Bruce, welcome, Michelle. Good to have you with us. It's great to be here. How are you today. Hey, I'm doing terrific. There's lots to talk about, Bruce that I'm eager to, you know, to exchange with you.

0:45 First of all, you know, let's talk about your book, God School nine to eleven and JFK, The lives that are killing us and the truth that sets us free. This has been a constant on our show, I mean ever since day one. I mean I've been broadcasting for over fifty years and I've been doing this show for the last twenty years almost and a core to this show is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but so the title of your book, you know, rhymes with my reason. So thank you for that. Well, thank you and kudos to you to have such a career and to be so passionate and determined about the truth, because it can set us free, and it takes individuals like you and me, because authority, unfortunately is corrupted so far and so much that we've got to educate ourselves, and we've got to educate each other.

1:38 Right if we're really truly going to save this country. I know a lot of politicians talk about saving the country, but I think they say that in such a casual, surface sort of way, because in order to deal with the lies that have enslaved us, it's becoming institutionalized. I mean, we're talking a heavy lift. Here, Bruce, enormously heavy. For a starting point, President Eisenhower's farewell address January seventeenth, nineteen sixty one, where he warned not only the country but incoming President John F. Kennedy about three really big problems that have all blossomed and metastasized and have poisoned us ever since. The military industrial complex, the technological revolutions, so that policy is captured by a technological elite, and then finally going into such debt that we've mortgaged and bankrupted our children's future. We're hanging on by our fingernails economically. We have to be prepared every day for the lights to go out, for such catastrophic collapses.

2:52 I will invite us to talk about positive things before the show's over. I swear no, no, we will. And the thing is, I appreciate humoring me a bit because this has been heavy on my heart, Bruce. Is that you know, we keep seeing the problems the frustration of everyday Americans, and I'm trying to wake everybody up to realize that we're delusional to think that the Constitution is still in play here. This is no longer a government of foro by we the people. That is a bygone era. If you want that, then we have to reclaim it. And that is where the heavy lift, that's where the courage comes in. Because you know, one of the other things in a way you referenced it, the technological forces, the administrative state, which goes back to the turn of the century, and how that has metastasized and it has made government so complex and has made every day Americans so reliant on the government that it's become too big to fail or.

3:53 Jayes, Yeah, too big to fail or jail. Our reliance is also due in large part to the dumbingest down, to the enfeeblement of our souls, our characters, our self confidence. That's really the bullseye. We don't trust ourselves because during our formative years we're trapped in prison I mean school, and we don't exercise freedom. We don't exercise, we don't make decisions, we don't develop our own judgment. We don't trust ourselves for the rest of our lives. So we're happy to do what we're told. And you hit the nail on the head. The elephant in the room is that we are not America anymore because we are not under the Constitution. And the enormity of that is the heavy lifting. And now there also is our opportunity, because if anyone's ever thrilled to any hero in any realm, and let alone the founding generation, it's our chance to do our version of it, which is to create America.

Spread the word about these realities to the extent that so many any of us agitate and do things, hopefully non violently to reinstate the Constitution to force our representatives to honor our constitutional rights and be accountable to us with transparency. We have to dream a beautiful dream and have ideals and work relentlessly toward them. Yeah, we have to return to first principles, as you said, and paramount and foundational to all. This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but. And the truth comes from God. And as our nation has moved away from God, we're seeing the sum total results of it. You may not want to admit that it's because you turned your back on God, but it's very simple. I mean, you look at you look at education, you look at our economy, you look at the culture, and you see, steadily, for over one hundred years, in the turn of the you know, right at the beginning of the twentieth century and maybe the end of the nineteenth, you know, Darwinism came into play, and all of a sudden, did God really say? You know, the big question that was heard back in the garden, you know, did God really say? And all of a sudden, the questioning of God's authority and plan for our lives came into question. And here we are unanchored from the truth and running around just like a hot air balloon

6:25 that's been punctured, going in all kinds of different directions, and you look at the mess that that has created for us, and I keep I mean, I'm praying, Bruce, I'm praying that there's a voice or whatever that can able, you know, come through and break through the clutter and kind of coalesce these people. I say, these people the remnant that God has chosen to say, Okay, hey, I'm going to I'm going to rebuild. I'm going to revive this country based on this remnant that is not bend to knee, has not been to knee to bail in these instant tuitions of our culture that have captured us. Yeah, and God, sorry, I don't mean to be preaching. I just get into this side. You probably think it, Oh my God, I didn't realize I was talking to a pastor.

7:12 I'm sorry. No, I'm very comfortable with the language of Christianity. I grew up in it and God School nine to eleven and JFK are the four main words of my title. Those are the four main chapters where I lay out what I say are the lies or misconceptions about those realities. And we can agree that Jesus said, God is love. Okay, So to turn your back on God is to turn your back on love. So to exercise the golden rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you unites Christians and non Christians. And the idea that love is this powerful thing, and if I'm true to it, I can have a happy life. I can enjoy my life and my shorts quick speeding span of time. And I also can and help others do the same. And it also walks us into enormous power. I take us, in this conversation about God into quantum physics and the nature of reality. So looking at it from a Christian point of view or looking at it from a purely scientific point of view, there's one thing that exists that's manifesting as everything. Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. Because in this model we only do to ourself.

8:42 There's one thing that is blossoming and expressing itself as Bill and Bruce and everybody else we're going to meet today, and karmically and even just physically, we feel what we give to others, if it's kindness, if it's anger and hate. So life is about growing up, renewing your mind, becoming an adult rather than a child, and walking into experimenting with the infinite power of love to create nice things and to help each other. And we can then always discuss at the end of the day, what do we do with those who would be cruel, who want to dominate, who think that they are better. We have to deal with them, But I submit Bill, they like everything, are only what we think they are exactly.

They're more of what we made of them in our minds than reality, aren't they?

15:08 Yes, And to love them is to do it they apparently are not doing. It comes down to a handy story to remember. This is the survivor of one of the Nazi concentration camps. When it was long over, somebody asked them, how did you survive when the conditions there were so horrible? You were fortunate not to get tossed in an oven? But how else did you survive when it was so horrible? And the survivors said they could beat me, they could starve me, make me sleep on concrete, sleep in the snow, but the guards couldn't make me stop loving them. To wrap one's head around the implications of that are enormous, and tangibly. And can you imagine if everybody complaining about political things actually did that, especially in light of this bill. I learned recently less than ten percent of Americans ever contact a congress person or a senator about everything. So can you imagine if everyone who's so opinionated in real life or on social media regularly bombarded they're representative and they're two senators about the things they care about. I can't imagine how things would change.

16:46 I think it can only really really affect huge change. And you bring up a good point, and we've been suggesting, can you give us five minutes a week to do that? It doesn't take a long time because it's not necessarily I mean, you'd be very fortunate if you've got a hold of your representative be actually answered. But yet there are you know, secretaries, people who are there note takers who are taking note of the phone call and the complaint that you're rendering, and what they will do. You'll hear them in conferences say, look at I just got two dozen phone calls about X. So it does make an impression. And when they convert two dozen phone calls, they extend that to mean maybe two thousand.

17:29 Right, Yes, yes, that's just an enormous thing. And not to tell, you know, hijack it into you know, political and you know, tangible things like that, because the power of knowing the truth about any topic, whether it's reality and the spiritual nature of existence. Nine to eleven. The assassination of JFK. What happens in school. The abomination that I think that is the destruction that it causes too many Americans ninety percent of us go through public school. Bill. These are the things that I got really really passionate about twenty years ago. And you know, it's an honor to discuss these kind of things with you. I don't know where you want to take this next on all. Years, well, I appreciate it. You know, I want to talk about your book, and I think that's foundational, and you know you're going to be back and we're going to talk about ongoing things. And right now, one of the topical issues that you've been tracking on is that small businesses can't get through on government websites for a tariff free fund. Now, Donald Trump announced that he is returning tariff money. I think what one hundred and sixty six billion or something is going back. And maybe you can give us a little bit of a primer on this, because this has been something that's been quite conflicting, you know, for the everyday citizen. One head, you know, wondering about tariffs, the other thing saying, hey, look at our country. Initially when we started, we didn't have an income tax. We lived off of tariffs. You know what's wrong? I mean China, other countries are utilizing the weight and the advantage of their countries and tariffing accordingly. Uh, what's wrong? What's the

19:02 plus and minus? How are we missing out an opportunity here? Well, I wasn't aware that they can't get through for their tariff refunds. I got to look into that. We are the American Small Business League. We track as much as we can about all things small business for the very important reason build that we are nothing but a small business nation. Ninety nine point nine percent of all businesses in America are small businesses less than five hundred employees, ninety eight percent have less than one hundred employees, and tangibly along these lines, to help small businesses, there's there are two resources people need to check out and compare and contrast the Small Business Administration SBA dot gov, which supposedly works for small businesses, and ours ASBL dot com American Small Business League. Because the federal government has the goal of steering twenty three percent of its contract budget every year to small businesses, and every year it says it met that goal or surpasses it, we've been showing for decades that is not true. The vast majority of all the contracts, including those that are called small business contracts, go to the one tenth of one percent of businesses that are big businesses. And because they're already big.

20:27 And they're tied to unions, by the way. Be that as it may, because they're big, they don't create new jobs. Small businesses create the vast majority of all jobs in America anyway, And if they got the twenty three percent that they're supposed to of the federal contract dollars. That would be an extra million and a half up to two million jobs every year on top of the jobs that small businesses create every year, an economic boom. That the federal government, Republican and Democrat administration alike, stands on the neck of this and doesn't let it happen. It's an obfuscation, it's an outrage, and that's what we are in the business of exposing, in addition to a couple of other initiatives.

21:13 Well, what we've been exposing, and that's why I mentioned the unions, is it's really a design grift with anything that goes through the government in the administrative state, everybody's got to get their big when it goes to the government. And so yes, they're fudging the numbers and trying to make you think that they're looking out for our best interest. But you bring out an excellent point. I mean, this is empirical data. This is in your opinion right. Right right, And not only us, but dozens of congressional investigations and even reports from the SBA's own Office of Inspector General has said the same thing. The biggest problem in federal contracting are small business contracts. Going to big businesses.

21:56 There's a lot of reasons why they can justify that every year, and they do so. In addition to calling your representative and your senators, find them at govtrac dot us. One should compare and see what we're saying at ASBO dot com and then right and ask the SBA is this true? Is this what's really going on? And if you dig into it you will find that yes, it is true. And it's such a unifying issue. It's not right or left, it's not Republican or Democrat. It's hey, can we get some truth and accountability about where the federal contract dollars go? So it goes back to the point you made at the top of the conversation bill, it's how false, how phony? So much of the operations of government, unfortunately are Yes, it's a money go around and everybody's going to get their vig.

22:44 Exactly because the deal is the number one job they tell incoming freshman elected officials when they come to their orientation meeting. You know, they say why are you here? And they will pontificate and talk about their ideology, and they'll say, know, the number one reason you're here is to get reelected. Well, how do I get reelected? Well, I got to go deal with the people, you know, the powers of K Street. I got to go find the money and deal and figure out where the money is so that I can get reelected. And so everything, all these policies are tied in to everybody, as you say, getting their big bruce. And I've had it with it. I mean, we're thirty nine trillion dollars in debt and growing, and that's just the top line that they want us to see. They don't want us to see, you know, beneath the iceberg, that's beneath the thirty nine trillion dollars, because it's horrendous. And I've talked to several economists and I said, how much of that thirty nine trillion dollars is associated with vote getting? They said, probably all of it.

23:44 Yes, And I've seen over the year's estimates that tally the uh, well, that's the debt, that's the acknowledge that you know, there's also an unaccounted thirty five thirty six trillion. We can't account for it. Who the Pentagon Mostly, I've seen that figure to ninety trillion and up to one hundred and twenty trillion over the last fifty sixty years. So now the enormity of it could drive somebody to drink, to just check out Binge, watch Netflix, and just say you can't fight City Hall. You can't begin to touch this. That is a deadhead, defeatist attitude. And the alternative is a life of courage. It's a life of adventure. It's a life of saying, if it's to be, it's up to me. And there's no better resource to tap into than the writings of the founders of the United States of America and understand wise, Patrick Henry said, give me liberty, or give me death, etc.

28:45 I am great. It's so good to be with you. Bill always going to be talking to you so much. Going on Trump derangement syndrome. At every turn. They don't want his name on the building. You know, we get a compromise here on the Reconciliation bill, and we got to get rid of this slush fund, which I thought was a great idea, but you know, set that aside because you know, we've got to get this reconciliation bill. We got to get this funded once and for all, right, that's right. We have to get the Reconciliation Bill funded. When it comes to the Anti Weaponization Fund. There are people across this country who truly need to be made whole from the government, like Mike Roman, who was indicted in Georgia and Wisconsin and Arizona, and I think he may have faced legal action in Michigan and Nevada. John Eastman had a similar path, and John Eastman was he was disbarred.

29:40 These happened because stimming from things that happened from the federal government related to the twenty twenty election. And then you have Christians who are praying out well, Christians who are praying outside of abortion centers who were the government was weaponized against them, and you have parents who are speaking out at school boards where the government was weaponized against them. They need to be made whole. But I understand there is a time and a place for everything, and it seems that this is not the time or the place of the moment to get that done. But I think in one hand it's strategic because Trump has given himself a bargaining chip, right, so this way the Democrats can feel like they won something a little bit in order to save some face because we definitely have to get ICE funded and get the government back on track. I mean the president, he's been president for over a year, and yeah, he's you know, he's been straddled. Anyway.

30:39 That aside, I want you to share the latest polling evidence that you've come up with the Tea Party Patriots. So go ahead, okay. So in Tea Party Patriots, we did another poll with John McLaughlin and associates, and we had some good numbers and we tested on a couple of new new items. First, over eighty percent of Americans still think that only American citizens should vote in American elections. So despite all of the media attention against that, and all of the money that the Left is spent opposing the Save America Act. At its heart, the. Heart of the bill, only American citizens voting in American elections and voter id Americans agree with us on this, and we need to get it done. In fact, fifty six percent of Americans want the Senate to keep working on this and get it done before the elections. But we also tested on fraud because there's so much of that happening right now in our government. And one of the things that I found very interesting is that eighty one percent of Americans agreed with this statement, Fraud in government programs is theft from taxpayers. Stopping waste, fraud and corruption should be a top priority. Hard working Americans should not be forced to fund criminals. And then three eighty percent agree that Congress should require a permanent system to detect fraud, to detect and prevent fraud before taxpayer money

32:09 is spent, not after it's already gone. And then one more that I thought was very interesting, seventy percent agree with this. But let me set the stage with our background sentence or two politicians talk about affordability, but what they usually mean is more government programs funded by more spending, more debt, and higher prices buried in your tax bill. The US is more than thirty nine trillion dollars in debt, growing by over a trillion dollars every few months. Economists sy that spending, much of it lost to fraud and waste, is a primary driver of inflation, which drives a groceries.

32:52 Housing, and gas. So do you agree or disagree? Real affordability does not come from government spending. It comes from stopping wade, frost and corruption that's driving up our national debt and our cost of living. Cutting government fraud is the most direct path to bringing prices down in America. Seventy percent of Americans agreed with that. Do they understand? I mean, you know, this is great, that's seventy percent. I just wonder do they really understand waste, fraud, and corruption. I mean, this is the evil trinity that has generated thirty nine trillion dollars in debt. Now, the corruption seems kind of broad brush, and people don't realize what this does is that these government programs come in and it is the elected officials that are skimming from the top. Jenny Beth they're getting their vig This is all part of the corruption systemic program that has infected our government. And until we can get that out of there, you know, they want waste and fraud because it's all part of the triumphant trinity of their scheme in order to get re elected.

34:06 Yeah, it is part of their scheme to get re elected. And I don't know that most Americans understand quite all of that, but they understand at heart this is the important part. We work hard, We work very hard. We pay taxes on that money that we worked hard over and we expect that whether we agree with a program or not. And we can all have a political debate on whether we agree with certain things the government spends money on whether we agree with it or not, it should not be stolen from us through fraud. And that is the thing that I think is very important. And then the other thing is that we just wanted to see if people could think of affordability and realize that the government is the one who's caused problems with it through excessive spending that causes inflation, and the best way to deal with that is to reduce spending and an easy, low hanging fruit to reduce spending, would be getting rid of that fraud and the waste and the corruption.

35:08 Yeah, you know, you talk about this low hanging fruit and how hard that Americans work to pay the taxes, and then the government utilizes that tax money and they take care of their cronies like unions. I mean, look at the deals that the unions get, Jenny Beth, I mean, it's so egregious. It doesn't compare to what the everyday American, hard working American you know, has to deal with and what's acceptable in their workplace. But somehow the unions, because there are such a voting block and so important to the Democratic Party, they get an incredible deal, whether it's healthcare, whether it's retirement, and on and on. I mean it's disgusting, you know, the kind of compensation they get at the expense of the American people, and what are we getting out of it.

So it's like, and there's an ice cream shop that in a very popular ice cream shop in New England that gets that takes on fifty teen as this summer to do all the dipping. Well this year they got hundreds of applications. So it's like, it's it's a it's a crisis, and so well, what is what does the pro immigration, pro expansion community want to do? Bring in more temporary workers, more uh, low skilled workers to compete directly with them. You know, it's really a shame.

You know, the the there's an article out by our friends, the researchers at Center for Immigration Studies that ran in American Affairs, uh like I think last week, and the article shows that the government data, now that it's been far enough away from the Biden years, they've been able to the data settled down, as they say, and it appears that Biden brought in eight million more people into this country, and most of them by this this uh, this this catch and release thing. Most of these people came across the Rio Grande or or or across the land Bridge and they they were, They turned themselves into the border patrol and they said, oh, I want to claim asylum,

How aniotic? I mean, that is just it defies common sense on his face. And then as if that's not enough, then we're flying people into the interior. How many millions did we fly into the interior? And then so these are people that of course, so if if employers are becoming more desperate because their business is down, well they're gonna look for the cheapest deal they can get, right, They're gonna look for someone who works cheap. And so even these people with work permits though now they're not in trouble by hiring them, so and they'll work for anything, right, they're desperate, they just got here. They don't have anything but the clothes on their.

And so it's unless unless they were lucky enough to end up in New York in a five star hotel, uh, you know, with three meals, you know, being brought up by the maid, right, and as a whole nother story. I'm sorry, yeah, well it's that's such a picture. I can't get out of my well. Again, it's so ludicrous. But you know you said something earlier that's key and that people need to grab onto this the idea of affordability and inflation. You can't just get rid of inflation, especially when you were as high as nine percent. You can't get rid of that in four years. You can't get rid of it in ten years, Jim.

48:38 It takes a long time to work through the system. That's right. This is why people who do rash government policies like the Biden people did, and get all that crank. You know, they passed all this spending, but they didn't have any money and there were no goods to buy, right. It was we were just recovering from COVID, so there was no widgets to buy. So, you know, the few widgets that were had all this money bidding against them to get them. And of course, you know, too little, too too much demand, chasing too few goods. That's the classic exactly recipe. And you're you're exactly right. We're still working through that. The forces are still there and uh and so businesses is sluggish. Not on the high end it's going like a rocket ship. I mean literally a rocket ship, you know with with uh SpaceX and all of this stuff.

49:31 But on the end where you know, the people the workers live, No, it's high prices, apartment costs, going out the roof, gasoline and you know, jobs for their kids. You say, they're gonna have to dip down to pay the more of an ounce with what yeah, exactly. Yeah. So the thing is that I agree with people that to say immigration made this country. I agree with that. But the thing is, once people are here and they become United States citizens, they came in the right way, we got to protect them. So you knows, as you've heard me say before, when people like teens can't get these summer jobs. This is teens of every ethnicity, right, And it's like the people who were who came a generation or two ago, their kids have the hardest time, right because they don't have they don't have as much connection, they don't have as much money, and they really need those jobs. So we're going to take them away and give them to someone who just got here illegally last week.

50:36 I don't think so. Well, no wonder these kids are fighting in the streets. I mean, look what's going on? You know that's right. I mean, this is all contributory to everything. I mean, Okay, you're not working, you're not participating in the system. Okay, you're bored. You know, you've had it with video games. So let's go out and just you know, go act like a bunch of thugs out in the street. Well, yeah, I mean that sometimes happens, and other kids are just dying in silence at home. They feel no opportunity, they have no work experience. They're not going to the fancy private school, right, They're not going to get into the fancy college or any college. If if if they're uh, if their schools are poor and they can't they are not taken out to go to a private school.

51:18 I mean. So it's it's a cycle, right, and it's to figure out who it's working for. Well, exactly, and and and part of that cycle as well is these kids that are dormant. Okay, you know, you, you and I I mean when we worked summer jobs and we we learned during the summer. We weren't in a classroom, but we were learning about life, you know, having a boss and having to show up on time and do these things that are so critical, uh to being a productive citizen. I worked on a cattle farm every summer. Awesome. Yeah, yeah, So you learn a lot when you when you have to deal with the elements, right, mother and I nature, not everything that's a controlled environment. And thank goodness, there was no iPhones. There was nothing to distract you from real life. You had to kind of you know, you had to You had to work and figure things out yourself.

52:13 Yeah. And how much did you learn and grow and mature during that period of time, Jim? Yeah, I learned to take care of myself. I had to find food for myself. The bomb wasn't around because I was I. Was off at the cattle far. I love it. That's great, yeah, yeah, yeah, But the dealer is going back to what you said earlier. See, this is what this is amounted to. And nobody's saying anything about it. Jim, you kind of suggested that this is really outright government theft. The Biden administration went in and they stole people's money in order to pay off political debts. I still maintained because of the amount of money that they spent on Hillary Clinton's campaign that failed. What was it like two billion dollars?

Okay, I want to bridge for for my district. Okay, if I can have a dam for my district, you can have the bridge for your district.

I'm glad you could join us Bill Martinez here along with Hannah Peter and we're gonna be talking about her brand new documentary. And you've aay talked about this often that the West has been so protected by what happened on October seventh in Israel, with the attack of innocent Israelis by Hamas. And I got to tell you, Hannah, I am so grateful for your documentary because it reminds people of the horror. There's just something about I don't know, the west sensitivity, maybe even the media's manipulation. I mean, it all just seems to be complicit. But in order for a democracy to flourish, I firmly believe that we must have the truth, the whole truth, and nothing.

56:51 But I agree exactly. Yeah, October seven, for one reason or another, was largely shielded. The wars of it were largely shielded from the American public. Now, granted, I'm not sure if you have seen any of the footage or gone and read any of the articles the seven October Parliamentary Commission report, which was headed by a member of Parliament. It's available for the public to read three hundred and eighteen pages of documented research and investigation. It took them over I think like seven eight months to do research and go in after October seven and get all the data. They pinpoint where all the terrorists were from who exactly was hit, from what countries were affected. That is available to the public. But I will say, you know, I've read all three hundred and eighteen pages and it's not a like read. When you realize the whores of October seven, it is undeniable that it happened. There are some sites online that you can go and see the body cam footage, the helmet footage of Camas as they invaded. One thing that is very evident from that footage is yes, there are Hamas militants, but there are civilians just armed with firearms invading the nation of Israel. And that's something that's also not really talked about a whole lot of Palestinian civilians.

58:15 And also Hamas is a Palestinian terrorist organization, And so exactly when you see that footage, when you read the reports, there is absolutely no denying the whores of what happened. And unfortunately, similar to the Holocaust, you already have people saying, oh, it didn't happen, it was up and it's absolutely ludicrous. Right, And you bring up a good point here, and this is something that we've been pointing out on the show as well as the complicity of the Palestinians. Some want to buy buy forer Kate and say, well that was Hamas you know, it's kind of like, you know, let's go back to the days of Adolf Hitler. You mentioned the Holocaust that only ten percent of Germany was you know, was complicit and they were the guilty ones and perpetrated all. But certainly there was complicity by those Germans that knew better. And I think this is why the German leadership, when they opened up the concentration camps, made sure the citizens of Germany went in and actually saw it with their own eyes, the horror and they and as it was, they didn't actually, I mean they saw some semblance of it, but it was amazing because you watched these people. I saw the footage of people going in and I'm talking to German citizens going into these concentration camps and they're walking like as if it's a Sunday walk in the park. And when they came out, you could tell that their world had been rocked because they were no longer wearing the mink coats that they walked in with. Their heads were a bowed. I mean,

59:47 it was devastating for them to see the reality and This is why I believe, you know, your documentary is so important because people need to see the reality. Like you mentioned, you know, three hundred and eighteen pages. Well, you know, you I've got to you know, you got to look for it. Yeah, you know it's there. It's not easily reported on. We're not hearing about it here in the West. I mean, ask me how many minutes of you know, viewership on the you know, main networks I've seen relative to it, including what happened on October seventh. It's minimal when you consider the amount of devastation and what they did in terms of not impacting not only impacting the world, but even our own culture. It desensitized us.

And to your point, you know, maybe there wasn't a lot of coverage of October seven, but what was covered all of the you know, Free Palestine movement that just absorbed the media for months and months and months of you know, protests on campuses, and you know, the inhumane situation that the Palestinians found themselves in which Israel was blamed for. And the reality is when war happens, you're in a war situation. And and Camas, which is not just a terrorist organization. They are the political government in Gaza. And they have been, of which eighty percent of the Palestinians voted them in right.

1:01:15 Right, and they are they control the education system. For the last almost two decades, every single Palestinian has been trained to hate Jews, to want to kill Jews, to hate America. This isn't just hyperbole. They have the textbooks. This is facts, right, these documented facts that they have been training and raising entire generations not only to favor Hamas, but to believe in that ideology. And so it is very difficult. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it is difficult to divorce Comas from Gaza. You know, they're the government, they are the terrorist organization, they are the educators. They literally control and are a part of the fiber of that area.

1:02:06 Right. And the thing is that, I know that some people will rackle, but you've got to stop and consider just a moment, and that is that it's not only that they're the government. You got Homads, you got the Palestinians, and the Palestinians themselves are so crazed, I guess you can say even their Arab nations say we don't want them here. We're not letting them migrate into our country. Egypt doesn't want them, Saudi Arabia, nobody wants them. So if they were by any means a traditional, maybe moderate or peace seeking Arab country, if that's even you know, if you could even put it in those terms, there might be some acceptance. But they think they're so you know, just why you point out they've been so indoctrinated, you know, beyond just the last two generations, is this kind of hatred has been going on there. Some refer to it as ancient hatred. It's been going on for thousands of years.

You know when the when the World War ended, Uh, people who were Nazis and hated Jews still hated Jews. You just got more ends or something is resolved. You're not the indoctrination to unindoctrinate a person, you know that a culture that takes years, right, so generations, Yeah, it's it's it's it's a complex situation and people have to be also willing to change. People have to say this system doesn't work. We don't like what's happening in our nation. We want to change, and that it has to be a very intentional process. But to your point about the media coverage, which is why I made this documentary, operation aren't on. When I saw everything that was going on in the media, and I should say lack of coverage of the the real heroes of coming out of October seven, I stumbled across this operation which I actually didn't see on mainstream media at all. Maybe it because I didn't see it covered at all, but it was one of the successful hostage rescue operations during the Gaza War. Now, as most of us are aware, there were two hundred and fifty one hostages taken by Camas. The majority were civilians.

1:04:25 They were taken by Camas and taken back into Gaza and held underground in tunnels. Now, if you've seen any the footage of those tunnels, they're very narrow. They're two three feet. Then there are larger areas, but the majority of the transportation or the areas that you would walk through are very very narrow. Let's pick it up from where you were saying, you know, there's no question I mean you talk. I mean one of the most dangerous military operations you can get into is when you're you know, you got foot soldiers hand hand combat and you're in the restricted area. These tunnels were designed to give the advantage to hamas and to defend against any incursion whatsoever, and the IVF knew that they were entering into, you know, a very dangerous and a very complex situation. How do you do this? How do you how do you You've got to attack in such a way and so quickly that you neutralize the offenders and save the hostages. I mean that is a huge task and a very daring operation that they took upon themselves. But you know, this is the nature of the Israeli people and their constitution, right.

1:11:00 And another challenge they have is that throughout the war they're moving the hostages. So not only do you have a hard situation to get in without killing your own people, but then the constant moving of the hostages throughout the war, and there's only two ways to bring hostages home negotiations or military operations. Negotiations weren't very successful for the majority of the war, so that only leaves a military operation. So how do you bring home hostages when negotiations are off the table, when there's no reasonableness to reason to the goodwill of Hamas basically, and it's near impossible for a military extraction. Well, as it turns out, four of the hostages about six months into the war. June eighth, twenty twenty four, four of the hostages had been moved above ground, so we don't know exactly why, but moved out of the tunnels into civilian houses in a Hamas stronghold called the Nuzadad Camp in Gaza. And so as soon as they moved the hostages above ground, of intelligence confirmed that this was a ripe opportunity to do an extraction and bring those hostages back, and that's exactly what happened.

1:12:14 On June eighth, twenty twenty four. The Israeli Special Forces their Yamam Unit, which are equivalent equivalency of the Immam Munit is like Delta Force. They are a counter terrorism hostage rescue close quarters Tier one unit. They went in along with the Shambette and an entire idea of brigades that were securing the area. They went in, got these hostages out. All four of them made it out alive. They had tremendous difficulty trying to get out the challenges they had to overcome. Of course, Hamas realized that they were there and the hostages were in two different houses, which also made it difficult, but they were able to go in get them out one of the only successful hostage rescue operations in the Gaza War. And my film talks about that operation, Operation arn.

1:13:02 On, and when people will understand when they see the documentary is Arnan points to a specific Israeli hero who lost his life in the operation. Right, Chief Inspector Arnon Zamora. Yes, he was the breacher for one of the houses, so he was the leader of his team to go in in that extraction. And he was actually a known hero. The card was not covered in the documentary because it's the short film documentary. But arn On Zamora was a hero on October seven. So when the October seven attacks happened, his team and some of his friends they hadn't been called to action yet, but they got in their trucks right away. They went to a nearby village that they call Kibbutz and saved the entire village on October seven. So he really was a national hero. It had been serving for many years rescuing people in his space operations capacity. And yeah, they when they signed up for this mission, when they first Operation Arnon, when they knew it was going to be viable, everyone volunteered, so unlike you know, in the United States Special Forces, you don't really get to volunteer. You're volunteered for this operation. Every single member volunteered and they knew what they were getting into. When I interviewed Zamora's mother for the documentary, she said he had a premonition he would not come back, and he gave away valuable items

1:14:34 before he left on this mission because he had a sense that this could cost him his life. And it did. And he is an absolute hero who deserves to be honored and remembered for his brave actions and for what happened on. That day right exactly. And the interview with the mother was so touching because here she's dealing with the victory of saving these prisoners and a successful operation, and then she deals with the reality that it cost her her son's life. Yes, it was a very emotional interview. I was very blessed to get it to interview arnand Zamora's mother and father for the documentary. They haven't done a lot of interviews, so I was very blessed to have them interview for my documentary. And the emotions, you know the complexities of facing the rest of your life without your son, but also think back to the Israeli people at this time, this was six months of war, extreme darkness, no victories, and four hostages come home, the jubilation of the nation.

1:15:43 I mean, it was all over Israel. But then you lost your son, right So such a mix of emotion and I can't imagine facing that as a parent. Right well, and you can't help as a result to you know, have such a huge amount of empathy for his parents and the honor that is extended to their son as a national hero, that they share in that honor rightfully. So absolutely, you know, not only are they his parents, they instilled the courage in him and to help make him who he was, but also they knew that when their son signed up for this mission, it would also be part of their sacrifice as well. And it's a beautiful story of the hero and the IDF soldiers who win in arn'nd Zamora ultimately giving his life, but ending, you know, Ruthie Zamora, the mother, she leaves us with hope.

1:16:44 Why because the Israeli people throughout all of history have always faced great sacrifice for the promise of hope, and they continually fight for that hope, for their future, for their children and for generations to come. Well, Hannah, we know that still forty five percent of the Gaza is controlled by Hamas. I think your documentary is quite revealing and there's some key takeaways, not only as it relates there, but even Iran. What do you say, Yeah, you. Know, there's actually some similarities to your point. You know, we have this operation Operation aren't On, that that brings home hostages in Iran. We just brought home our two soldiers.

1:17:29 There's this no man left behind, you know, camaradity and shared ethos. The Israeli nation has it, We have it. By the way, US intelligence actually did help with Operation aren't On, and Israeli intelligence helped us rescue our soldiers in Iran. And you know, there's there will always be this ethos and honor and value of every single life. And that's really what separates that ideology from other ideology who willingly you know, sacrifice their soldiers and don't you know, don't bring their hostages home. The lack of respect. And ultimately, we have that shared idea that every life has value, that God has given every life a value and a purpose.

1:18:15 And it's a beautiful story. Right and the thing is see the demarcation is and I know some people in the West again it irritates them, but you've got to be honest with yourself. Good and evil does exist, and you look at your documentary and you say that's not good, okay, and that's evil and evil needs to be rooted out by whatever means that you can do that. Because they are a death cult. Whether it's Iran, whether it's Hezbela, whether it's Hamas. They're not going to just drop their weapons. You have got to take them out and with a mindset of an unconditional surrender. I don't think you can get them out at the negotiation table demonstrating that whether it's there in the gazzo or even in Iran. I'm gonna let you wrap it up.

It was a special one. The special concert on Sunday night on the West Face of the Capitol was I thought that was an especially good I've been watching those for decades now, you know, Gary Sonise the actor has been hosting that for twenty years, and every year it just seems to get better and better and better. And I got to tell you, Melissa Leo and Noah Wiley and Jonathan Banks faces and voices that we know that we've come to know and we imbue with authority and integrity because of the roles that they've played. Whoever made the choice of having those three read the first person accounts of what it was like to be in battle, the first one from a seventeen year old Revolutionary War patriot to the I mean, the thing that's struck with that still sticks out in my mind.

And I thought they did a fantastic job. Yeah, it was really well done. I had interviewed Joe Montagna, who's I think he's participated in something like twenty five of the thirty five and something happened and he was not there, and so Mary. I can't remember Mary's last night, right, I should know that, But anyway, she filled in brilliantly, and like you, I thought it was just I love patriotism.

And what I say to people, I mean, we're all Americans, and we all are part of the of the chain of supply, the supply chain in any kind of war effort or support of the military. But I would say, I would say this that being in the military and raising your right hand and making that that promise, that solemn promise to serve the country against enemies foreign and domestic, is uh. It's one of those lasting vows that you take that never expires. Bill and uh. And and I just I say to everybody you should try to do it.

I was talking with Jenny Beth and I said, I was at a readling ceremony this past weekend, and the military people that were there, of all branches, we were sitting around talking and without an exception every one of us said if we were called back to duty, we would do so in an instant, not even thinking twice. Yeah, and that's the spree de corps. That's the commitment. But that's it's a connection that we want everybody to have in our country. And you know, whether it's compulsory or otherwise, you put skin in the game and all of a sudden, you know, the American flag. A holy day like Memorial I say, it's a holy day like Memorial Day. Is so significant because we're honoring a million Americans who paid the ultimate price for us to enjoy the freedoms that we enjoy today. Not only them, but they're families, you know.

My father in the Korean War and then in the in the reserves for thirty years, retiring as a colonel. He's he's still alive, he's still kicking at ninety four. Wow. I am just I am just so grateful for having had the opportunity to grow up with that as ethos. I mean, well, do me, do me a favor, Do me a favor from a from a marine. Give him a hug for me, would you please? Just say we'll do so. I'll see him tomorrow for dinner. As a matter of fact, Oh good, good, Well, give him a big hug for me and tell him thank you. I I just so appreciate his service. And one of the other things I'd met this colonel at another reclaying event, and it was interesting. Somebody came up to him and said, you know, thank you for your service. That seems to be the vernacular of the day, which I appreciate. It's very nice. People say that. He had the best answer that I heard. He says, you know what I did it for you?

1:28:49 Oh you know? And and I think, wow, that's that's exactly That's exactly it, because you know, that's that's a. Really at home yell. We did it for you, and we did for the next generation. That movie A Great Awakening that was just playing in theaters, ye uh, which is the story of you know, Benjamin Franklin and uh, you know, and what was happening in terms of the Great Awakening. Uh. And there's a scene in the movie where Benjamin Franklin and I'm trying to whitfield. Yes, uh, a pastor Whitfield, and he's there because he's leading the charge on this. I mean, he visits all the colonies seven times, you know, during this period of time and really awaken you know, the people's mindset and understanding of what they were fighting for, fighting for their god given right a freedom bill. And they said, hey, it's not it's not just for this generation, but it's for others. And there was this scene where they were looking out the window and and and they were looking at I think Benjamin Franklin, it might have been his grandson and h and he said, uh, and and he said, hey, we have to do this, you know, for them, it's not so much for us. We've lived our lives. What happens, you know, we could get killed, you know, we you know, the government could come in and put us out for insurrection or what other means, tyranny.

It's hard to put in words the feelings I had, and I have every year at Memorial Day. Yeah, And as I said, I missed the cutoff I'm a little younger than you are, so I missed the draft by five years. I'll tell you a little story. So I was in college and November four, nineteen seventy nine was the end of my of the first semester of the fall semester of my second year in school. November of nineteen seventy nine. It was on November four, nineteen seventy nine, that the Iranians took the US embassy in Tehran hostage. We had fifty two American diplomats that were held hostage for four hundred and forty four days. Now I was done a college student. I was studying foreign affairs.

1:31:21 I was studying US foreign policy, and I knew enough to know even though I was a student at the time, I knew enough to know this was an act of war. And I assumed that the United States would be declaring war on Iran, give us our diplomats back, or else face the full fury of the United States Armed forces. And I actually I went to talk to I called my father, who was in the Air Force reserves at the time, and I said, what do you think should should I go sign up now? Which is what he had done in the Korean War. He didn't like to be drafted. I thought, they're going to reinstitute the draft. Wouldn't it be better for me if I had my choice, rather than letting the government decide where they wanted to put me, maybe I could make my own choice about which service branch I wanted to go into. Obviously there's a familial time. My grandfather had been in the Army Air Corps. My father in the Air Force, so I was thinking about going into the Air Force, and he.

Okay, so here you are Iran fifty two diplomats held hostage, as we know back in nineteen seventy nine, four hun and forty four days. And you're you know, you're thinking, okay, should I enlist so I can have a bit of control of my destiny as opposed to military telling me what I'm going to do?

1:36:50 Right? And I called Don and we had a talk, and he said, you know, generations got to the point. Generations created an environment where we don't have a anymore. And that's a good thing because the government shouldn't compel service unless there's an actual dire need for it. And we figured out a way that we can do this with an all volunteer structure. So take advantage of that, he said, My father had he had actually been in college when he chose to enlist in the Korean War, and as a result, it took him about twenty years to finish his college degree because once he got out of the service, then he got married and he had to work for a living, and so he had to go to school at night. And basically I didn't have much of a father until I was about twelve years old, because he was going to night school. He would come home from work and either study or he would go to class. And he said, take advantage of this. You know, this is one of the reasons that your grandfather and I did what we did, so you don't have to you can go straight through college now. So he convinced me that it wasn't the right thing to do, that we weren't going to have a imposed, and guess what, he was absolutely right. Jimmy Carter had this disastrous response, of course, which helped shape my outlook on what the government ought to do, what foreign affairs were like, and what the US role in the world was. Turned me into a stark, raving conservative. I went out and took time off. The following year, I took my fall semester off.

1:38:23 That was the fall of nineteen eighty and that became the first campaign that I've ever worked for. I got trained and I went to work for the Reagan campaign in nineteen eighty. So talk about jumping into the deep end of the pool, Lord have mercy. Yeah, well it was baptism by fire. It was a fantastic campaign to be your first campaign, as you might imagine, Yes, and it really was. It got me started on a career. I found out that the addiction that I had to politics growing up could actually become a career, and so I've enjoyed it. It's been a wonderful thing. I you know, I always look back on Memorial Day and say, you know, there was there was a fork in the road. I almost took that fork, that side of the fork, but I didn't. So all I get to do is be thankful and grateful to others like you who have made the sacrifice. I appreciate you.

1:39:19 Yeah, I have built I do not want to stand in any kind of way of those that paid the price and the families that have suffered as a result. Yes, I was proud to serve our nation. There are days when we honor those that have served in the military, whether it's you know, Veteran's Day and other times the Fourth of July, but this day especially is so hallowed. That's why I was so irritated. I got to tell you, Bill, I was irritated with some of them on the left that could not constrain themselves. You know, it's just like, I mean, I don't like to say this. I don't like to say that. I want to, you know, mess emigrate those people that America. But it's days like this that you know, I have to restrain my emotion. You know, when you have Mayor Fry thinking that somehow, uh, you know, George Floyd should have pre eminence over our fallen and he honored George Floyd over our fallen Americans. I think you've got to be kidding me and others on the left that are just it's like, look at you know, you've got to you've got to have some constraint here.

1:40:29 And this is what is coming down to. You know, I've been saying this recently on the show repeatedly. It's not about Democratic party, it's not about a Republican party. It's either you are American or you're anti American. And it's clear that there is a solid delineation in terms of what's happening in our country today. It may be under the guise of a party affiliation and that sort of thing. But at the end of the day, where we headed, you know, with your rhetoric and with your ideas, if any you know, is it to make America better or clearly there are some people that want to destroy America. They don't like the America that you and I hold, dear.

1:41:09 This is the culmination. What we're witnessing now is the culmination of a struggle that's been going on since the late sixties. We had we had socialist academics who wanted to create an effort to change the American government in what they believe is a small, d more democratic means. What they mean is they want to use government to take the earnings from one group of people, a disfavored group of people, and use the power of government to shift it and move that money to favored groups of people. They tried it as straight Marxism. They tried to import Marxism from Europe into the United States. It doesn't work here.

1:41:50 We don't have a class structure like they do in Europe, where where. Well, the bottom line doesn't work. It doesn't work anywhere, Bill, it doesn't. It doesn't as a as a governing structure. That's it. History shows US. We've had seventy five years of looking at what happens when governments become communists and they take over the means of production. They talk about the commanding heights of the economy and all that. So these academics tried to import that in the United States. They found out it doesn't work because in America we don't have the class structure. We have mobility. In any given year, twenty percent of the bottom twenty percent of our economic class moves up, moves out of that class exactly. That's not possible in Europe. So in Europe Marxism makes take can take hold in a way that it just can't in the United States. So instead they tried to shift it to a social construct. And that's the critical race theory that we're now dealing with. Fifty years later. We're having to fight the academics who say there's two classes of people in the United States, the oppressors and the oppressed.

1:42:53 And guess what, if you're white, you're an oppressor. If you're not white, you are oppressed by the and and a lot of us are going, what the heck are you talking about? Read the Constitution, Read the Declaration. There's nothing in there about about skin color. We hold these truths to be self evident, that that you know that that our rights are given to us by our creator, and. All men are skin help. Yeah, exactly. And the thing is, Bill, see, I think we've missed a seminal moment with the latest Supreme Court decision that said, you can't you know, read district states because of the color of the skin, because it really there's really what they said to us is what we've all known and couldn't say anything because if we dare said it, we got canceled and they would come after us if we said, there's no such thing as systemic racism. It doesn't exist. That's right, right, And so the Supreme Court confirmed that, and you know, and I kept thinking, there's going to be a parade somewhere somebody.

1:43:56 We're all going to be sticking our head out the window, going, good God, almighty, free at last. You know, we're all free at last, regardless of the color of your skin. You know, the dream that Martin Luther King had has now been realized. It's been confirmed by a Supreme Court, and it's like, no, you got the Southern Poverty Law Center creating boogeymen out of whole cloth, and all this other stuff that's going on because of this, you know, this race industrial complex that has been so established. That's why they're freaking out, because the means of production, the means of their existence, has now been exposed as being a fraud. That's absolutely right. Look, Chief Justice Roberts said in a court ruling more than twenty years ago, the way to stop racial discriminator, the way to end racial discrimination is to stop discriminating on the basis of race. Well, that sounds pretty simple, doesn't it. And we finally have a Supreme Court ruling that goes to the heart of the redistricting matter and says, no more, you guys have misunderstood what the Voting Rights Act does. The Voting Rights Act was passed in nineteen sixty five, right after the Civil Rights Act. At that time, that was a legitimate problem that we had. We had institutional racism all over certain states.

1:45:18 We know who they are. But you know what, that was sixty years ago. We've changed things in the last sixty years as we continue. To move towards that more perfect union. That exactly right, and we've now let's just take one example, Georgia. In twenty twenty one, the Georgia Legislature moved a bill to titan election integrity. The left went nuts, screaming bloody murder about how we were about how Republicans were suppressing the vote, you're suppressing the minority vote. In fact, it turned out in the twenty twenty two elections, the next elections, the first elections after that new law was in effect, black turnout in Georgia was higher than it had ever been.

1:45:59 It was higher them white turnout. So the notion that this was done to suppress voters was just it was kakamamie bs is what it was, forgivenly, but that's exactly what it was. And now we're going to see it. We're going to see the same thing all throughout the South, all throughout the states where the Voting Rights Act had been applied, because, as as Justice Alito pointed out in the ruling, times have changed, things have changed, the environment has changed, the laws have changed, and our customs have changed, and we need a we need a legal structure that recognizes that and that says, once again, you can't have the Voting Rights Act saying you must. And remember it's not the law. It was an interpretation of the law.

1:46:45 It was a Supreme Court ruling in nineteen eighty six that got overturned, not the Voting Rights Act. The Voting Rights Act is fine for what it does. The problem is that in nineteen eighty six there was a Supreme Court ruling, and ever since that Supreme Court ruling, we've been interpret the Voting Rights Act to be in conflict with the Fourteenth Amendment that says you can't deny the equal protection of the law to anybody based on skin color. Well, we know. What the rule is. Constitutions up here, a law is down here. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and trumps any law passed by Congress. So if the interpretation of the Voting Rights Act comes into conflict with the Constitution itself, sorry, the Constitution is going to win.
