Right, Well, that was like trying to that was trying to remember Obamacare. When Obamacare came out, I don't know. I can't even name a dozen people that got past the fifth page because. You would go blind and it didn't make sense. And then of course the guy who wrote up the bill, he was in his hearing and his congressional hearing said they purposely made it complex and confusing. I mean there's a government official telling the American people that they got fleeced and it was done on purpose, by design. And still Obamacare is still around, So you know, all this stuff is really just it's aggravating the everyday taxpayer, Julian.

1:18:43 It aggravates everybody and aggravates me, just as I wish I wasn't so involved now and really seeing how the sausage is being made sort of thing, I would like to go back and be oblivious, you know, regular citizen. Right. But the deal is is that you want everybody to have a fair chance to win, and how can you when when the game is rigged? I mean, these politicians basically they've rigged the game. And so if you have somebody else who can come in and provide a better service for less. Guess what, you know, they're not they're not involved in the payoffs and the back door money shuffling and that sort of thing. So you know, they might get a meeting, but that's about as you know, that's about the best they'll get.

1:19:28 Yeah, absolutely, I mean listen, but just as you said, you know, the States really are the conductor of the train and can bring it anywhere they want to go. Right. Uh. We the RFP we had in New York, it was it was reviewed by the Medicaid director and he met with three or four requests that we got maybe a month ago. Now, he actually met with the governor's executive staff and the company that won the bid prior to the budget being inactive. Right, the other two offerers that were a qualified offerer, I spoke with both of those providers. They were not allowed awarded the same benefit to meet with the Medicaid director who graded the RFPs. Mind you, yes, prior to the RFP coming out, right, And so yeah, the nothing in New York, uh passes the sniff test.

1:20:25 Everything stinks to high heaven. The more and more you look into it, the more and more you find, and the more and more you find this is happening across the nation in every state. Uh, through these social services programs. Yeah, it's systemic, no doubt. Has Hochel addressed this issue at all. She has? She has. She said, you know, she did the best thing. She prevented the program from a fithical crisis. Uh, you know, in order to she said, she saved one point two billion dollars, which no one seems to understand here because right now we have the health plans, uh, you know, the United the Anthems, the Molina all who are the you know middleman in New York State for these programs to you know, handle the payments. They're potentially flying a lawsuit against the company that was awarded the contract, Public Partnerships LLC for anti trust's concerns because now they are the state sanctioned monopoly and they're demanding increased payment and the programs actually that have cost more money. And so now the insurers, right, because they get a capitated amount from the state, they're saying, hey, you can't demand an increase, you know, that's not right, right, and so they're filing suit.

1:21:36 I mean, think about it. State sanctioned monopoly and Governor Hochel is okay with it, and she's with slight of hand offering. You know, Oh, I say, I've saved this over a billion dollars, but you can't even quantify or qualify that savings, right right, right, Well, we got to wrap things up here, Julian Hagman, what's the next step? The next step? So I you know, there's a lot of potential, a lot of things on on the horizon. Department of Justice has been actively investigating this for over a year now, and I've been in contact with them. I know other providers that have been in contact with them. We're hopeful that they're going to be coming out with something soon, right it. Department of Justice typically takes eighteen months, but they've been pretty proactive on this item and so hopefully it'll come out sooner than later. I actually have a lawsuit against the company that won the bid PPL.

1:22:31 I'm going into court on April twenty firth where the judge is going to be deciding discovery from my case so I can hopefully get the you know, the information I need to bring to light to show the public that there was fraud in New York State on this twelve billion dollar a year contract. And then we also have a slew of foil requests that have been sitting there waiting that the DOH have been and state have been delaying and delaying and delaying. But you can only delay those so much. And you know that we have watchdogs in New York State which are threatening lawsuit on the boys and everything like that. So we're pushing down that angle and really waiting for them to see what happens there. And so those three items, yeah, that's it's a waiting game, but it's it's not going to be for much longer. We've been on this for a while and no one's given up, and we're going to get the answers to the people.

Three and a half billion dollars already is what the vegan cheese market is all about. Expected to reach almost ten billion by twenty thirty three. We have been tracking the leftist outlets and leftist headlines that they have been promoted and you know, sort of brainwashing Americans. We now have evidence of the things that they have been doing, you know, behind the scenes. Yeah, when you talk about the Big four news apps reach about five hundred and fifty million Americans, I mean it's probably more than once, because we only have about three hundred and fifty million. America is our universe anyway, so this probably in essence, it's it's bombarding the minds of American citizens, no doubt.

1:42:08 Right, that is right. I mean they have an massive reach. I mean in the latest legacy media, it has been decreasing, but you know, social media has been going up. You know, smartphones, these news apps comprensault in every single iPhone, Apple news compre insall every single iPhone excuse me, Google news comspreing sold, and every single Google phone. So as trusten legacy media comes down, you know, people more more people rely on this tech news for their news. Right, So we've kind of gone from maybe the fires of the pan in a sense, because about ninety six percent roughly of the news coming from the mainstream media, the regular networks, the predominant networks, was ninety six negative when it came, you know, toward conservatives or Donald Trump.

1:43:02 So somewhere in that range, you could say, ninety ninety six percent. That's been fairly consistent. Now online via the Internet, these social media outlets, you know, they're still up there. I mean, you know, eighty six percent negative coverage. This is and this is about ice right now that we're talking about. Yeah, So the Media Research Center has released survey study after study showing how the leftist Bruckcad networks have issued negative coverage against President Trump, Conservatives, or the Republican Party consistently since President Trump was elected in twenty sixteen. Now here's what we have. We know that ninety percent of coverage about ice in Minnesota on the leftist networks was negative.

1:43:54 So we decided to take a look at what the big ford used ups were, how they were covering the ice operations in Minnesota. And guess what the number is. Eighty six percent of the headlines that we came across about Minnesota where negative or lacking key context that will have inform Americans about number one, why ice is in Minnesota. To begin with, you know, we also discover that, you know, none of the headlines that we came across that we analyze mention any of the crimes can made it by legal aliens in this state. I mean dhas have speedily said that, you know, ferminal aactivity is at the center of why they are in the state. To begin with, guess what none of the headlines made and mentioned of that. Now, this is this is important because you know, a poll recently came out from Fox News, fifty nine percent of American voters think that ICE is too aggressive in their operations. Well, guess what, I'm not surprised that more majority of Americans believe that because they are being misinformed by this Big four news that there's not you know, the headlines are not mentioning the riots. They're not mentioning the violent aspect of the protests happening in that state. You know, there was a death of thirty seven year old anti ICE activists Renee Good in Minnesota. It was a tragic death.

1:45:16 President Trump has said that repeatedly. You know, it's the White House laments when people die. But there is a context that happened here, and zero percent of the headlines none of the headlines about Renette Good's death mentioned the fact that she hit eight ICE agents Jonathan Ross before he fatally shot her. Now, this is I mean, people, you need to deserve to know the truth here. I mean exactly, it was a tragic death. But give provide people the context, you know, paint the picture of what happened before she was shot. Yeah. You see. What this does is kind of like what Tom Hollman was suggesting in his press conference this week, and that is that in dangers the rest of the citizens because they're not getting the full story and they think, oh, this is okay, And even like the most recent shooting there with a nurse, and I mean, now we're seeing other video where he was there kicking out the back light of one of the vehicles, spitting on ice officers.

1:46:20 And then you know, to add to the confusion and make it even worse is the guy comes with a gun. I get it, you have a concealed carry permit. That's okay, But there's also the law that pertains to that is that once you come into a law enforcement operation, your concealed carry permit is null and void. Did you know that. I didn't know that, but I mean I'm not surprised. It makes sense, right, I mean, yeah, because it's you're not to go in and take your gun and be proactive, even though he wasn't waving the gun. But it's all suspicious because he has a gun and fifty rounds of ammunition.

1:47:05 I mean, there's a lot of information that is missing here, and you know, we we should we should probably wait for information from the government investigations about what actually transpiring here where you were one hundred percent right. I mean, yes, you're able to carry your gun to protest, but at the same time, you're putting yourself in home's way by you know, DHS said that they were actually enforcing a target operation before mister Preddy came across ICE and sort of recording and started to you know, what appears to be interfere with ICE agents while they were trying to make an arrest. Now we know for a fact that these anti ICE groups have been training people, teaching them how to I think there's tactics called I think the arrest.

1:47:48 They're trying to create chaos around arrest and the tensions to allow people to skate law enforcement. And I think, you know, this may be one of those cases. And it was a very it was a tragic death and very unfortunate, but at the same time, it's it's one of those things like, you know, what are you doing. You're carrying a gun. I know you're allowed to carry that gun, but if you're interacting violently against you know, not just federal agents, just even local law enforcement. You're putting yourself at risk by just you know, behaving mindently towards them. Well, and that's your thing. You know, you mentioned local law enforcement, and this is what Tom Homan's trying to, you know, re engage with, is local law enforcement, because local it's really essential that local law enforcement be there. And this is all part of the context, like you're saying, luis because law enforcement, if they're there, they know the local people, and you know, outside law enforcement doesn't have a relationship with these people.

1:48:49 And all they're doing is there. Hey, I'm on a mission and my mission is being being attacked and I'm being threatened. I mean, look at the figures here, I mean the account of the number of attacks, I mean the percentage that they've increased. And the mainstream media and social media as well is contributing to this, I believe, but they're not taking any responsibility for it. You're right. So here's what we found in our in my study. You know, the one positive headline about ice operations in the state came from Fox News, and it was about reporting about local police officers being missing in action while agitators and rioters took over the streets. That was the only positive headline that we analyzed across the Big four News app and you know, over the one and eighteen stories, the one positive headline. Now, let me give you a review of some of the stories that we came across on Big four. You know, there was a there was a recurring theme here. You know, ice bad. You know, protesters peaceful. You know they were going to hold visuals and you know peaceful model.

1:50:01 It's it's the George Floyd narrative all over again, Louis, it's a repeat of it. Yeah, go ahead, you're one right. So here's some of the headlines. Here's what we saw on Apple News. Quote doctors in Minnesota, the cry fear and chaos, I mean Trump Administration's immigration crackdown. That was by the Associated Press. Another headline by Apple News, This is unsustainable. The ice search in Minneapolis feels chaos. Here's what happens on Google News. It feels like an invasion Minnesota and stun as federal officers floored the state by NBC News. Another headline by The Daily Beast. Ice now so hated that even their own agents are terrified. On MSN my CNN sloppy journalists who went through ICE hiring process details experience to CNN, Yahoo News by Salon. The radical left is organized news organization. How Christian know turn Ice into the proud Boys? I mean, can you believe this?

1:51:04 Can any of the headlines? Mean it looks like say, these headlines will have to be taken from press statements from the Democratic National Committee. Now, yes, these are the outlets are being promoted by the Speak for News AUP. This is this is egregious. Well, it puts everybody in danger. This is the thing because what happens, I mean, it doesn't just happen to the ICE agents. It sets a psychology within the city, within the culture itself, that it's okay to be lawless. And you know to what end? I mean, you know they talk about an invasion. Oh did you forget the invasion of twenty million illegal immigrants who came into the country, many of them unvetted with track records of murder and rape and human trafficking and drug running. I mean, what happened here and then here, all in the name of a sanctuary city or state. You're harboring criminals. Well, last time I checked, I think that's against the constitution. So this whole sanctuary state premise and predicate to me is unfounded and illegal on its face.
