Good morning America. Six minutes after top the out right. Now, we've got Mike O'Neill from Landmark Legal. Hey, Mike, good morning, good morning. Good to be with you. Bill. Hey, always good to have you here to catch up on things. I guess we're gonna go around the horn because there's so much to touch on. Let's start with a Supreme Court. We've got some decisions that came down. I didn't hear a whole lot about them, but you know, we should be aware what's going on. Obviously, there's a lot of international news that we can touch on at some point here that's kind of taking up of the airways. But there have been a couple of cases that came down from the Supreme Court from the Emergency Docket just this week. You know they called the shadow dock at the Emergency Docket. These are the non merits case decisions that are basically deciding ruling on temporary rulings injunctions that have come up before the Court on an expedita basis. Important ones to talk about because it kind of one of them sets a national president and is controlling and is important, and the other one is important from a political perspective. The first one is a case called Maleotekas versus Williams. And this is a political case. This is arising out of New York. Now, Maliotakas is a congressional representative Republican in the New York City area. And she's a Greek and this is important to consider, she's of Greek and Cuban descent, so she is of Hispanic descent. Now, this is the case that really result involved around democratic infighting, Democrat haggling. Now, Congressman

1:33 Dan Goldman is in a primary. He represents New York's tenth congressional district and he's in a knockdown, drag out primary with another Democrat. And this is and Dan Goldman comes from a lot of money, He has a lot of pull in New York politics. In this entire case, this entire lawsuit was really gin dup to preserve his seat because there's a risk that he's going to lose in this primary and lose his congressional seat. So what happened was was this this is a little bit of a story, but it's important to understand. What happened was the Democrats in power in New York, the Democrat machine decided that they were going to try to reconstitute the congressional districts, gerrymander the congressional districts in and around New York City to gerrymander out the Republican in New York's eleventh This is representative malo takes and include enough Democrats in this reconstituted district to have both Dan Goldman and Dan Goldman's challenger now occupying two new congressional seats and force out the Republican. And they were doing this under the auspices of minority representation right. They were using the Voting Rights Act, which we've talked about a lot, which prohibits that you can't ensuring that equal representation and that minority votes aren't disenfranchised all the original processes. We know that the Voting Rights Act is now poised to be addressed in Louisiana versus Calais, a decision from the Supreme Court which again brings in the four to the Amendment.

3:00 You can't discriminate on the basis of race anyway. So under this act, which was again a lot of political infighting, a lot of political maneuverings on the Democrats, they secured a sympathetic ruling from a New York state court, and New York appellate courts all affirmed this decision. Again, this was completely legally dubious because this newly reconstituted congressional district was strictly on the basis of race, was done strictly on the basis of race. Incomes of the Supreme Court saying nope, can't do that in an opinion today, struck that down yesterday saying that New York are going to have to go back to your earlier congressional districts. You can't use race as a predicate for reconstituting these new congressional districts. Now, that's good obviously for Representative Maliotakis, because she's going to preserve her representation. Also, isn't it kind of ironic that the Democrats are trying to force out a Hispanic Cuban representative just because she's a Republican under the race framework. So bad there, and then also so it also for for kind of gives us a preview.

4:02 I think of where we're going in Louisiana versus Cala, which is yet to be released from the Supreme Court. So really important case from from the Supreme Court on an interim temporary basis, but it's important nonetheless. Well, Mike, what happened with the position that you know, to the victor belongs to the spoils. I mean, the previous Supreme Court decisions have said, look at you know, the party of victory gets through you know, redistrict and do as they will please. Right, Yeah, that's a great question. Well, this wasn't an effort by the Congress, by the New York state legislature. Those cases California, Texas, you're talking about our efforts by the legislature to go through the state process for gerrymandering new congressional districts. This was a private cause of action that was orchestrated by by vote, by yeah, private interests.

4:46 Who really the power behind that was was was Dan Goldman and his fear of losing his congressional seat in this primary. And so this was a private cause of action that was brought in the state courts again alleging violations of the New Works Voting Rights Act. So it was. It wasn't. It was separating distinct from the state legislature of the New York state legislature actually go undergoing the gerrymandering process. That again, as we said, to the benefits of Democrats in California, to the benefits of Republicans in Texas. I guess how it's all the sup im Court has refused to weigh in. But in this case it was. It was completely for race. It was a private cause of action. The Supreme Court said, Nope, can't do that. How much paper are they going to have to throw away?

5:27 Did they print up ballots with the new district outline? No? I don't. This was this was I think this this This is always an interesting case. And this raises what is known as the percel principle, is whether whether you're going to interfere with the operations of the election, Whether this judicial decision is essentially issued in time so it doesn't conversely affect the operations of the election. No, No, the purcell isn't isn't brought in here? This New York is going to be able to conduct their elections and their primaries and the normal course of order. The congressional districts the default congressional districts, which, by the way, this is always an important thing to talk about in so many of these instances, particularly in Virginia, these congressional districts are constituted by independent redistricting commissions. And so then we're going to throw out the New York's independent redistricting commissions maps out the window in favor of this pro Democrat, pro Goldman, pro minority new order. And again the core core put a stop to that.

6:21 Well, follow the bouncing ball with the Democrats, right, they're the ones, in order to get some covers, said hey, we're going to have these redistricting commissions, okay, just to kind of keep the people quiet. How long did that last? Maybe a couple of years in California barely, and then all of a sudden they had to fight back and new some goes now out with the commission. You know, we're going to take control. So this seems to be the order of the day when it comes to you know, democratic politics. Right, and it's happening in Virginia as well. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Virginia, exact, same, exact, same, uh, you know, playbook whatever you see. And this is always. I think I've said this before. If you ever want to unders in what's going on in the future, if you want to look like this state, you know, this oracle of del Fi and this massive stage who can predict the future, all you have to do is look at California and say, whatever's happening in California with the Democrats or the Liberals or the left or the Marxist just say, okay, just keep an eye out in any other parts of the country where it's happening, and you could say, Okay, that's happening there, and it's Look, the playbook was laid out in California, and it's happening in Virginia. I live it every day. I'm seeing it happening. And yeah, we had an independent redistricting commission in Virginia that did there. That's gone.

7:31 Now we're having this incredibly ridiculously gerrymandered where you have these weird, weird, weird congressional district exactly. So we got about a minute and a half left in this segment. What else from scotis there was another yeah, yeah. Another one. This is this is a really important one. This does have a few national I think some national implications. This is Marrabelli versus Bonta. This is involving a California law. Again, here we are California, a long California that prohibited teachers and school officials from sharing details of their students' trans gender trans traditioning, transitioning anything that they knew. They were prohibited from a California law from sharing those details, pronoun usage, et cetera, with the parents of those children. Now, let's keep in mind what we're talking about here. In this particular case, you had an eighth grader and a fifth grader, and so we're talking about these aren't seventeen eighteen year old's junior seniors in high schools. These are thirteen, fourteen, ten, eleven, twelve year olds who are I guess in school voicing youth, different pronouns, engaging in some sort of gender transition. Obviously, a lot of these kids have significant issues that they're dealing with. Some of these kids in these particular in this particular case, we're dealing with suicidality, ideations and suicide.

8:40 So really troubled kids who are dealing with a lot, and this law in California froze out parents and again, that's kind of the left's playbook here, right, is what it's to separate the parents, to destroy the family, separate. The exactly from the kids. Well, this law in California was on the books. These couple of parents brought a lawsuit. Teachers brought a lawsuit. District court in California agree with them that this this violated the constitutional rights of these parents their free exercise clause and they're. Substituted exactly right. 13:55 Yeah, Mirabella versus bonus. This is again the California case. California law prohiting school officials and teachers to talk to the parents of children who are engaging gender transition issues, and the district court, after hearing a lot of evidence, issued a permanent junction a summary judgment ruling in favor of the parents and the teachers, saying that this law is unconstitutional. Violates the parents due process rights and their free exercise rights. The Ninth Circuit actually said, nope, they stayed that injunction. Scotis got involved here and said, yes, fairly, fairly subsident of opinion building on a case. Remember if you can remember a Supreme Court case from a couple of years ago about that came out of Maryland with the with the reading of the books, and where school officials were prohibited they had to inform the parents and give them the ability to opt out of reading these gender transition books to little kids. So the building on that case, not building, but relying on that case, the Court said, yep, this is this violates their free exercise rights to these parents. You can't do this. This law is unconstitute on its face. We're going to enjoy this and victory for the parents in that in that case, so really important case.

15:07 Well, that's that's excellent, that's uh. I mean, you know, it's amazing that here we are we're litigating common sense issues. Right. But this is where this secularised America what it's come to. And you know, and and it's not done. I mean, the battle is going to continue. Uh So, uh, you know, thank God that we have a Supreme Court the favors common sense and it's supporting some Christian values here or other otherwise, I mean, we would recognize America, you know, going forward. Uh, Mike, let's let's touch a little bit on the Clintons and and the Epstein case. Uh. The Clintons came to Uh, well, they didn't actually come they it was actually Congress had to go to them, Yeah and talk to them.

15:51 Uh. Hillary was Hillary and uh and Billary was Billery. Yeah. That's when I come down to right. I mean, they were like I sometimes I wonder what these people expect, like They're going to say, you know, like Bill Clinton's all of a sudden, Yeah, I surrender, you got me? You know that's gonna happen. Yeah. Yeah. I Mean my take on this is, I don't think the House this is maybe a contrarian here. I don't think the juice was worth the squeeze in this. I don't think calling a former president of the United States to a Congression to subpoenagam and having having him testify under oath or deposing him in front of members of Congress and staffers, I don't think it's a good look. And it's I don't think it's really a good look for the Republicans here because these are the Clintons are the most sophisticated parties you can deal with, and they've been Republicans have been trying to get the Clintons since for what thirty years now, we're talking nineteen ninety six.

16:44 You think you're going to. Haul in Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton in front of a deposition and you're gonna get them to admit something. I guess the takeaway from the public consumption was that Hillary kind of had an issue, kind of got angry when a picture was taken and then it was leaked out out of the deposition or something like that. But this is I don't really think. I think that members of Congress really need to be focusing on current issues that are important to the American people right now, the Save America Act, security ensuring that these are are internal security apparatus, FEMA have funding, yes, weighing in on a lot of topical issues. And again, you're you've been trying to get the Clintons for thirty years and it hasn't happened. Look, Ken Starr couldn't get the Clintons, do you think a couple of staffers and some members of Congress are going to get the Clintons in some sort of deposition regarding the Epstein. So I'm not I wasn't a big. I wasn't a big I'm.

17:39 Like you on this. I want to be in that room to hear these these staffers talk about what their strategy is. And then you hear us laughing, going, you guys are wasting your time, you know. Yeah, and you see these are the Clintons are we know them at this point with a goodness gracious, They've been with us for however many decades, it seems like forever. Right, I'm fifty one and I remember them. They were like the president when I was in high school. Bill Clinton was like the president when I was in high school, for heaven's sakes. So you know, let's turn you know, let's move on, Yes, go forward the America where we have a lot of issues right now. The Clinton's I think are the least of our problems. Yeah, without a doubt. Okay, uh it run. You know the thing that I'll tell you I am so I don't understand why these these media companies want to put a microphone in front of the Democrats that really do not know what they're talking about.

18:32 Yeah, there's a lot to weigh in on that. I think from a political and legal perspective, we can talk about that the War Powers Act and Democrats pontificating about this. Obviously they're saying one thing today because it's an opponent Donald Trump is right, it's the Trump administration who's engaging in these hostilities. Uh, you know, I think the powers that Congress has look are the power of the purse and impeachment. If they're gonna if they're going to take action or assert their authority here, then they have the power to cut off funds if the President has to come back or the Secretary of War has to come back and ask for more money for financing these continued operations than they have a say in that they have a say if politically impeachment, if the will of the people are such that this has become so unpopular that there's a ground swell that would support impeachment. Those are the tools that Congress has, and it's disposable. The War Powers Act. Again, it's never been litigated in court. The Supreme Court's never weighed in on it. Questions whether it infringes upon the Article two powers of the President as commander in chief and the ability to deal with these issues on an emergency basis. I think you can make the case that there's an emergency here. Nonetheless, that all being sent. As the Secretary of State had stated, I think yesterday, Congress is still in the loop. He briefed within the forty eight hours, he briefed members of the Gang of Eight on continuing operations.

19:52 Well, they're briefing almost every day on television, transparent, I mean they're wide, I mean outside of and yet it cracks up to some of these reporters. I mean they want they want to, you know, strategy, and it's like like what, like, I'm going to tell you all the strategy. I'm going to tell you what we're going to do. I mean it's like, you know, have a clue here what kind of question to ask and what's appropriate to ask? I mean, you know, and I think General Kine has been very respectful and and so as uh As hex Seth, as much as he can be with some of these reporters with some of the questions that they asked. But the legislators suggesting that they're not in the loop. It's like where are you? Where? Where have you been?

20:36 Yeah? And I think I think so much a couple of things to unpack there. The media. I think it's become to the point where it's just the goal of certain outlets, majority of these mainstream outlets, is to posit a gotcha question, has that gotcha moment. It's just so it's not it's not necessarily to it's it's to advance a particular agenda rather than to inform the American people about what's going on. And the sooner journalists begin to understand that the American people want a good faith informational presentation from you, and you rely on to some extent, we rely on their access. I mean, if you have some sort of access and you have you have, you have a responsibility to write with and not engage in this gotcha nonsense. But again it's it's kind of moved off from that and do oh I need to have this question that gotcha and so it gets me my viral moment, which is just you know, absurd. So that the media is always what it is democrats feigning ignorance.

You think you get the sense that they're they're cheering against America's military and the young people there that are, you know, defending freedom, and uh, you know, look at I get it. Everybody can have an opinion about it. Nobody wants to go to war. Donald Trump gave I think, every opportunity to the Aya Tola to have an exit ramp. But then the situation is, and this is where America doesn't stand the psychology of the Middle East. I mean, these people they've been You've got ancient hatred. I mean, you got millennia of hatred and fighting going on, and we don't understand that because we have a different level of stibility, you know, for them, they're basically is Cannabramo Witch said the other day to me, he said, this is a death cult bill. They don't go away easy, They go down with the ship. You know. Yeah.

22:26 The brutality of the Iranian regime is known, and it's been that way since the nineteen seventies. I mean, list somebody had on acts, a list of all of the hostile acts Iran as orchestrated against the United States and the American people over the past, you know, since nineteen seventy seven. Right now, over forty years. Yeah, we're talking decades and decades of this death to America. One thing to understand though, again is Donald Trump really doesn't bluff. I mean, if he says he's going to do this. The Iranian leadership had a pretty large window after the attacks from last year. June of last year was engaged in I think it was Operation Midnight Hammer right where the excuse went over. The writing was on the wall at that point. At this point, you have to understand who the I don't this is still this.

23:11 We talked about this with Venezuela and the Secretary of States talking about I don't understand how people in the world don't get the message. Yeah, I think I think they're starting to get it. Well, they didn't get it after Venzuela. They didn't get after Midnight Hammer, after Venezuela. Maybe now they're going to get it. If President Trump says make a deal with me or else, yes, or else means we just we're seeing what or else means make a deal with them, and the leadership, the radical the radical leaders in Iran had a window to get out right and he decided for whatever reason, they're not going to do it. Well, those people aren't alive anymore. So yeah, well it's like I like John Kennedy's statement. He says, uh, the Iyetola may he rest in pieces.

23:53 Yeah, and then it's not just the I tool, it's the eye toll, then the Iyetola's successor then the eye told of success. It's just next man up. At this it's almost to the point where you're saying, get them. At some point you have to understand, it's just it is in your interest and the interests of your nation. And here's the other thing that's interesting about Trump is, you know, I think he make a deal if the terms were favorable for it. You know, I I think if it's like it's like Venezuela. You know, you have if you're gonna come to them and you're going to agree to no longer have any ballistic missile program, no longer have any nuclear program, no longer proliferation and under my underwriting, terrorists, no no longer supporting. The houthis open trade open, you know, open trade, open to businesses of America.

24:37 You know the formulas, all the formulas right there, all you have to do is take that, take those options, and you can come back and can you imagine what does that? What does that tell you when they say no to all those options? I don't I never can understand that the pathology of the of the mental you know, where these people are mentally and emotionally that they don't get the message. They understand, well, they want they want America dead. They want it real dead. That's it, full stop. It's gotta be you can you could have a successful And again, the Persian country and the Iranians, it's not it's not a it's not an Arabic country. It's it's a it could be a there's a lot to it. There could be a lot there has been the history, Yes, exactly, a great country.

25:18 It could be a great power, it could be an amazing place. Can you imagine this? And this is kind of almost my entire life. I've never known an Iran that hasn't been an antagonist to the United States. Can you imagine this is it's not quite Soviet level era change, but it's you know, it's not it's not out of that realm. Can you imagine if we had an Iran that was sympathy, not sympathetic, but allied or at least you know, objective in dealing with the United States of America, and it would be a new well and. Deal and deal with the world. You're talking the entire landscape of the Middle East. I mean this is huge. I mean you're talking the nullification of Hesbela Hamas, the hoodies. Of course, that's hard for the Democrats to imagine because they're just you know, they're so deranged they can't even exercise any kind of common sense. And even with their responses, you know, to this whole situation. You know, it's just amazing to me.

I guess the rough reading equivalent electoral college meeting next president. And they're there literally, I think, counting the ballots, and just as they're counting the ballots, incomes I think it is really surface to ground missile and blows them all up.

And the vision that a lot of them have it seems to be universal at the floor level there, Deroy, is they they see a non nuclear you know, a Western civil, civilized entity that's going to come out of this rubble, you know, like a phoenix rising, which I gosh, you talk about that vision.

These people could just be a normal country, you know, if they could just be like, you know, like Syria, if they could be just like Egypt, they could be just like Jordan without necessarily being waving the pomp pom's probe America, but just not you know, openly hostileist, and the entire reaching to calm down, and people could go about their business and be peaceful and engage in trade and engage in tourism and engage in commerce, and we can stop worrying about the Middle East as this never ending explosive region of the world. Boy, what that would do for world peace, What they would do for world freedom, human rights, the ability of women just to walk down the street without having to be covered up with these dark hay jobs looking like a bunch of mushrooms walking around and so forth. So this is the kind of vision you think the Democrats would embrace. But instead of saying, looking on, this may be tough, this might be difficult, but it's worth trying, they just the trash and Trump this is awful.

And they think, all right, I'm gonna do my own little loan rap project and you know, get a gun and open fire in some crowded train station or subway station or shopping center or whatever else it is. Or two or three of them decide that they're going to get some explosives, put them a car, and put them in cars and have simultaneous car bombings or whatever else God forbid.

And the least we can do is that have people at the Department of Homeland Security staying on top of this and falling leads and the customers and border protections. Part of the Secret Service is part of it, God forbid somebody's sites.

We don't want anybody at any anyone who's responsible for public safety, including Customs, Border Border Protection, Secret Service, et cetera, focus on those things. We have focused on their mission, which just make sure the Americans can can wake up, get to work, do we have to do and get back to sleep without being injured or killed. And they need to focus on that one hundred percent, not have one eye on that, one eye on you know, their wallets being empty because the Democrats don't want them to get paid for their hard and valuable and diligent work.

I hate to talk about this on the radio and give people ideas. You just take a car and you just floor it and drive through a crosswalk and take out, you know, fifteen people crossing the street. You don't need any degree and physics or degree in radiology or anything of the sort. You can do this with very very simple tools like cars and you know pick up.

And you know, you've got these people who Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison let in and again, I hope these are just hard working people who are busy doing whatever they're doing, trying to pay the bills and not trying to figure out ways to hurt us or kill us. Well, our Department of War is doing the best that they can and they're doing an incredible job here. And of course, you know, the media always, you know, they all want to know how long? How long will win with you? I mean, I mean like there is a book somewhere that says how long wars last? You know, Yeah, and this is day four and we've also we've got, as we said earlier, that the top two tiers of leadership knocked out in Iran. Uh. Their navy apparently is now doing a job, really good job of protecting the floor, the ocean floor at the bottom of the Persian Gulf. I believe their rocket launchers are like I heard, think I heard, ninety percent disabled. There's still some rockets flying, but not as many as before.

50:13 The drones are harder to control. We're knocking some of those out. And then the command and control centers. I believe the headquarters for the navy is destroyed, and a lot of the command control centers for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Core IRGC, those are being destroyed. So I mean, basically, my hope is that the reigning people will take this opportunity, once the instruments of repression are neutralized, to rise up and take over their country and throw off the yolk of Islamo fascism and implement something something decent and something that respects human rights and the kind of government with which we can we can work, rather one that spends all day long talking about death of American death Israel.

I mean they've lost their their resource, you know, for revenue and uh so you know, we'll have to see how this all plays out.

They're paying their rent, you know, or buying buying food for their you know, terrorist kids or whatever it might be. You know, they're doing everything they can to find the rockets because the cash of rockets that they still have is incredible, and they're thinking, well, you know, we don't want to expose too much, you know, we want to save some down the road and see if there's any possibility of reconstituting otherwise. Uh, if we start, you know, putting out too many missiles there, we're going to be discovered and all that's going to be in jeopardy right. Well, that makes sense. They may many ways say I want to keep keep some of their ammo at Bay. I know we've got satellites, and we've got surveillance drones, and we've got aircraft overhead, and as soon as somebody fires off a missile or fires off a drone, we can see it coming up, you know, as it climbs into the sky. When just trace the contrail back to the ground and okay, that's where the launcher is. And then we send some send a fighter and the blast the hell out of the launcher and move no more, no more launcher. So uh, those are those are mobile.

53:49 But I think our guys and gals in the sky and with the satellites et cetera, can move very quickly as well as the Israelis can, and we can neutralize a lot of those things if we neutralize the launchers, and then even if they have missile, they can't do any of them because they can't get them in the air. Drones are little harder to tech, but I think we've I believe the Israelers now using laser beams of all things to knock are neutralized the drones. We also apparently have I just heard this last night. There's some drones the Iranians have used over the years. We apparently captured one of them, or maybe more than one, reverse engineered than we made our own versions of copies of the Iranian drones that were sending the the the the counterfeit or duplicate Iranian drugs back at the Iranians. So it's almost literally a boomerang type situation.

Actually the first tier was a matter of hours really, And to be able to do that and then continue with this, I think this will go on obviously for some more days or maybe weeks, but I hope at the end of it what we have is the Islamic regime in total tatters and the ranaing people finally, since nineteen seventy nine, have the opportunity to take and pull themselves out of the seventh eighth century a d and pull themselves in the twenty first century.

They don't want a monarchy, they don't want any more religious salts. They want an opportunity to have a democratic republic that is not nuclear, lives in peace with their neighbors, as opposed to what you know the Mullahs and the military forces of it around are doing right now and sending missiles to the neighbors. Right.

Any casual citizen who happens to look at television knows a lot about what's going on in the run. It seems that they do.

Well, these people who have gotten on the bandwagon this Trump arrangement syndrome and this anti Trump sentiment and everything like that. I mean, look at you got to consider the results here. I mean, really do you do you really want the Democrats to be in control of orchestrating world peace with all these things that are happening right now?

I didn't like to see Morgan Freeman bashing President Trump. I didn't think he was such a left wing coop but he is. We knew Robert de Niro was Bill. We knew that he needed he needs psychological help. So yeah, I think all these people the counseling, they're really they're they're sick.

I was in LA Radio at the time, and so we were invited to this big screening and everything, and Richard Pryor was was a keyccurring cameo actor in that movie. And they were interviewing people, you know, about what was happening in Watts and downtown, you know, the black community and everything, and some of these people would just say the craziest things, and Richard Pryor, in his own inimitable way, they'd cut to him and he'd go, you know that N word, he's crazy, you know, And it was just a constant deal where you know, people would say goofy stuff.

Now you have left wing idiots, so anything they touch they ruin, and they certainly ruined the presidency under twelve years of Obama and Biden that we're still trying to recover from.

They crashed and burned every every show, every radio station. I mean they lost more money. You remember you remember Air America. Right, oh yeah, yeah yeah. So so they tried, they tried their hand of it. But you know, here it is that they can you know, control some of the networks, you know, like the View and you know, some of these channels and things like that. But you know, okay, well you got to give him place, and I guess you know, you need to have them, you know, kind of like you know, I remember, you know the comedian uh in the fifties, Uh what was his name? Uh?

But they, you know, said, na, you're too far, You're you're breaking it. So they threw him in jail. He'd always going to jail, getting himself in trouble. But He would always say, you know, you need us crazies around, you know, to hit the borders, you know, to kind of push the push the boundaries. And I think there's some argument, you know for that, right because you have to have the contrast to understand how crazy it is. Right.

That, right And but and if it's not then and you know it's one sided, you know, it should come with a warning that you're about to enter into a silo and you may not get out, you know, because that's and we don't need you being in a silo, you know. Okay, expose yourself, understand, get some knowledge, own your own knowledge, go through that process. All that's fine and well, but remember at the end of the day, we're Americans, and that's what we say on the show.

So yeah, we want to focus on America the country, making this country better, making America great again. I mean, that's the slogan that we support. So yeah, a lot of. Those people are independents. Every now and then you get a Democrat. Not all Republicans, though, because there's some that just are just very weak, and a lot of them are in Congress right. Fortunately, Well, when you and I were growing up, when the Democrats could talk to Republicans and they could actually work on things together and there'd be a bipartisan effort, what seemed to be consistent was was the end goal where we were going to end up. Both Republicans and Democrats can say, Okay, this is the hill we're going to conquer. We're going to conquer that hill. The debate was the process. How are we going to do that now?

I mean, we wanted the best for our country. That patriotism that I think President Trump has and that so many of us in the conservative movement have. I just wonder about some of these Democrats. I mean I wonder. I mean, they have like an America last mentality. Remember Obama. I mean the first thing he did when he came into office, he went around apologizing for America all over the world. I mean, that's what they really believe. And that's a sad situation. We don't we don't have that common interest in making America better, making America great.

And that spirit, I think lives in the President and his supporters, and you know, we're taking on the deep state and plenty of these other people that want to keep us down.
