I mean, there's so much a part of their DNA because the. Deal is what's happened to them. They've siloed themselves in such a way that they're not interested in hearing anybody with an opposing viewpoint. Though they say we're open minded and we're open for other viewpoints, but then they get shocked when they actually get another viewpoint, you. Know, yes, yes, and they don't welcome it. No, no, not at all. But the thing is interesting. You know where the Democratic Party is right now. You've got Jill Biden bringing back the nightmare. You had Kamala Harris one hundred and seven days before that, and here they are trying to get to twenty six and twenty eight. And then you know, you got Graham Platner and his all his luggage that he's bringing into that contest up in Maine, James tell Rico in Texas, Mom Donnie of course in New York.

1:42 And then you got the two governors, the bookend governors of Mikey, Cheryl and Abigail Spamberger. I'm well, now this is a great tie in. They've been able to lie Bill for decades right about. They're a tent. They're socialists intent, right, And Obama was very clear we're going to fundamentally change the country. But he didn't say, well, we're going to change it into being absolute socialism, right, and we're not going to use the government to attack our opponents, right. You know, well, well not not wide open anyway. I mean, we'll do it. We'll do.

Now you don't want to know, I mean, you really don't, because what's happened is that, like you said, for decades, the Democratic Party has really operated at large with you know, it's been government theft of the American people's money, taxpayer money. I mean, we're and as if it's not that enough that they stole from us, then they say on their way out the door, they go, well, here's thirty nine trillion dollars a debt for you to chew on too.

Because every time you have a boom like the Reagan boom, or you have a boom, you remember, the House came over to the Republican side during Clinton's presidency and that largely led the way to the boom of the nineties, and then we have the boom of. Trump. But in the aftermath of that, we always get a Democrat administration that says we're going to seize evermore of your wealth. And not only that, we're going to sign a blank check. And because Bill, here's something else they lie about. They don't care about the economy. Of course, it would actually serve the Democratic Party if we had an economic breakdown, because they can seize more and then they can seize more of the of the economy's sectors.

4:05 Yes, do we get to save the American people? Well, like you said, you know, going back to what you said earlier in Obarack Obama, you know we're going to fundamentally change America. I'm not going to be I'm not going to be an overt socialist. But many played his hand with Obamacare, didn't he. Yes, Well, Obamacare is that is an archetype of the Democrat strategy. We take a part of a sector and we manipulate that sector so badly, we fill it with so much bureaucracy, it costs so much money that. We have to take over the rest of it. Yes, right, So when they when they input in Medicare and Medicaid with LBJ and the Great Society that was the first step. When they get that toe hold, they increase prices in such a way because every doctor has to deal with his insurance company, the bureaucracy of his littlecality.

5:00 And state and defense. Yes, exactly, how many people have to talk before you see a. Doctor, right, And that's why a doctor can, you know, be lucky if he has five minutes with you, because he's got to spend the next forty five minutes with all this government red tape and reporting. Right, compliance, you have to have a couple of people. If you're just a general practitioner, I'm confenced, Bill, you have to have two people on staff dealing with compliance. Yes, and that's a full time job, to full time. Job, right well, and not to mention the fact, Richard, that you've got you know, if you're dealing with insurance, okay, forty three percent of your business is dealing with insurance, you know, getting the paperwork in and then again you have to wait. These doctors are waiting ninety one hundred and twenty days for payment and then and then sometimes at the last minute they'll go, hey, I got to check.

5:54 Here for you. But you know, we need to we need to reduce that payment just a little bit, you know that? And and what what is a doctor allowed to do with a patient? Right, they're dictating rules. Okay, you have these this symptomology, what tests are required? And what will the government pay for? What will the insurance company pay for? Right? So maybe the doctor says, well, if I just give him this one easy test, I'm done. But it's not in the curricula of what they're being advised to do. Well. And and again what's happening is we're losing good people along the way. I don't blame these doctors. I mean, I talked to my oncologists. He said, uh, you know, he's got five doctor friends, and they said, hey, are you still going to stay on? Because you know, if you're going to stay on, then I can retire. And that way, you know, I know that I've got somebody here that I can work with. And so he says, yeah, I'm gonna stay on for at least another five years and goes, okay, well I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go play golf, go fishing, and see you later. I mean, who needs who needs this aggravation?

6:58 Right? No, very true? And that happened. I had the same doctor for five years. A great guy, and he and he was. Young, but he said, he came and he said, look, I'm done. There has to be a better way. I'm not even able to be a doctor right the time. Yeah, I'm just being barraged on all sides. So you see all this stuff that we laid out to the Democrats, you got, you know, with Joe Biden, you know, the whole administration, the Biden Ministry. I think all those characters got to be wrapped in a bow and you got to just run away from them. Anybody associated with Joe Biden, Barack Obama, the damage that they've done to this country. Uh, you know. But but here she is telling her story. Uh you know Graham Plattner and his luggage that I mentioned, Tella Rico, Uh, you got Mom, Donnie Show and Spamburger and then and then you get a breath of fresh air out of Los Angeles of all places, with Bencher Pratt Right.

It's like funding Iran with the jp CooA. If we fund a ran, you know, the problem is gonna get better. No, it's not, it's gonna get worse. Well we said that with a third right, didn't we Yeah.

You know, Spencer Pratt is a breath of fresh air. I mean, he's a non politician, he says, look at he's a registered Republican, but he says, this isn't about labels, you know, this is just about it's observational type politics. What a novel concept. I think that's what won Donald Trump, you know, the presidency twice. Is he just observed and saw the mess and called it out and said, God, thank god you're calling it out. Because the Democrats said I was crazy for thinking that, you know, we shouldn't you know, we should close our borders, and that we should expect our government to be responsible, and that we should be concerned about national security. I thought maybe I was losing my mind.

15:03 I didn't know what kind of country I woke up into. You know, well, it's you know, I love Prat's two words common sense. Yes, I'm just here. I just want. To show common sense and the common sense origination of our government is that the first office of government, the first business of government, is to protect the country from outside invasion and to keep the streets safe, because the only liberty you have as a citizen is how free you feel, how secure you feel to walk down the streets. I'm not far from Chicago. Illinois, where literally I'm talking to people that I've known for years, and they're scared in their own neighborhoods. Wow, which are good neighborhoods. But because this violence has metastasized, and the Democrats think, you know how you heal violence, You let every violent person go. You don't let them have to put up cash bare, you don't sit him in a cell. You just let him go, let him do what he's doing, and you know, eventually he'll run out of bad things to do. They never run out of bad things to do.

16:16 Right, Yeah, there's there's no there's no empirical evidence ever in the history of mankind that fires that logic. And but yet in New Jersey, that's basically what they're saying. Close down, Delaney, open up the gates, let these people out. Okay, good. In fact, we're gonna let him out, and we're gonna have them. We're gonna give them your address, and you're you're gonna you're gonna put him off your bedrooms, right, yes. Yes, and that's that is just. I'm sorry, you're supposed there was an invasion of ten to fifteen million people of this country. Yes, and these are really bad ombres in that detention center, right, and we need to get him out of the country. That's the first office of a feed or local government, right, state government, local, federal keep the streets safe. And if the law enforcement you have isn't kept safe, and you're the governor of the state, you're doing the opposite of what the Constitution of New Jersey and the federal constitution demand.

17:20 Well, the thing your oath. You're breaking your. Oath exactly well. And the thing is you're causing the men in Blue to break their oath too, Richard. You know the men in Blue, there is a. You know, just an unstated sense of fraternity and brotherhood that if somebody else is in danger, you run to and you protect. But that's wonderful, yes, But in what's happening in New Jersey, what's happening in New York, what's happened in Chicago, what's happened in Seattle is that the men in blue their hands are tied and they're conflicted and they have to be careful. You know, in Minnesota you got be careful. You you go to support and you support the wrong person. Oh, you know, then all of a sudden you lost your career. You're going to be written up in such a way. What it does in terms of infecting the mindset and the psychology of law enforcement in these states is dangerous.

And I know of a family in Chicago that you know, multi generation police officers, grandfather to the father to the son, and the grandfather and father had to sit the son down, the grandson down and say, we have to ask you to give up your job because the way the city is being governed now. In any life and death situation, it can only be bad for you. There cannot be a good outcome. If you survive it and you shoot the person who's threatening you, were threatening. Life, Right, you go to jail for the rest of your life.

18:58 Right. I don't think good thing would be that. You were shot dead, so you'd be spared of that, right, because those were the outcomes. Yeah, I mean they look, yeah, look at Derek Chauvin. Yeah. Yeah, I mean here it is Memorial Day. You got Governor Waltz celebrating George Floyd on Memorial Day. Yes, I mean, this is how absurd this has becoming criminal? Yeah, unbelievable. And meanwhile, how. He died was really harsh and not I don't think the actions of that police officer at dad given time in. The moment.

19:41 Ten thirty times the amount of fentanyl in his system, yes, and and but you can't talk about that, and they and they you know, they used Chauvin. As as a scapegoat. Uh, he's in jail. To your point earlier about what's happening a law enforcement and this poor guy's been shanked I don't know five or six times. I guess he's been attacked. I mean, what's what's been done to him is just I mean in the United States of America, don't even get me. Let's not even open the door on what happened on January sixth. Anyway, we'll set that aside because clearly we've got problems here in River City and until we really get our hands and become desirous of the truth, the whole truth and nothing.

20:22 But we're going to continue to trip through all this mess. Right exactly exactly said, let's believe in the truth. Let's follow the facts and not opinion and not empty ideology. Right, that is leading this country off a cliff in those cities that you mentioned. All you have to do is look at Minneapolis, Saint Paul, look at Seattle, look at New York, Look at Virginia. Now with Spanburger, what the ulic she's bringing to the state of Virginia. And it's it's evident on its face. The American people, through your great show, just have to you know, get more knowledge of the difference between our founding principles and socialism. Right, they're not dissimilar, Bill, They're not of a kind. They're opposites, exactly. They are opposites.

21:11 And our problem in our country, the reason we're in this fight is because socialism was introduced one hundred years ago, and now it's at a point where it can control the system, or our founding principles will that's the fight we're in every day. Now. Well, you look at what happened, what's happening in Minnesota. It's controlling the system there, one state at a time. Eighty thousand Somalis are controlling the entire state of Minnesota. It's pretty incredible. We got the difference in the vote. Right about two minutes left. I wanted you to address Iran. H Wow, what a bucket mess here. Who are we negotiating with? My thinking is is that Vahiti, who's the former defense minister but now in control of Iran. I think he directed has Belah to start firing rockets on northern Israel, which they've been doing now for the past week, right, prompting Israel to a response in hopes of dividing the US and ns Israel. Right, And what really needs to happen in my view, I think they're stringing on negotiations in hopes of keeping control of the straight up horror moves, in hopes of keeping their nuclear program and hoping we'll quit because we've got the midterms. Right, Exactly what I think needs to happen is we take out those last thirty percent of targets that we didn't hit before and then see how they respond.

They said congratulations to California that they announced that they just completed the count and have determined that Ronald Reagan is going to be the governor of the of California. They finally made it work. That is so excellent. We've been waiting for those election returns for quite some time, as you may be aware, since the eighties. For governor. That was in the sixties. My friend, yeah, oh, that's right, let's go back. Yes, I'm sorry, Yeah, eighties was for his president president, right exactly. Oh yeah, I tell you it's amazing.

28:47 Well the air thing too, which is amazing. Here you look at in Brazil it takes two hours for them to count one hundred and twenty four million ballots. France four hours, France thirty four million ballots, India twenty sheets. Yeah, well yeah, cheese in France, right exactly. Well, India twenty four hours, Germany eight hours. Of course, Venezuela takes minutes because they already know what the results are. Before they even write. Now, right, Yeah, they got the machines all tuned up so they can turn it around. But California thirty seven days to handle ten million ballots. Look, California is a joke, and everybody knows it. Everybody in California knows it's a joke. You got a couple of things going on. First, the state has now gone to mail in ballots. It's the most populous state in the country. There's about twenty four twenty three, twenty four million registered voters and everybody gets a mail ballot.

29:44 Now. Now, now there are other states that have gone to all mail ballots and that have figured out how to make it work. Alaska, for instance, because people are so remote, it's awfully difficult to have voting precincts. You got to use mail in ballots in Alaska. You know, Washington, Colorado, the other states have gone to mail in ballots. The problem with California's system is, first off, they say that they will accept that they'll count a ballot as long as it shows up up to seven days after the election. It doesn't even need a postmark, as long as it's marked scribbled somehow or other that you know I cast this ballot by election day. Well, we're kind of trusting you then, so you've got to do this signature verification.

30:29 And of course they're not looking to disqualify ballots. They're looking to count every ballot that comes in. And you've got same day registration, you don't need proof of your address. So when you they're actually going out and I'm sure that we're going to see the second place finisher in the Los Angeles mayor's top two primary, Nidia Rodman Ramen. It's my understand that she had enough of a brown game to go find homeless people to register homeless people to vote on election day. Now, those ballots have to be counted somehow or other. They've got to do a verification system, so it takes time to do all that stuff.

31:16 And when you're not even beginning to start the count on the early ballots that came in until election day, you're saying, we're not gonna count any ballots until starting at eight o'clock election day, And of course at eight o'clock in California, it's eleven o'clock East Coast time, so we're all, you know, waiting. We've got the popcorn where you know, is Steve Hilton going to make it into the top two? Is Spencer pract gonna make it into the top two? And then we're realizing, oh, we're not even gonna get anything until like eleven fifteen. Goodness, But but you know what, it's a it's a ridiculous system. It needs to be fixed, and it needs to be fixed soon because people losing faith in the integrity of the elections in California.

32:00 I think California's have lost faith. It's not that they're losing, they've lost that they've surrendered because this has been a well oiled machine in spite of the Carter Baker you know investigation back in the eighties that said, hey, look at all all this stuff that Carter Baker said is you know, fraught with fraud and you know all kinds of warnings about it. California has embraced one hundred percent. I mean here recently, Judicial Watch finally got in La County, Okay, got them to remove what one point two millions bad names on the deal. But see, I think it's I didn't verify that number. And that's what I asked Chris Ferrell, I go, did you guys actually verify because this conversation has been going on with the state of California when it was determined there were over three million bad names on their voter rolls. That was probably about five years ago, and they reluctantly said, okay, well we'll take off one point five million.

32:56 I doubt that they did any of that. Well, you know, this goes to the problem. Cleaning the voter rolls is part of it. It's one of the key parts of the Save America Act for precisely this reason. Because as states move to the all ballots, all voters get a ballot mailed to them. Who are they mailing ballots to They're mailing ballots to people who are on the voter rolls. Everybody whose name is on the voter roll gets a ballot. Larry O'Connor, the WML talk radio host here in the Washington area conservative talk radio host, says that he lived in La fifteen years ago. He's still getting He got an email saying that his ballot had been sent to him. Well, he hasn't been there in fifteen years. For crying out loud, He's just one example they're sending. When you send ballots to that list of voters that are on the rolls, it becomes extraordinarily important to make sure that the list of voters on the rolls is accurate. Otherwise you've got live ballots floating around out there.

33:58 Yes, and that's they're harvesting those ballots. Bill, I mean, and first of all, how do you send a ballot to the tent underneath the overpass on the one oh one freeway in Hollywood? Now, you just mentioned ballot harvesting. That's another change that California has made over the last fifteen. Years or so. I went back and looked at this last week to see all the changes that had taken place since the legislature. Remember, there was a seismic event in California politics in the summer and fall of two thousand and three, and that was the recall of Governor Gray Davis and his replacement by Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger. Now, he had just been elected governor the previous year in two thousand and two. He didn't even get a full year as governor.

People immediately they understood that this governorship was going to be disaster. Schwarzenerer gets elected government. He then got re elected in two thousand and six, and it was about that time that the Democrats who controlled the legislature said, you know what, we need to take. The fact that. We've got power in the legislature and we've got to permanentize the infrastructure of power here so they began to make changes. The first thing they did was they said, let's take the you know, they go for the reform, the good government reform. Let's take the line drawing process out of the hands of the professional politicians and put them in the hands of a so called independent redistricting commission. Well, what is the That's a great move. I'm all for it, but only if the independent Redissorting Commission is actually an independent redependent. When it is stock, when the independent redisorting Commission is controlled by the liberal activistists who work with the professional politicians, you haven't really changed anything. But that's okay.

36:05 They convinced California voters that, oh, we've made a huge change for good government. Then you start adding ballot harvesting. Then you start adding mailien voting. Then you start extending the length of the period of time that you can vote. Then you start extending the period of time that you'll accept a ballot on the back end. My goodness it every single change made in election law in California over the last fifteen years is all about making voting easier. That's fine, I'm all for making voting easier, but I also want to make verification just as easy, because verification is absolutely crucial, especially when we've just gone through four years from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty five, when Joe Biden and Alejandro Majorcos were running things at the border, where we've now got a higher number of illegal aliens in this country than ever before. And if you make it that easy for them to register to vote and to vote, then, oh my goodness, Katie bar the door.

Our We just can't imagine because the Democrats have such a conscience and they have such integrity bill they would not allow an illegal immigrant to vote to secure their elections. We can be thankful though, by the way, that we had four Republicans the same crew Murkowski, McConnell, Collins and tell us that stifled the Save Act in the Senate. Yeah. Well, look, we've known we were going to have difficulty with the parliamentarian trying to get the Save America Act attached to a reconciliation bill. And I will say I will say this, The problem that I see isn't four Republicans. The problem I see is forty seven Democrats in the Senate.

It's just that simple, you know, when the people that's it. When when eighty seven percent of the population is in favor of requiring documentary proof of citizenship before a would be voter can be registered to vote, and one political party looks at that and says, eighty seven percent, that's a little low. You know, come back to me when you get to ninety one percent. Right, what the hell I call and that idea bill of a government for by we the people. I mean, that's just that's just language. You know, that's really not significant, right. It doesn't. It doesn't. It doesn't mean anything. But stop being considered that if eighty seven percent of the people are for anything. First, we don't get eighty seven percent of the people agreeing that the sun rises in the east. We've talked about this.

But so the fact that Democrats are willing to cast a vote against an issue where even seventy percent of Democrat voters. They're willing to vote against it is an indication of just how important this is to their long range plans. Without a doubt, there's no other explanation for it. Power and control. Fun and frivolity here all right, let me report on the latest activist judge move to block one hundred thousand dollars fee for new H one B applications, ruling that the fee is an unlawful tax.

44:01 Yeah, and I guess that's all in the eye of the beholder. What's the difference between a fiend and tax i? Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I'm sure that this ruling will be challenged and it will have to make its way through, but it does. It does indicate and we knew that this was coming. Frankly, I'm surprised that didn't come soon sooner that this this this was going to be challenged, and it is. And this is why the executive actions are limited. You really need Congress to step in and make these things last and get past the judges as well, otherwise you're going to get this court interference. Well, and of course the challenge we have is to get Congress to do much of anything. I mean, I mean, here we are, we're having to do things through reconciliation.

44:44 We've got to thread needles here to the left and to the right in order to get any kind of legislation passed. That's if you know they're even in session, you know. And and Trump, to his credit, I mean really, I mean Trump is such a catalyst and such an expos using figure because he's exposing the inefficiency of our bureaucracy. Is he not? Well, that's right. I mean, we should be really grateful that we've got an administration that is highlighting these issues and they are trying to do something about it. You take this H one B fee. We know that this is a program that has been displacing qualified and interested Americans with guest workers who can be exploited by their employers. That's a problem. This fee is never going to be the solution to the problem, but it certainly made it a little bit more tricky on the employers who are trying to exploit it, and it also drew public attention to the to the main issue as well. Now, its effectiveness is limited even if the judge didn't intervene, because what it did is it essentially we've been getting you could say.

45:46 More qualified H one B workers there. They're better skills, they're getting paid a little bit better, but they're still being used to displace equally qualified Americans. And that's the main issue. And to really solve that problem, you need the legislative branch to do its job, and you, just as you stated, they're having a really hard time doing that. They can. It's taken them months to get enforcement funding across the line. Is this basic requirements of a government to fund the enforcement of its own laws, and they have had really hard time getting that done. The House is expected to vote on it this weekend. If they're able to get it done on a reconciliation process, which is typically a party line vote, they will actually get that funding to the President's desk to sign it. But it's been running out the clock for them to tackle these other issues such as the H one B program. And there are bills in Congress that would address it, but Congress is going to have to actually act on them. It's you know, kudos to the people who have introduced.

46:43 Those bills, co sponsored those bills, but not enough people have even co sponsored the bills. We've got bills right now in Congress that carve out new H one B opportunities for the healthcare industry. Now, the healthcare industry is one of the industries that's really fueling the job growth. And we've seen decent job growth, the latest numbers are very good. But there's members in Congress say those jobs. Now that we see an industry that's growing and creating new jobs, we want to make sure that some of those jobs are going to foreign guest workers as opposed to Americans. And there are more members of Congress signed onto that bill than there are signed onto the bill to actually close these H one B loopholes and protect American workers. That is a real dangerous signal about the slack that we have in our own legislative branch in terms of really fighting for American workers.

47:33 And who's who's in Congress fighting for these kind of multinational globalist entities. Well, everyday Americans are saying, why why are these elected officials supporting foreigners over you know, our own citizens. What's the benefit here? I think it's got to be lobbying. You know, you've got you've got interests in these districts where they you know, they have a lot of influence and that now citizens we have influence too, but we have to we have to all act together. Use the citizen lobby, use the tools of democracy that we have, because if we do speak out enough we can we can really shock some people and shame them into doing the right thing.

Again, you've got four times the number of members of the House of Representatives signed on to this bill to give away new jobs in the in the health industry to foreign workers. Then you have members of Congress and the House of Representatives signed on to bills to actually close the loopholes that help displace American workers. That is a problem. We will name the names. We'll help you contact them and tell them to do better. How is this a fair fight, Jeremy, Because you know these representatives, these selected officials are being controlled by K Street and these lobbyists, okay, which means there's a lot of money that's coming to them, and it makes it easy for them to ignore the citizens that they supposedly represent.

49:10 Right, that's right, and they rely on the fact that American citizens are busy. We have busy lives. We're busy with raising our families, working our jobs, helping out in our communities, and we don't have time to go through and dig through and see how they are quietly slipping into these giveaways that hurt us. That's why we need people like you to talk about it on the show, as people can listen to on their daily commutes or you know, while they're doing the dishes, and organizations hopefully like Numbers USA, who make it easy. You know, you don't need to be an expert on this. We're going to simplify it, tell you where the action is at the week, and help you get involved. But you and I cannot do this on our own. Bill. And unfortunately what's happened is our country and the bureaucracy has been captured by these people that do not care about the American Dream. And you've got to realize that the battle is here. We've been fighting it. It's just been kind of a non kinetic soft war that's been humming in the background, and meanwhile, all of a sudden we're captured by them. We're thirty nine trillion dollars in debt and taxes are being stolen from us constantly, and you know, and then throw in, oh, just a little bit of you know, a billion here, a billion there of fraud, right.

50:52 Yeah, yeah, that's right. I mean, the fraud is a big story right right now as well. And that's very well said. We have to stay in this game. This is our country. We don't have anywhere else to go. Uh, this is this is We're going to bloom where we're planted right here in the United States. And so so stay involved and thank you to everybody who is on the you know, on the fraud point and on these other points. We are seeing so much more attention to the issues that that we you and I talk about every week here. And uh, that's a real that's a real benefit. I mean, you've got a sitting vice president who's saying, look, mass immigration isn't helping US. Secretary of State Rubio saying mass immigration is a danger to any nation. This is this is not this is not a mean spirited thing. This is kind of practical reality.

51:33 This is math. You need you need an immigration system that is regulated and moderated and and uh and uh and demonstrated in the national interest. That's that's the point of all of this. And it's but you need watchdogs, you need people paying attention because, like any system, it can be manipulated to choose winners and losers that the American people would not be happy with. Let me give you one more example of what's going on this week in Congress that. Should fire people up. It's a great example of good and bad mixed in together. This reconciliation fight's taken way too long. The Democratic Party has basically said we're just not going to fund immigration enforcement, and the Republican Party has had a hard time pulling its ranks together to push it through, but it looks like they may be doing that. There's been some recent studies that show that in areas where we're getting more immigration enforcement, what's happening, employers are hiring local workers. They're losing some of their illegal workers, and they're saying, gosh, we're going to have to go out into the local community the people who live here, the citizens who are here, the legal immigrants who are here, and we're going to hire them.

52:35 That's really great news for Americans. And we've seen that a total flip of the script where for years now all the net job growth. Was going to foreign workers. Now though in twenty twenty five, all the net job growth is going to American born workers. That's a good sweat flip. But quietly, at the same time that Congress is going to fund this enforcement that is opening up new jobs for American workers, they have quietly slipped in provisions into the Homeland Security funding bill, which is a separate bill that would massively expand guest worker programs to undercut all of the gains that we're getting from enforcement. Now it's technically a legal program, but it's just displacing American workers legally instead of illegally. At the end of the day, it doesn't make a difference to the American worker who doesn't have that job opportunity.

53:24 And we're talking about. Programs in industries where typically teenagers get their first work experience of their lives. It's a nationwide story right now that this is the worst summer job outlook for American teenagers since the government started tracking data in nineteen forty eight. The worst summer ever. And quietly, the House of Representatives has slipped this provision, these rules into the Homeland Security funding bill to say it's not bad enough, we got to make it even worse for these American teenagers. We need more foreign labor in the country. The kind of thing that we have to pay attention to and respond to end mass.

54:04 Look at what these kids are having to deal with the result of the Summer of Love, all those businesses that were burnt down. You know, legislation or you know the laissez faire attitude of law enforcement in blue states that allow particularly like in California, allow thieves to come in and steal one thousand dollars with impunity, no problem whatsoever. Well you know those businesses said audios, we're out of here. Well with those businesses goes, tax goes, job opportunities, especially during the summer months. So and then you've got mass immigration that's come in where these people have taken jobs that the kids would have normally had. So all this is downward pressure against these kids. It's no wonder, Jeremy that they're saying, the heck with this democracy, we're going to be socialists.

54:50 And you know, and I hear this all the time, and there may be something to it to say, all the kids today they don't have they don't have as good a work ethic as the kids of yesterday. Well where are they going to learn the work ethic? Where are they going to pick that up? And this is this is one of the key things with mass immigration is it's not you know, I and I hope people don't get frustrated with the immigrant workers themselves. They're they're looking for opportunity, and that's you know, they. Were going to get opportunity exactly. But you know, the thing is is from a government perspective, you're just you're basically papering over all of these millions of Americans who are missing these opportunities, and you're saying we're just going to ignore them because as long as the jobs get filled, it doesn't matter if it gets filled with an American or with somebody from another nation, a citizen of another nation. This is that kind of globalist mentality that has taken over in parts of our government that we have to push back on because these Americans are here, They're part of our national community.

You know, I'm a little concerned because it seems like the Republicans are losing a little bit of. The vision themselves. You know. The thing is about war is as they say, the opponent also has a say in what's happening, right. They always do. Yeah, and so and here it is. I mean, it's not just a necessarily a slam dunk, although you know, it looks very looks very favorable. You know, he's been talking with several people. I just got back from a reef laying ceremony, so they were vets there and mixed opinion. But I would say the general consensus is is they they're a little lansy.

58:07 They think that Trump should have pulled the trigger by now that it is given, you know, the opposition. And by the opposition, I don't mean just Iran, I'm talking the Democrats, the mainstream media to reconstitute themselves and to you know, kind of drag out this controversy. If Trump had already put this to bed, then they'd have little to say, don't you think. Yeah, So, for example, the consequences of the conflict has been that Iran did prove that they were a much stronger adversary than first thought. Okay, when we went to Venezuela, it was a five day almost kind of like a semi vacation for some of the men and women down there serving, and they did get Maduro and everything was good.

58:50 Five six days later, you know, Okay, well, we've got that Iran had the support and backing directly by China, North Korea, Russia and a few Middle Eastern allies. It was a whole different quagmire than what Venezuela even looked at. And in fact, my sources have said that when Trump looked at Iran, looked at what the timeline would be in any of the material consequences, especially in the disruption of oil prices. Right, termination was it was. A ten to fourteen day conflict. Oil should not get above eighty five dollars a barrel. But Iran was way prepared. They had that straight mind. They had a good foothold on it. So Trump had to do this deal now because if you look at what's going to happen the first week of June, most of Europe runs out of oil.

59:41 Right exactly. Well, and then and then what's the economic situation for Iran. I mean we've been told, you know, inflation through the roof. They're having a hard time paying their bills, but they're holding on to the strait of horr moons like that monkey with his hand in the nut, you know, on a nut in a jar, right. Yeah, because they can't let that go. No, they had a foothold on that they had a lot more allies. But the mainstream media does not want to talk about is really how strong China is and Korea and Russia the bricks Nation. You know, we're trying to break the bricks up somehow by weakening the foothold unified front of the Bricks Nation, which number is about twenty one members and partners. Iran is a strong partner and member of that of the nation of We call it the nation of Bricks. Now, so when you look at the Bricks Nation as a whole, it's sixty percent of the world's GDP.

So what's happening is we had to realize that the economics aren't making sense anymore. We've got to get Iran back on some type of a level playing field. They're going to get it. They're going to get it because they have a unified front that goes far beyond the borders of Iran and oil at one hundred dollars a barrel. I'll let me tell you this Bill when you look at twenty two, when oil was about one to ten, gas was about four twenty four point fifteen a gallon. We're looking at about the same right now with oil a little bit less because we've got additional costs. Think about that, we got additional costs in the refinering. Just in the last three and four years, we've had about a twenty thirty percent increase in labor costs, refining costs, transportation distribution. So oil could be a two hundred a barrel, we would probably have about ten dollars a gallon of gas.

1:01:28 And you know that could happen if we had not shut this down. Right And how much has California heard us by shutting down their refineries, Christian just. Oh, they've devastated the markets. Those those are the Democrats who push and I'd like to think that there's always that five or ten percent of a party who's somewhat seeing. You know, we've got our own people on the right, those Republicans that are a little crazy. Sometimes Democrats have an eighty percent of the Democrats that are right now right now are pushing for zero oil, zero gas, zero nucletar, zero coal, zero hydrogen. Those are the only sustainable forms of energy. When they shut down those refineries, when they what they did was it shut them down directly, they indirectly increased the components of refining oil into gasoline and made it horrifically too expensive. They put so many environmental policies on these in these refineries, they're like, we can't do it, so destroyed.

1:02:26 And I would say that's. Probably added about a dollar per gallon to two dollars per gallon minimum and the cost of gallon of gas for California residents. And it's spilled over to the east. Four states are dependent on California energy policies and refinery, gas, refinery and things like that are part of it. Those states do buy gas from California. Right, What do you make of the UAE stepping out of. You know, stepping out of their agreement and saying, hey, we're going on it with our own Who needs OPAK. Yeah, that's a big deal. Here's what's happening. We're globalizing things we used to be and the UAE is a bricks member, so you got to be careful about that. That step out of the out of OPEC was really more People think that's more pro America. We may find out that it may be pro more pro China in five years than what people think, because now they have the ability to be more flexible in the way of which they pursue oil pricing or oil distribution, oil sales, even even bringing in production partners.

1:03:29 UAE is very rich in oil. It's one of the Abu Dhabi is one of the most outside Saudi Arabia. Course, it's probably has one of the best reserves. Iran has good reserves, Iraq has good reserve. But the UAE, which is a collation of about seven countries, has a huge reserve. But they also have a lot of political influence. And I'll tell you something else. The guy that runs Abu Dhabi, which is obviously big part of the UAE, kind of runs the whole thing. This guy's this guy's a baller Bill. He's loaded. I mean, he's got about a trillion dollar net worth. This guy's no joke. So he wheels a lot of influence. And I've known this from people talking in the past, and things may change, but he was more pro China than he was pro America under the Biden administration.

1:04:11 Right. Well, the daily is they look at the impact of petro dollars and petro dollars is weakened, right, I mean, it's vulnerable. That's why you know you've got this consortium, this brick, this nation of bricks. As you said, this is what spurred them on, right, correct. And what Trump's trying to do is go back to the gold standard. When about four or five years ago, when I was bringing a lot of information to then members of Congress during the Bid administration, I said, look, we've got to get back to a gold standard. We have got to get back to a point where the petro dollar is now number one. But of course, in late twenty four, the contract with America under the Kissinger Agreement of seventy four, the petro dollar agreement, it expired. And so China's been buying gold to offset the decline and paper currencies around the world, specifically the dollar, and they were very clever by buying more and more gold. It brought more and more value by the increasing by the very nature of the increasing a price of gold to support their initiative, which was to globalize and get the U want the Chinese currency the world's number one used currency. And when we have lost the petrol dollar bill. China put such a foothold. I mean, they had so much influence in the Medalist and they still do. You know, there's an old saying is underestimate your enemy and you've lost the war.

We've underestimated China's ability to regroup under some of the most challenging environments when we sanctioned things, where we do things, they are continuously able to pivot. He was ats sharp as a bend, as we were told. And you got come on, Kamala Harris and here one hundred and seven days of Nightmare Book Tour. You've got what Graham Plattner, James tell Rico, Mom Donnie, and then the two governors that have lost their skulls that said, hey, we're going to govern his moderates, you know, uh, Mikey, Cheryl and Abigail Spamberger. And then in the in contrast with all that, let's go to California, the poster child of of democratic socialism and totalitarianism.

It's just, hey, we got problems here in River City. We got people that are drug addled, they need help. You know, we got poop in the streets. You know, houses that have been burned down that haven't been data garam, I mean, just some real obvious stuff that you know, you think that your your government should be handling for you, right. Other than that, the Democrats are doing well and. Then uh, you know, don't forget Chuck Schumer and Hakeen Jeffries and you know their lineup for twenty twenty eight.

1:42:43 The leading candidate I saw in a recent poll was Pete Buddha Judge. Yeah, I mean, and come on, I mean, he's no president and AOC so I mean it's Buddha Judge, AOC new some of course. Harris, Yeah, Catil Harris is still trying, but nobody cares. You know, there's no moderate, There's nobody there that can appeal to beyond the far left base of the Democrat Party. So you know, the Republicans again have a real opportunity. Now California is a great interesting experiment. Here. Will the voters who have been voting for left wing Democrats for decades take a chance on a common sense Republican who's a businessman, who's from the outside, who has great ideas, who was shaking things up, And we'll see, I mean, we'll know. And he certainly has, you know, created a lot of interest in that race. I love what he's done. I think he is a sort of trumpion in his boldness and the fact that he comes from reality TV, just like President Trump did. So I'm pulling for him, Bill, I'm pulling for him.

1:43:49 Well, I am as well as being you know, you know, I was born and raised in California. I've been here in Florida now for the last fifteen sixteen years. But I still have children and grandchildren there, great grandchildren even and uh, and it's sad to see what's happened to that great state, that once golden state, which I think it can be recovered, but uh, it's gonna take more than uh, you know, Spencer Pratt. And that's what concerns me is that, you know, like like Trump, I mean, Trump went in, you know, went. Into the deep state headfirst and all the establishment types even on his own party, and Spencer Pratt, he's going to need reinforcements. And but I think that where his reinforcements are going to come from, Jeff is from the It's from or it's going to be organic. It's going to be from the people out there in Los Angeles and said hey enough, and they're going to back him up because he's not going to be able to count on a lot of these council well, people that have been there so established, go ahead.

1:44:50 I think the polls are not accurately counting his support. My impression is, you know, he's got more support than the polls. I mean, the poles are showing like a three way rate. He's very close, right, And I think he's going to have more support than the polls indicate. And and listen, I mean the people out there, I mean, maybe they're they're tired of seeing the homeless, they're seeing the drug addicted, They're tired of the crime, They're tired of incompetence. I mean their homes burned down. I mean, and he comes from a real point of experience. I mean, he dealt with that, He saw the incompetence. It had consequences for him. And I just love the freshness that he's offering, the humor. I mean, he's he's going right after them, right, And that's that's a great example for what Republicans need to do. We've got too many Republican candidates and play it safe. They don't want to shake things up. You know, the same kind of people we see in the Senate that don't like to work with President Trump. His nominees aren't getting confirmed, his agenda's not getting passed. We have a stalemate going on. He's got all these rhinos that are trying to stop everything. So Spencer is the kind of future I'd like to see for the Republican Party as opposed to somebody like John thun or Mitch McConnell forgiven sakes.

1:46:08 Well, yeah, it's what he calls observational politics. You go out there, you see a problem, and you come up with some ideas. What a Nile concept, right right? I mean? And the deal is also you know, you know, you talk about these rhinos and these people are getting the way. Look, look what happened with this bill. Well, the money that Trump was paid for the warfare you know, lawfair that was raged against him. So he gets one point seven seven six billion. I'm going to put it into a fund to heal people that have been subjected to lawfair in the Biden administration. And the rhinos go in the fetal position. The Democrats already they were already primed for that, but then the Rhinos join in their camp, and now that gets in the way of the reconciliation bill. Well, Trump goes, okay, I'll play the game. We'll just take it off the time. We'll talk about it. Yeah, and let's get the reconciliation bill passed and then we'll deal with that later, right.

1:47:06 Right, right, And and in the meantime, the people that were abused during J six don't get compensated. In the meantime, our judges and our ambassadors and all these Trump nominees aren't getting confirmed. In the meantime, the Save America Act continues not to get passed. So the Republicans in the Senate are not delivering for the people that put them there to get things done to work with President Trump. And my worry, Bill is that's going to really hurt us in the midterms if we don't deliver for the voters that put us there. I mean, it's you know, it's simple. I mean, you go up there to get a mission done. If you're not going to get the mission done, the people are gonna, you know, make sure that you pay the price. And for the Republicans, it could be losing control of the Congress. I mean, President Trump can't do it all, right, got to have some support.

You know, come on, let's go, you know, and and dragging these uh, these politicians that are so used to you say, as the status quo and uh, and they're getting the way and getting in the way, and they're going to end up like you and I talked about a couple of weeks ago, this is gonna be Obamacare one more time. You've kept promising you were going to repill in place, so you didn't do it, and guess what happened. You paid the price. Right, that's exactly right. And you know, I need to see some urgency. I need to see some action. We got five months bill, five months, and it keeps getting closer and I keep getting worried about it. I'm hearing that the President is going to issue an executive order soon about elections.

1:48:38 Uh and uh. You know that'll hopefully help guarantee the safety of our elections because the Same America Act is obviously not going to get passed, so he's he's gonna have to do it. There's been some minor headway with an executive order that even the courts supported, so we'll we'll see what happens. You know, at first draft because the Democrats aren't going to take it lying down. They're going to be fighting and fussing every inch of the way. Even though you have, like you said, the Save America Act. You know, this is an eighty percent, eighty twenty issue, right, prests don't care, you. Know, and look at what they're doing. Everything he does, the second he signs at executive order, they take it to court. I mean, the second he tries to beautify the Kennedy Center, they take it to court. Compensate people that have been damaged, they take it to court. Everything he is doing, I mean, it's just it's amazing the refuge that they have among these liberal judges. Right, We've got a liberal judiciary bill.

1:49:34 Oh no doubt about it. And there needs to be some serious consideration on impeaching some of these people because they're idiotic. Somebody needs to step in and do something about it. I mean, look what Trump's doing, to your point, all getting us ready for the two hundred and fiftieth birthday. You would think that, hey, look at our two hundred and fifty birthday at time to celebrate, and look what he's done in transforming Washington d C. All the upgrades getting rid of crime, the drug infestation, every and I mean he's beautifying Washington, d C. Again, it's amazing, and he gets zero credit for it. And all they say is that he's trying to do vanity projects and it's all about him, you know, I think he's he's trying to help the citizens of Washington, d C. By creating a safe city, a city that has attractions. I mean, everybody should be behind this. Look at all these artists now that have gotten out of the freedom to fifty concerts. You know, it's just it's disheartening that politics has got to get into everything.

And you know what should always happen is politics should be down, you know, down line of the people. And what's happened, it's preented itself. It's put itself in priority above the people. And when that happens, that's why we're at each other's throats and we get the kind of politics that we're dealing with right now because it's all partisan and back. You know, it was different in the era of Reagan in the era of Gingrich. I mean, you had the parties working together, you had balanced budgets, you had surpluses back then. I mean we have had a surplus in twenty five years. But I mean they cut the budget together, they reformed welfare together, they did some pretty important things.

They knew what hill we were going to conquer. It was just a process. Okay, you're gonna do it from the left, you're gonna do for the right, but we're gonna after the hill. Today it's like, forget about the Hill. I mean, they won the absolute annihilation of the American dream. And that's the difference. The Democrat Party has gone so far left. They've been taken over by communists and socialists and people like Bill Clinton, who were sort of a moderate on some issues. They don't exist. There's no blue dog Democrats. There's no they're not they're not allowed in the tents anymore. Yeah, they're kicked out of the tent.
