0:42 Yeah, exactly. We would actually know that we chose our representatives and we wouldn't just have to trust the election administrators to, you know, oh, believe me, this is really who won. Just take our word for it. Right, exactly. So I guess that idea that the consent to the government that's in our constitution, you know, we'll just throw that aside too, right? Yeah, you know, there's a lot of throwing aside right now and it's not working for people. Well, you know, the good news in all this, Marley, and I know it's taken a long time. I mean, it seems like this has been going on forever. In fact, we've been reporting on this for quite a while, and the thing was a little disturbing, actually a lot disturbing, when we started looking at all these discrepancies that are going on. You know, the Democrats came out and admitted, and they said, well, if the truth be known, you know, JFK, we did a little shenanigans to get him elected. I'll go, wait a minute. We have been dealing with this for decades, and it's just, I don't know. it's just acceptable?

1:41 Right. Well, I think it's not acceptable anymore. And there was a time when the parties weren't so strongly divided in terms of what their agendas were for the American people and our country, our economy, and all of these issues. But at this point, there's no leeway, really, in terms of election outcome. And both sides are incredibly vested in both the parties and the people in these outcomes. And so it's more important than ever that we have absolutely impeccable results. And like you said, there's so many discrepancies. We've known about this for years. We've been watching it for years. You know, one of my favorite podcasters says, I know 2020 was stolen because I'm not stupid. Right.

2:27 Very well said. That's the bottom line. I mean, let's not make it complicated, right? Exactly. Right. So, So the work that realamerica.vote is doing right now, that was pretty unique because what I've been doing personally as a CEO is meeting for over a year and a half with US attorneys in the Northern District of New York. And we've been working through the many discrepancies we had uncovered in New York and how it lines up in terms of prosecution. Where does the rubber meet the road here in terms of holding election officials accountable What constitutes evidence of criminal election misconduct? And so we think we've stumbled onto the solution and we've run numerous pilot studies. And now I've handed to U.S. Attorney John Sarkone in Albany a study that we did on the Mamdani election. So the second sentence of the Constitution says the people choose the members of Congress and the representatives and the states qualify the voters according to state law.

3:32 So we just asked the question, and we asked the question of the official election returns provided by the New York City and New York State Boards of Elections. Did they qualify the voters? We took giant samples of voters who voted, and we used private investigators. We used synthetic identity fraud prevention tools to ascertain the actual identity of the individuals. We don't look at the ID. I don't care. We're not looking people up. We're trying to figure out if they exist. What we found, Bill, was extraordinary. 7% of the voters in that election did not exist. 6% of the voters had fake social security numbers that were not issued by SSA. And 10% of the voters did not live anywhere in the New York City boundary from January of 2025 through June of 2026. So these were blatantly unqualified.

4:29 So you're talking roughly a third of the voters? About a quarter. Yep. Just under a quarter. Oh, just under a quarter. Okay. My math is off. I'm sorry. Okay. So one in four. That's incredible. Yeah. So that is felony election misconduct by the New York City and New York State Boards of Elections. you know, you miss a couple here and there. Yeah, what makes it a felony, Marley? Because, you know, you get people like Eric Holder and Barack Obama and others say, well, it's just a couple, it's inconsequential. Well, Eric Holder even went so far to say that election fraud did not exist whatsoever. So he really went over the top. But yet, somehow these numbers are, you know, they come up with some sort of acceptable number. You know, what makes it a felony? Is it because it's It's 25%.

5:18 Is it because it's 5% or is it just a felony because it is? Well, it starts out as a felony because it is. Then you have to deal with the arguments that are always in the courts, which is, you know, did it actually affect the outcome? Well, we only studied a million of the voters in that election. So there's 1.2 million more voters we didn't even examine. We didn't look at them. And we already exceeded the margin of victory of Zoran Mamdani over Andrew Cuomo in that election in terms of fraud. And this is, again, the president had that incredible presentation in July about penetration of election systems. I agree with everything he said. I don't doubt any of it. And I have evidence I've presented two, three letter agencies about penetration.

6:12 But the issue comes down to what can we prove right now? So I don't know how these voters voted. I don't know how they got in the system. I don't know if it was China. I don't know if it was George Soros. I don't know if it was Joe Smith. I don't know. But When you think about the system, the election officials are the control agents on the process. They are required constitutionally to make sure that, like I said, the people choose. And only those who are qualified under state law are part of that group that chooses. So New York completely changed. failed. And this is their Supreme Court precedent. Actually, it's amazing. Certification of a false tally has been a federal crime since the 1860s.

7:04 And election officials have gone to federal prison, upheld by the Supreme Court in multiple instances for this crime. The last time the Department of Justice prosecuted someone under this principle was May of 2020, just before the end of election fraud, right? Right. Yeah, go figure, right? Exactly. Yeah. Well, that's interesting that here it is. I mean, there's been a track record, but obviously the outcome is worth the risk for them, right? Absolutely. And there's no accountability at this point. That's why our focus is on transparency and auditability and accuracy. because there is no consequence at this point. The election officials don't have to control or protect the system because no one can fix the problem. And it doesn't matter. Again, it's probably China, Iran, Russia, Joe Smith, George Soros, and 10 other people all cheating. I don't even know. It doesn't matter because the people who are standing guard at the gate are sleeping on the watch and they're criminally accountable for that. And there's so much precedent. So, you know, That's the Mamdani thing. You know, right now, RealAmerica.vote actually is doing the exact same study. The Supreme Court just ruled in Missouri that they're going to hold on the new map. They're going to force Missouri to use the old map. So, you know, the Republicans lost a seat there. There there's a new injunction. And then another, you know, more and more injunctions in the mail-in ballot cases. It looks like that may not fly, but there is so much litigation right now. And there's no reason we can't do one more. I mean, we have, otherwise think about living in LA right now. And you have the choice between a disaster and a disaster on the ballot.

15:47 That's it. And those are your only choices. And you're supposed to accept that because they didn't want Spencer Pratt making those videos for six months ahead of the midterm and getting like getting 10 and 20 and maybe, who knows, 100 million views on those videos showing American citizens what the Democrat Party is about right now. Marley, is there a movement amongst attorney generals, particularly in these blue states, where they want to be genuine and do something on behalf of the American people to make sure that their vote counts? Are they starting to move in that direction, or are they still resistant and ideologically fixed?

16:31 Yeah, they're totally resistant and ideologically fixed. In fact, speaking from a constitutional perspective, they have been violating law left and right, violating rights, actually, violating constitutional rights left and right. And there's two major ways that they've been doing this, particularly in blue states. First of all, the DOJ has been trying to get the voter roll databases from these states with the social security numbers and driver's license numbers of the voters intact. And the states have been claiming that the elections clause gives them the right to withhold a federal document from the federal government. And additionally, I'm sure you know, you realize why Madison and so many of the founders argued so vehemently to have two governments They have a dual kind of citizenship so that if one government screws you, you can go to the other one for help. And they are completely abandoning that principle and saying, no, the federal government, the Department of Justice has no right to vindicate the voting rights of American citizens.

17:36 That's a state job, which is insane. That means that the states can literally and this, you know, Let's think about this for just a second. Go back to the Mamdani study. 7% of the voters that were certified in that election do not exist. We know this is happening. It's not just the mayoral election. It's happening in statewide elections. New York State is apportioning congressional representation to to people who do not exist. This is not an oopsie, and this is not a minor thing. This is actually a rogue action. This is the betrayal of the union. There is a provision in the 14th Amendment to actually do something about this. But no, no, they're not coming into alignment.

18:25 And then, of course, the other way that they're doing, violating civil and constitutional rights about elections is that they go after people like myself, you know, We have a lawsuit right now in Albany, in the Northern District, in federal court, where we're proceeding. We got through standing on a First Amendment retaliation case against Letitia James and the New York State Board of Elections. And the judge said they have to appear in their personal capacity. She was appalled by the way they came after citizens who just wanted to know if the election returns were fair and accurate. And, you know, so that's the other thing they're doing. They're doing it all over the place. They terrorize you if you question them.

19:07 Exactly. Molly Hornick, by the way, just so you understand this, ladies and gentlemen, she's a constitutional election law expert. So this isn't opining. You know, she knows what she's talking about. She's been spending decades on behalf of the American people to make sure that our elections are legitimate, that we don't continue what's been going on for decades. Yes, 2020 was a was a big revelation, but it's like. You know, this has to stop. I mean, you talk about California. Judicial Watch did an exam, and this has been going on for years, going after California, and they found something like 3 million people on the voter rolls, many of which, same case, they didn't exist, and moved. You know, anybody that's been in marketing knows that roughly 25% of the zip code moves every year. Okay. They have not had an audit in forever. They keep everybody on those voting rolls because it gives them those options to manipulate those names and tie them to, let's just say, Democratic votes.

20:07 Yep. And again, it doesn't, it may not even just be one person. It might not be the election officials. It might not be the state. It might not, you know, who knows who the heck is doing it, but we know who is supposed to prevent it. Who has an affirmative constitutional duty to protect the right of American citizens to choose Congress by keeping everybody who's not qualified the hell away from our elections. Right. How big of an issue is this being, Marlee, in terms of people's frustration over the legitimacy of the election process? Well, I think this is a breakthrough approach, actually, because we've chosen a really simple constitutional principle to anchor our claim.

20:50 This was a condition of ratification. It's really easy to prove that the states are abandoning the principle that they agreed to before we signed that constitution. before we ratified, and it's criminal. And there's major precedent. So again, we don't have to solve this matrix. All we have to show is that this foundational right to actually what is a Republican form of government. If the people are not choosing the representatives, we do not have a Republican form of government. And that was the entire purpose of the United States Constitution was to create a Republican form of government. Where the citizens are sovereign over the law. So, you know, it's very simple.

21:36 Well, and as you talk about, you know, we've used this as an example, what happened in Minnesota with Franken, right? And how he got elected with very few votes. I mean, it was just the whole thing was so spurious. But that vote really mattered because what that gave us was Obamacare. Right, and yeah, and these, when you get ideologues into office, when they successfully, you know, perpetuate their schemes and people buy the ruse, you know, and you don't ever get what they promised. You actually just get bigger government you get more arrogant administrators who are basically running experiments on live human beings, like the transgender mutilization stuff. I mean, that's all that is. It's, you know, it's practically like a, you know, an open air Nazi experiment.

22:26 Well, yeah. And here we are, Marlee, how many issues do we deal with today or 90, 10 issues? I mean, our country is upside down and everybody's going, what the heck is going on here? How do we get a grip on this constitutional republic once again? Right. Well, I'm happy to say that I'm in Dallas. I'm leaving the Republican convention, which was an incredible event. And people who did not watch Trump's speeches either night, just pick one. If you want to watch the two hour one, that was Thursday or that was Wednesday. If you want to watch the one hour one, that was last night. incredible event, incredible energy, patriotism and love of country in that arena, absolutely packed to the gills with overflow crowds outside. And people really got the memo. And, you know, he basically said, look, we didn't get the SAVE Act yet. We don't have any of these controls in place yet. So you have to pretend I'm on the ballot in this midterm. Pretend it's that dire and every single person go out and vote. Don't take the midterm as like, you know, an optional.

23:32 Right, exactly. Our independence depends on it. Our freedoms depend on it. 30 seconds left, Marlene. How can we help? Hey, DeRoy, how we doing? I'm great, Bill. How are you? Hey, I'm doing terrific. Hey, did you happen to catch this? I thought this was interesting and a relief to read. And I think Steve Moore wrote about this. Remember the multitude of indictments against Trump a few years ago when they wanted to put him in jail for a dozen of years at least? Well, as a reminder, New York's flamboyant Attorney General Letitia James accused Trump of fraud for overvaluing his property. And the New York Supreme Court judge, Arthur Angeron, as you remember, infamously found Trump guilty because the market value, according to him, because he's a real estate genius, little did we know, but he valued Mar-a-Lago between $ 18 and $ 27. 6 million. Do you realize how many real estate agents wanted that deal?

29:52 You know, I think with some friends, some friends and I, we probably buy Mar-a-Lago ourselves. Yeah, without a doubt. I mean, we could put a murder law or something like that. Yeah, exactly. Well, and here it is. I mean, so here's Trump's estimate of 426 to 612 million. And they said that it falsely claimed an overvalue, an overvaluation of at least 2300 percent. Well, guess what? The courts just ruled that the value of the property is 650 million, even higher than Trump Inc. 's appraisal. So Trump basically not only did not overvalue the property, undervalue the property.

30:33 Exactly. Wow. Look at that. Does that wipe the case out or does it do anything to the case or Engeron or anybody else? Well, what it'll do, well, certainly, you know, Engeron's been embarrassed as all get out. But this is putting pressure on people to disbar Letitia. And for gross incompetence and prosecutorial misconduct, they say. Well, that sounds good to me. Well, look, she ran, I live in New York, of course, and she ran for attorney general here saying, if I'm elected, I'm going to get Donald J. Trump. Look, you don't do that. You don't run for office as a prosecutor saying, I'm going to go prosecute that guy. Now, if somebody, if you're an attorney general or DA and somebody comes in to say, I have evidence that so-and-so killed somebody, raped somebody, robbed somebody, swindled somebody, then fine, you pursue that.

31:17 But you don't run for office saying, I'm going to get that guy. That's not the way our legal system is supposed to work. So she entered that position, I think, under a very, very, very dark, pitch black storm cloud, thunderhead, if you will. And now we find out that this case, like so many others that she's filed or been involved in with Trump, was made up, forgive the pun, completely trumped up charges, not based on any reality. The whole concept here was that there was, Trump. Was swindling these Deutsche Bank and these other banks by saying that his property was worth more than it was. And yet these banks got paid off on time. They got paid their proper interest. They got their full principal back. And then they came forward and said, hey, you're a great customer. You pay on time or early. You pay everything you're supposed to, if not more. We like working with you. Can we please do more business? Not about you, Bill, but I've never seen somebody who's a victim of a con job come back to the con man and say, would you please con me again? So, I mean, there was no victim.

32:14 Nobody said, hey, this guy robbed me. Trump didn't pay his bills. Trump cheated or whatever. These people are very happy. They want to do more business with him. And here comes Letitia James saying, oh, I'm going to argue this case on your behalf. Claim that you were injured when these guys said not only were they not injured, they want to do more business with this guy. So this whole case was a complete legal abortion from day one. And now, as you say, now we have the detail that Engeron, Mr. Century 21, you know, realtor of the year, was completely off by a factor of what, roughly 30, that this property wasn't worth 20 million. It was worth more than, he said, 650 million. So he's off by a factor of 32 or 130. He probably, he valued the property at 132nd, 132nd of its actual value.

32:55 Unbelievable. Well, and the deal is, he put it off the bench for that. Well, yeah. And then Letitia James, not only that, but of course, you know, these are these Soros backed attorney generals and same thing happened. Look what happened in Georgia. Yeah. You know, in that, in that fiasco there with Fannie Willis. Yeah. And I, I mean, and, and look at what, everything they did, you know, to go after Trump and they're, you know, they're still looking to go after him. And, and of course, you know, the Biden's DOJ is all over this. I mean, at some point, you know, the, the closet door is going to open up Fibber McGee's, you know, all their underwear and everything's going to come falling out along with the James Comey and, You know, and the whole gang of, you know, Biden mafiosos. And, you know, and there needs to be some consequences seriously.

And I think there are a lot of people who are involved in all the anti-Trump litigation and criminal charges that were being pursued who need to be disbarred. I think Letitia James should be at the top of the list. Again, she ran saying she's going to get Trump. You shouldn't do that. If you find crime when you're in office, fine. Don't quit saying I'm going to get this guy without even knowing that the person has done anything illegal. If he has, in this case, he has not. And Garan, of course, assuming himself to be the great real estate valuation genius, it turns out he is no such genius. He ought to be booted out of there. And then you've got the judge in the Hush Money case. I did a piece for, I believe it was the American Spectator, if I remember correctly, And the piece started by me saying that the judge turned his courtroom into a crime scene.

Least a dozen, about 13, 14, 15 examples where this guy violated either the canon of judicial ethics for judges in New York State, New York State law, New York, all the various procedures the judge is supposed to follow, as well as the U.S. Constitution and English common law going back to the 1300s, the whole business about a jury, uh, having to rule on, I believe it was the whole concept of, you've got to be able to rule on the entire, uh, case and not just say, all right, I agree on this part, but disagree on the other. All 12 jurors have got to agree on the whole thing before we convict anybody, not, you know, picking shoes, like. You're at a cafeteria line.

35:16 I believe that decision goes back, if I'm not mistaken, to 1350, something like this. So it was over, overturning, you know, 650 years worth of, of, uh, Anglo American jurisprudence. Yeah, exactly. This guy's out of control. And he had conflicts of interest with his daughter, having worked for the for Kamala Harris and for the Biden campaign. That alone should have kept him off the case. He should have been picked randomly. Anybody gets a case, the judge should be picked randomly by machine, basically. Instead, you have the chief judge say, OK, you're good. We'll put you up. We'll deliberately put you on that case because you heard an anti-Trump case before. So that was another violation. So you go through everything on that case, and I think the judge ought to be booted off the bench. The prosecutors ought to be disbarred. There, as you say, need to be consequences. People suffered. People had massive legal bills, total headaches. I would not be surprised if some of these, not just the Trump case, but others, end up with people.

36:09 I know one case where the guy was so stressed out he got cancer and died. I know somebody whose daughter was so upset about the situation her father faced through all these various hoaxes and lawfare. Not once, but twice she attempted suicide. I mean, this is nasty, awful, evil stuff. And people need to pay a price for this. That involves James Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Andrew McCabe at the FBI, Lisa Strzok, not Lisa, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, all these other people who sat there and just made up these fake charges. They just invented them. And there's nothing cute or funny about it. This is people paid massive legal bills, went bankrupt, lost their homes. Some of them are still suffering as a consequence of all this stuff. And again, if they've done something wrong, fine.

36:51 They're criminals. Lock them up. Nobody in the Russia hoax and the stuff in which Trump was involved, there was no wrongdoing. And these people suffered tremendous consequences. And the people who tortured them and tormented them for years need to have major consequences such as fines, disbarment, destruction of their legal licenses, licenses to practice law, for starters. And then you can look at civil charges and even criminal charges. This is deadly serious. And these people need to be punished. I don't hear about held to account. And I'm going to see people being held to account. I want to see people punished, and I want to see major consequences for their misconduct, if not their actual criminality. And what did they do in terms of we the people? Not much. And our government. I mean, they turned our government on its head in order to delay anything that Trump would do in a positive nature. And even in spite of that, his first term, except for COVID, I mean, look what he was doing, DeRoy. And at every turn, they were putting a stick in his spokes and not only his spokes, but the spokes of the people who voted for him.

37:53 And then Barack Obama has the audacity to talk about, you know, supposedly the smooth transition of power. And after everything that he set up, you know, with Hillary Clinton and the, you know, the Russian hoax and on and on. And these guys are all sitting back and Barack Obama will get away with it. because of presidential immunity. But I'll tell you what, as far as the court of public opinion, in my humble opinion, it needs to be all over him to no end. Droy, just to kind of put a ribbon on everything here that we were just talking about in this first segment, I'm with you. Line them all up. Just get them and put them all in a paddy wagon. Brennan, you know, Hunter Biden, everybody, along with these activist judges that have somehow gotten in the back room and said, hey, this is how we're going to interfere with a democratic republic.

43:11 Yeah. And these are the same people who say, oh, my God, Trump is a threat to democracy. He's such a fascist, blah, blah, blah. Whether they liked it or not, the American people elected him president of the United States in 2016, which they had every right to do, and they did. And then these people say, look, we lost the election. We will uh, work with people on Capitol Hill to, um, you know, fight his program, which they have a right to do, or we'll write op-ed pieces. We'll organize protests. They want to use their first amendment rights and the, and the legals and the, uh, uh, electoral system to respond to Trump. That's perfectly okay. What's not okay is to sit there and gin up charges, make up charges out of thin air. It's not like Trump did anything wrong or these people around him did anything wrong. They just invented these non-crimes, uh, and then persecuted people for stuff that they, they did or didn't do that, which was basically, uh, either things they did that were legal or things that they never did, which they claimed were criminal, which they didn't do.

43:57 And then you have people like. Comey who leaked some classified materials to a friend of his who was a professor at, I think it was law school. That guy then turned around and turned this information over to the so-called paper of record. They published it. Once that happened, they could say, oh my God, now we need a special prosecutor. And they were able to get a special prosecutor. If you're the head of the FBI, you don't have a right to take classified data and send me your friends to do anything. Even if it's just, Hey, Bob, look at this. Isn't this an interesting bit of information? Not for that purpose, not for the purpose of getting a special prosecutor. I don't know why James Comey is walking around having a good time. I mean, just on that alone, he should be in jail. That alone, he ought to be put in handcuffs, put on trial. And if he's convicted, tossed into the clink for years. And this guy's cruising around, living the best possible life, suffering, as you say, no consequences for this criminal behavior.

And they just keep on going along with all this vitriol that they've put out there. And I got to tell you, this may come back on them, you know, what they've put out there, because they've dumped this into the electorate. And, you know, you can't contain it. You know, what happens in Vegas or anywhere doesn't stay in Vegas. That's all an illusion anyway. And that's just something you can put on a T-shirt. But in the real world, it goes all over. Yeah, look, I think you are correct, unfortunately, because as all of this acrimony has been unleashed against Trump and his supporters, and not just acrimony, but violence, as you mentioned, two attempts on his life while he was a candidate, another four since, you know, the White House.

I don't know anybody, whoever was caught with a gun walking around Joe Biden's property or any of Bill Clinton, rather Barack Obama's various residences or Bill Clinton's or Hillary Clinton's for that matter. I mean, that stuff's going on. It's been covered up. My guess is it didn't take place. And you saw Brett Kavanaugh, Supreme Court Justice, some guy was walking his front lawn with a Glock and. Some, plastic, what do you call them? Like plastic handcuffs or ties. Yeah. And this sort of thing going on and look, I hope it doesn't happen. I wouldn't be surprised at some point if somebody says, look, you know, the left keeps doing this.

Going to say, look, you know, we've had it and you're going to see people on the right taking up arms and, and, you know, threatening or maybe killing people. I hope that doesn't happen. I'm not advocating that. I hope I never see such a thing, but if it did happen, I wouldn't be shocked. I'd be very sad and I'd be very upset, but I wouldn't be shocked if that sort of thing happened. Right. You see this go on. And again, you don't see consequences. These things take place. The politicians involved never suffer. Nothing ever happens to them. And after a while, people get very suffered and figure, well, they got to take the law into their own hands. And that's when things start to get really crazy. Yeah. But meanwhile, you know, the mainstream media is not reporting on, you know, the positive things. You know, we just mentioned at the start of the initial episode, segment that we talked about, the victories that Donald Trump has been getting, but they continue to mount up as we get, you know, going full steam ahead to the midterms, not to mention the big, beautiful bill and all the other things on behalf of the American people that this administration has successfully been able to accomplish for us. But of course, the mainstream media is not going to give us any kind of ink on that, right?

I have a piece with the headline Trump GOP victories give Republicans plenty to lure voters. This is from the Daily Signal from September 14th. And I list this is based on a document the White House put out. It's a whole bunch of policy victories that Trump and the Republicans have been able to secure over the last not even two years. Probably the most dramatic is doing what Alejandro Mayorkas, the DHS secretary under Biden, you say, we always say the border is closed. The border is closed. Of course, the border was wide open. It was outright lying to us. But now, in fact, the border is closed. The Trump administration, over the last 15 straight months, has not released one illegal alien into the homeland. They've been told, all right, turn around and get out of here. They've not been told, you know, run free, go to Times Square and enjoy your free hotel room. We've got the number of illegal aliens in the country down by 2.3 million.

48:33 That's a huge number. Those are both people who are deported and people who decided to self-deport. That's a big number of people who are no longer in this country against the law. Some of them just working other people who are criminals and living off of. The dole or whatever. The news on crime is outstanding. We've got the murder rate all the way down the lowest it's been in America since the year 1900, the lowest 126 years. You can believe that. That's amazing. And you've also got, it's amazing. The FBI, they're out of the 10 most wanted fugitives, they've managed to catch nine of them. Now 10. Now 10. In violent crime. Yeah. Yeah, update that now to 10. Yeah, they got the 10th guy. Oh, I missed that. Yesterday they announced it. Yes, Kash Patel said, yeah, we got number 10.

49:19 Okay. How about that? 10 out of 10. Okay, even better. 10 out of 10. 10 most wanted, all captured under President Trump. That's more than double the number captured under Biden over four years versus all 10 within two years by the Trump administration. That's great news. I didn't know it was all 10. Violent crime. First six months of this year, crime slipped another 10%. Rapes down another 18.6%. Murders down 23% lower than that. And then you mentioned the one beautiful bill, one big beautiful tax cut, as they call it. You have no tax on tips. You've got no tax on overtime, no tax on social security benefits. That's real money that people are able to keep in their pockets. And another great bit of great news is the Trump accounts. Parents of kids who were born in the years 2025 through 2028. They can put up to $ 5, 000 in each of those accounts. Parents can, employers, any adult may deposit that money. The federal government is going to start off each account with $ 1, 000. And Michael Dell and his wife, Susan of Dell Technologies, they donate $ 6. 25 billion with a B, $ 6. 25 billion, which will add an extra $ 250 to each one of those accounts. And this amount of money will appreciate over the years. And when the kid turns 18, the kid will get control of that money. He can use it for college or for technical school or whatever else it might be. That's just a handful of things I mentioned in this article in the Daily Signal. Again, under the headline, Trump GOP victories give Republicans plenty to lure voters. And I have a bunch of other examples of that in other areas. And it's very impressive what they've been able to accomplish. Unfortunately,

But there's a lot which the GOP ought to be able to run and it should. Yeah, any two or three of these, I mean, you just went through a multiple of accomplishments, and we've got more to go here that you could go on and talk about, you know, because of what Donald Trump has done on behalf of the American people. And my point is, is that if the Democrats, they could only wish that they had maybe two or three of all these ideas that that Trump has put out there, you know, whether it's the Trump account or, you know, the big, beautiful bill, no tax on tip. You know, what I love about these ideas that Trump comes up with, you got to know that the Democrats are saying, ah, why didn't we come up with that?

I know that after Trump came up in overtime as well, After Trump came up with that idea, Kamala Harris came out and gave a press conference. Ooh, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime. I thought, wow, that is outright, full-on plagiarism. I mean, you think she could give it a different name, like tax-free tips or tax-free overtime, or at least give it a different name. She didn't even do that. She took the actual name of the program and just Xeroxed it. Basically took Trump's speech, Xeroxed it, and put her name on it. She followed her mentor, plagiarizing Joe. Well, there you go. Right. Exactly. Exactly. The guy who lifted that campaign speech, I think it was Neil Kinnock of the British Labour Party.

But I think that, you know, more and more Americans, especially voters going into this, you know, midterm. And I think what Donald Trump did, brilliant idea to have a midterm convention. Very smart. Very smart. Yeah, no, it was a great idea, and it was his idea. And so the country got to see for, I think it was two or three nights, leaders in the Republican Party get up and talk about their successes, what the GOP's ideas are for the future, see some of the future talent in the party. I'm very impressed with this young man, Brandon Gill from Texas, who's probably, what is it, 30, 31, 32, something like this. Very well spoken, looks great, sounds great.

53:13 He's fantastic in hearings, asking people tough questions. I think we'll be hearing a lot more from Brandon Gill. It was great to be able to showcase him. you know, rising stars in the Republican party, as well as of course, Trump and members of the cabinet. Some of the people in the cabinet gave much better speeches than I expected. Todd Blanchard gave a much better speech than I thought he would. And some of the other folks, I thought Mehmet Oz gave a fantastic speech about Medicare fraud and how they're fighting. All these people are taking advantage of these programs designed for elderly, elderly people with illnesses and Hey, let's just, you know, steal from them. So they're cracking down on that. And Mehmet Oz did a great job of pointing out how they're saving taxpayers money and frankly, saving money for seniors to take care of their health care rather than have money run off with by a bunch of con men who use it for their own personal enrichment.

56:06 Thanks, Bill. Love being here. Hey, lots to catch up on. Well, first of all, let's talk about these flock cameras. And, you know, the craziness that that's bringing, as if we don't have enough to deal with already, right? Yeah. You know, flock cameras, 117,000 already installed across the United States, with another 150,000 expected over the next two years. When you start to look at about 300,000, and that's a pretty good number, but when you start to get to 350,000, 400,000, you're pretty much surveilling about 80% of the people in about 600 of the largest cities in America. Mm-hmm. I mean, think about that. I mean, you know, when you and I were growing up, uh, not a big worry, but we saw the creep. It's a slow creep, but now it's like, it's almost like on the other side of the mountain, you know, gaining momentum, right?

56:55 Yeah. And remember, Flock Camera is owned by Palantir. Palantir holds more information and data than any other single company from the intelligence communities. So what brought this to bear is that, uh, you know, we found out that, uh, law enforcement was using this for personal purposes, right? And so then all of a sudden, it was like, oh, the shroud is pulled back, and we're seeing what's behind the veil, and this is pretty crazy. Yeah. So what you have is law enforcement has to have a specific login and password to be able to utilize the systems for identifying anybody that might have gone, mostly traffic violations, red light, running, speeding. But now they're using it for a host of things, including some law enforcement are using it to track their wives or husbands or girlfriends or boyfriends or nieces, nephews, or somebody they just met.

57:56 And they're doing it in an extremely nefarious way. And what's interesting about it is how many of the law enforcement officers have been charged with felonies For doing this. And in fact, it's gotten so bad that some cities now are talking about banning the cameras altogether. Well, yeah. I mean, is it too late to put the genie back in the bottle here? Oh, it's way too late. Now, this is all tied into when you go to the airports, you have your digital ID, your biometrics. They actually can see through the front windshield so they can match your biometrics face recognition with your license plate to confirm it was you who was driving. And so if they ever want to use it against you for transportation, no problem. Also, it's all going digital for your wallet here in the next 18 months.

So this sounds a little bit like what they've been doing in Israel in terms of some concentric lines of defense, that they're doing some preemptive surveilling so that even before you get through customs or even your first contact with any kind of airport personnel, they've got you pretty well profiled to make sure that you're not a threat. Yeah, pretty much. The biggest thing is, is that what determines a threat? Is it political? Is it physical? Is it retribution? Is it going to be things where bad actors are in control of all the surveillance? And once you have the three elements tied together in the next two years, that's your transportation, your money, and your health care, It'll all be at the centralized systems that the government now has built. And Palantir and Flock will be the ones that correlate the information, follow you. And if they want, they'll turn your money off, your health care off.

59:42 I was going to say, I mean, this is like Canada all over again with the trucking incident they had a couple of years back, right? Yeah, it's 10 times worse, 10 times worse. Because what happens is Canada didn't have the cameras. They had the ability to turn your money off from deprogramming it. And what's interesting about how it's fax tracking here, just think what happened to Europe six months ago. The central bank digital currency, the CBDC, with more flock cameras, with Palantir, with the understanding that e-euro will replace cash within the next 24 months. So they're pretty much going to go 1984, if you've ever read the book. Right, exactly. Yeah, who hasn't? In fact, there's a resurgence of book reading on 1984 because we're living it out.

I mean, you could see some of the early evidences of where the trajectory was taking us, but little did we know in such a short period of time, especially after 9-11, right? Yeah, for sure. After 9-11, no question. The Patriot Act ushered in the entire way the book was written. When you look at the book and the way it was formulated in the 50s, kind of at this futuristic understanding of where we're going to have one world government, one great reset that kind of changes the whole entire world's landscape and centralizes power. Well, when you centralize power, what that means is you're controlling the masses with just a handful of class-type people. And those people now have got themselves at a point where they can now just flip a couple of switches. We do a few more pieces of legislation. We remove the balance of cash from society.

Look, you don't understand what happened this week in the European Union. They just passed the first phase to take all the savings of corporations and individuals next year. And you let the European Union better use your $ 10 trillion in savings. Look it up. And then they're going to invest in how they feel necessary or what they feel is the best use of the money. And they'll send you an IOU, they said. Now, that sounds pretty good. They'll send you an IOU, kind of like our government sends us an IOU for Social Security, right? Yeah. Yeah. I did a report a couple of years ago. You have to live to 156 years old in order to be able to get the value of the money you put in it at just a 5% return. So God bless if we can live to 156, we'll break even on Social Security payments.

1:02:12 Well, God bless if we could move everybody into Trump accounts. You know, forget about Social Security. It's already bankrupt. I mean, they have no shame in paying up those IOU chits. And they have the audacity to tell us that it's going bankrupt and it'll be gone. You know, we'll be lucky to have it five years from now. So, all right, let's quit fooling ourselves. Let's empower the people. Give them the power to go ahead and open up their own individual brokerage accounts and actually have a retirement account grows and works in their best interest as opposed to this boondoggle. I mean, what a ruse, Social Security, the way it was perpetrated upon the people to even give them any kind of false hope, Christian. False hope. So when Roosevelt came up with this idea, it wasn't a safety net that he knew in the same way that we now know it. He knew then that eventually it would have to be a government-run system, and he was hoping that For socialists, and that's why it's social security. It's a socialist program. But in his mind, he thought he could just take it very much like what Obama did with the Affordable Care Act. And that is create this absolutely bureaucratic nightmare with red tape, making it so convoluted to maintain private insurance with health care that it would collapse. And that's what Roosevelt wanted was the economy to collapse and then go to a socialist communist society. And then Obama tried to do it with health care. And eventually we'll get to a socialized medicine.

And that's the sad part is that the quality of care goes down dramatically, but the coverage goes to everybody. But then you suffer. Right, of course. Well, it's shared misery. That's the tradition of socialism. You know, going back to what you were talking about, and especially, you know, this latest move by the E.U., and this movement. I mean, this continues to move forward and progress. And this is this one world government. I mean, all of these things are being lined up. The trajectory is right there. And you wonder, at least I do, is saying, is this inevitable? For how long can we push back? I mean, Donald Trump has come into office. We're building massive amounts of multifamily federal housing that Trump's ordered because he knows at some point AI and robotics are going to, at least on a lower level, replace about 25 to 50 million jobs. And that's within five years, five years.

The vast majority will be in that G20, which is the largest industrial size of countries in the world. And all of a sudden, that's a billion people. Guess what? They're not working. What are you going to do with them? What are you going to do with these people? And that's the question people need to realize is that they're building a society. That's why Facebook is meta. Okay, Bill, listen to me carefully. It's called the metaverse. You need three things in which to control people. Food, shelter, entertainment. Okay. So the Soviets did it very carefully. So we're doing it. We'll give you a universal basic income, buy your food. We'll give you government housing. You got your shelter. We'll give you metaverse. So you go anywhere in the world, but you'll never leave your living room. There's your entertainment.

You'll be able to be there and you'll never leave that government house that they provide you for. That's what they said. Remember, give the people entertainment. Distract them. In fact, you know that they lower the IQs. The more we watch programs, the more we entertain ourselves with sensual overload, right? Your senses, you can feel it. They are lowering the IQ. A recent study came out that showed since 1980 to through end of last year, the average human being in the world has lowered their IQ by 23 at a minimum, at a minimum. When people think, well, that doesn't sound like a lot. It does because the average IQ was around 95.

1:13:21 Now we're in the 70s, okay, 70s. When you get to 60, you shouldn't even be able to drive a car. We're talking some countries in the world and continents are in the low 60s, upper 50s. Wow. We're talking about people that can't even sustain a focus. on a business or a focus on doing anything that's going to be super productive. And those are the people they're just going to put in the housing, their goggles on, and Apple's doing it. Look at Apple. They've got that 3D stuff. Meta's got it. And all of them are going to get there eventually because they know that's where the masses are going to be. So give them what they want. Well, and that's the dream of the politicians. I mean, they've been saying forever and ever, I mean, thank God, you guys are so lucky that we're here doing the job.

It's like a handful of politicians and so-called elites are much smarter than the cumulative intelligence of 350 million people. But if you drop that down to the lowest common denominator and you start losing IQ points along the way, then you're a lot more amenable. Yeah, you are. And that's the funny thing about it is that When you start to look at the pieces individually, you kind of like, okay, I kind of get it, kind of don't. But when you put the pieces together, how do we transform to a cashless society? We've got to go the genius act, the clarity act. You got to go digital first. Even if the digital system is a little bit more private and less control, it'll get there eventually though. It'll get to full control, but you got to switch at least to do that. It's the way of the horse and buggy. In order to get cars, fundamentally in everyday lives, you got to get rid of the horse and buggy first and do cars. Now the cars are going to be what?

Tiger's going to be the cab's number one customer here because he got his license suspended for five years is what I read. But when you think about that, why was climate change so important? It was to move us to an electrical grid, an electrical environment, electric cars on and off. Look at what you have with Nest. Nest is a thermostat company that Google overpaid for years ago because it had market penetration. That can be outside tappered with, right? So Google determines, oh, you're way too much use on your A.C., Turn it off.

And number three, it confiscates all of their wealth. Why do you think gold and silver and other commodities is not just about AI data centers build up? Precious metals are going up dramatically for many reasons, including governments do not trust the United States' dollar anymore, nor do they trust our debt. Right. Right. Exactly. And you got some socialists suggesting that we should give up the dollar as the petro resolve. And it's like, are you kidding me? I mean, you just demonstrated that you talk about lowering your IQ. You're not at 30.

1:16:29 You really brought it down to 50 real quick. Oh, 100%. Here's kind of what I think is going to be the factor that really makes everything kind of come together. And that is, Once you see the midterms lost, once we legitimately lose the midterms, and we're not talking about fraud or mail-in ballots, this will be legit. You look at that 18 to 36-year-old demographic, 96% now aligned with socialism and or communism ideology, 96%. That's up from 12% 26 years ago. So now when you think about that and how that's going to resonate from local governments to state governments, all the way to that federal level.

We don't have that many new Republicans coming in the party to vote and to maintain the growth of conservative values and voting consistency. Speaking of AI data centers, All part and parcel of the formula, right? Yeah. Oh, yeah. The data center is supposed to hold data. It's to hold massive amounts of data. And so when you think about all the data that we have now, think about your phone. You've got music, movies, photos, text. Data that's been put on there is now in the cloud. You don't even own it anymore. You used to have a SIM card. Remember, you could take your SIM card out.

Hey, always good to get connecting with you. And of course, a lot is being talked about these celebrities with the, you know, Osempic faces or Mongerno faces and bodies and all that sort of thing. You know, this is a bit worrying because it's putting out an example into the culture that could be dangerous for young teens. What do you say? I say that's absolutely what it's doing. You know, I grew up in the Y2K era when you heard terms like heroin chic. Like, I think one of the terms that's on social media right now is Y2K skinny. You heard things like there was a really famous Kate Moss saying when I grew up that was nothing tastes as good as skinny feel.

1:38:31 And like, and that's the era I grew up in. And it was an era where women, celebrities. Mostly, were wearing, you know, low rise jeans that showed off their pelvic bones. And, you know, your pelvic bone only. Shows if you're a certain, you know, level of, I hate saying the word skinny, but yeah, only people who have a certain physique are going to have their pelvic bone poking out. It was an era where everybody, every female celebrity on the market was wearing belly-bearing tops. We got away from that for a little while. The body positivity movement came and was. Like, okay, this is really unhealthy.

1:39:11 We should not be advertising what is essentially eating disordered behaviors to get to this level of skinny. You know, this is not healthy. It's not good for anybody's self-esteem. Let's stop doing this. And, but then, then what happened is we got into the Kardashian era where it was like, okay, yes, this is slightly healthier, but it's really only achievable through plastic surgery. And then for whatever, and then, then Ozempic came and GLP-1s and everything. And now the Y2K skinny trend is back. And you have, it seems every single day, it's a new celebrity who's walking out, who is just waif thin, just so thin.

1:39:58 You can't even recognize them, Emily, some of them anymore. And it's so sad. And then biologically what they're doing, because your body, in order to operate, essentially it has to have a certain fat level. And when you are getting below, I believe 10%, you know, your metabolism, body functions in females start to shut down. You get a lot of complications all for the sake of, you know, having a skinny distorted skeletal type face. You know, and it's really sad because some, now I will say plastic surgery is still very much a thing. You have women who are, there's like a thing, there's like this little thing in your cheeks that you can literally, it's like a, I don't really know what it is, but you can have it removed to give you that kind of.

1:40:43 That gaunt feeling. Look. And it's essentially fat that they're removing from your face. So a lot of celebrities are probably doing that as well. It's not just the weight loss. So you're still dealing with that. But you know, it's men too. You were just talking about body fat percentage. You have men walking out who are you know, taking GLP ones, taking steroids, and they're trying to get down to this, I think it's an 8% body fat is where that's where you start to like actually show like a six pack. And but you know, people who achieve that naturally without the help of drugs, will tell you that they don't maintain it. They'll do it for like, they do it for like a week.

1:41:24 Like Hugh Jackman, when he does all those Wolverine movies where all of his muscles are showing, he literally goes, he literally starves himself of water. Like he will dehydrate himself. For three days in order to look that. Way on camera. And he comes out of it and he's like, it's awful, it's horrible. I only do it because they're paying. Me to do it, you know? And it's like, and they only do it for a couple of days and then they go back to being normal. And so it's like. Why are we promoting this to teenagers? And I say it that way because all of these celebrities are posting pictures of their transformations and everything on social media. And the key audience on social media are these impressionable young teenagers.

1:42:12 And it's very upsetting to me having... I remember being a teen girl and we didn't have, this was like before social media. I remember looking at magazines, looking at those celebrities and being like, ooh, how do I look like that? And sometimes the magazines would even show you, they'd be like, here's how to get this body. You know, they'd have the workout routine and the diet and everything listed in their magazine. Well, social media is that crazy. times 50,000. Oh yeah. No doubt. No doubt about it. Well, you know, I think it's interesting to hear you talk because Emily, I'm thinking, you know, cause we always see before and after, right. But what we don't see is after the, after, you know, so like you said, it's a short term situation. I don't care who it is, Oprah, whatever, you know, it's in some cases, it's a yo-yo situation and they all are touting.

1:43:05 I mean, the kind of stuff that's on line right now, there's all kinds of formulas of how you can increase the GLP-1 in your own body naturally and all this other stuff. But I'm not hearing any long-term success with this stuff. Well, I won't speak into the long-term success because I'm not a doctor. But what I will. Speak into is just the fact that these different influencers, so maybe not on the celebrity level, but definitely on the influencer level, They will tell you, hey, here's where you can go online right now to purchase this drug, to purchase this steroid, to purchase whatever it is to achieve whatever look you're going for. And that's really kind of disturbing to me. It is disturbing that you have...

1:43:55 these celebrities and influencers who have zero medical background who you know and they're just sitting there and they're like here here's where you can buy this product and it's like why and it's because they get I mean they do it because they get money when they do that they get that's how influencers make their money but you're like they they have they do not care about their audience you When they do that, they are saying my money is more important to me than your physical and mental well-being. And I say mental as well, because you have these skinny people. thin, beautiful people who maybe have achieved that through diet and exercise. But then on top of that, even though they look great, they're like, I'm going to do a GLP-1 anyways. And it's like, that's very problematic when you have somebody who already looks great and then they still decide to use a drug or a steroid in order, because even they're not happy with their own appearance.

1:44:57 And what kind of message does that send? You see, that's the thing that I'm getting out of this. Pat Riley, years ago, before you were born, he was the coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, wrote a great book. And in his book, it was Showtime, called Showtime. It was about the success the Lakers had, three winning seasons and all. This good stuff. I've actually heard of this book. Okay. And one of the things that he stressed was, he said, the disease of more, that you get into this, that you're never satisfied. You just got to have more and more. Like Michael Jackson, for example- he cut himself up and you're thinking, man, about five surgeries ago, you look great. I, I, you know, your nose is like Pinocchio. I mean, I, I don't know. I mean, you're, you're really kind of, you've lost that natural, uh, you know, that natural look.

1:45:42 And here he was, I mean, he was chasing something and I thought, wow. And, and some of these, uh, people who, who've got the money and I guess have the time and they're carving up their bodies in such a way that, I mean, at the end of it, uh, I, I don't know if they're ever really satisfied if they're, If their identity itself has been so compromised that they don't even know who they are. That's the thing. And this is where, you know, parents and grandparents and just all the adults in the room, they need to be talking to the kids in the room and they need to be talking to them about their identities. Where is your identity? Where are you placing the importance in your life? Quit letting cultural standards define what skinny is and start letting clinical standards define what is healthy for you.

Healthiest I've ever been, and they just look like they've been through some traumatic experience because they're so thin, Maybe they are, you know, and I'm going to reference a celebrity here, Ariana Grande. She came out after the Wicked. Promotional stuff, she came out very, very thin and people were concerned and they were gossiping about. It online, which is not great. I do not think it is okay to gossip about a celebrity no matter what their weight loss situation may be. But she came out, she looked very thin, people were concerned.

1:47:12 And so she finally took to social media and she was like, this is the healthiest I've ever been. Quit pointing to pictures of me in the past. And she said, in the past, I was addicted to antidepressants and I was taking them with alcohol. And it's like, okay, that is good to know that, you know, back then you were not healthy. However, that doesn't mean that you're healthy now either. And I think that's an important distinction to make. It's like, it's great that she's not drinking anymore, but that doesn't mean that, it doesn't mean that her new weight is necessarily healthy. And it's certainly not sending a good message to the young girls who are looking up to her, who are, you know, they see her movies and they see her music and they're like, oh, I love her.

1:47:56 I want to look like her. It's like, whatever. Even if that is somehow healthy for her body type, then she's of a very rare body type that other young girls cannot achieve through natural means. And that's the takeaway. Right. Well, and for her, that's her assessment right now. But as we know, and we hear the stories all the time of addictive behavior. begets addictive behavior. So you may have exchanged one, you know, one pill for a different type of pill, so to speak. And I'm not saying that's the case for her. I pray that, you know, she's what she said is what she's realizing. And if that's the case, then, you know, You know, maybe things will fill out a little bit for her and she will be able to, you know, have that health and well-being that she's looking for.

1:48:52 Yep. And, you know, that's how I feel about all of these celebrities. It makes me so sad that, like, just to think about them on a human level, you know. The disease of more. It's like they are constantly under pressure to lose more weight, to gain more muscle, to look a certain way, to adhere to these standards of beauty that are just not human. It's an inhuman standard that they are being held to, but they are still human beings. And I just, I think we hear constantly about celebrities who are just traumatized by their youths and growing up in the world of Hollywood and how... different it feels from the real world.

1:49:37 And so I really hope that there are that there are people in their lives, mentors and friends and loved ones who can speak into their their lives and say, hey, this isn't healthy. Let's talk about this. And I pray that's the case for them. But, you know, for the parent sitting at home, the non-Hollywood person whose teenage daughter is asking her mom if she can go on a GLP-1, I pray that you have the... I pray that we will all be given the knowledge and the sympathy to talk to our children and say, you know... this is what our bodies are meant to do. This is how God build our bodies and what they should be capable of.

1:50:26 And when we put them through these strenuous exercise regimens, diets, when we pump all these drugs into our bodies, it changes our makeup to be something that God never. Intended for us. And I think it's really important to talk about that with your kids. Well, I, and I think so. And parents may need some counsel on this, Emily. And we need to keep this. I mean, as we are talking here and, and processing this, uh, it's, it's complex. I mean, when you're talking about your own children, I mean, it's, it's tough when you see it with celebrities, but you got to keep an eye because that's that your kids are looking at the celebrities. They're being influenced as you say. So where can they go? Uh, I know focus on the family has been very supportive and is a great resource to help, uh, parents understand how to address this with their teens.
